Lectric eBike dealers near me: five places to look

Lectric ships bikes from its own website and also works through shops, so a "dealer" can be five different things. Pick the row that matches what you want to do. The counts come from Lectric's locations page and its service page on October 4, 2026.

The three tags overlap, because one shop can carry all of them, so the first three rows are not a sum. The locator holds 206 locations in total.

Lectric dealers by state: all 206 locations

Every location on Lectric's locator on October 4, 2026 is listed here under its state, with the city, the street address where Lectric gives one, what Lectric lists it for and the phone number. Lectric's page calls them places to "Test Ride, Rent, or Buy a Lectric eBike with one of our trusted partners".

Lectric tags each location Test Ride, Retail Store or Rent, and the tables print those tags as test ride, store and rent. A tag is Lectric's listing. Stock, hours and prices are the shop's, so phone before you drive, as Lectric's own page advises: "It's a good idea to call ahead and check with the bike shop to see if a reservation is required."

The table below counts every state and Washington, DC, and each state with a location links to its list. Partner locations are the rows of the locator. Service shops and mobile services come from Lectric's service map, which is for repairs and has its own section.

California and Florida hold more than a quarter of the network between them: 30 and 25 locations, or 55 of the 206. Pennsylvania follows with 10 and Ohio with 9. Twelve states and Washington, DC have exactly one.

States with no Lectric dealer

Seven states had no partner location on Lectric's locator on October 4, 2026. Five of them still have somewhere on the service map to get a Lectric repaired, and two have nothing of either kind.

If you live in one of the seven, you have three routes. Order from Lectric, which ships to all 48 contiguous states. Drive to a location in a neighboring state, using the state lists. Or buy a different bike from a store that ships to your door, such as the folding e-bikes we sell.

Alaska and Hawaii are the reverse case: they have locations and no deliveries. Lectric's shipping policy says it ships to "the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America, plus the District of Columbia". The two Alaska locations are tagged for rentals only, and the one in Honolulu for test rides and rentals.

The same shipping policy also says Lectric gives no service or warranty coverage for a Lectric eBike located outside the areas it ships to. Take a Lectric to Alaska or Hawaii and, on that sentence, you forfeit its warranty cover. Neither state has a location on the service map.

Where to test ride a Lectric eBike

Of the 206 locations on Lectric's locator, 179 are tagged Test Ride, in 39 states and Washington, DC. That is the tag to look for, because the test ride has to come before the purchase. Lectric's refund policy makes a bike ineligible for return "if it is an eBike, it has been ridden".

A test ride at a shop does not touch any return window. The first ride on a bike you ordered forfeits the return, and our guide to Lectric's return policy covers what is left after that. This is how the 206 locations split by the tags Lectric gives them:

Lectric's page says what to bring to a test ride or a rental:

• "a valid ID"
• "a credit or debit card for payment or deposit"
• "comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes"
• A helmet: "A helmet is also recommended, though some locations may provide one."
• A signature: "Be prepared to sign a waiver or rental agreement."

On the ride, try the frame style you plan to buy, and stand over it flat-footed. If the model folds, fold it and lift it the way you would into a car. Ask which battery the demo bike carries, because Lectric sells standard and long-range versions of several models.

Best Buy is not on this list. Lectric's locations page answers the question directly: "No, you cannot test ride a Lectric eBike at Best Buy locations."

Lectric eBike rental locations

Lectric tags 41 locations Rent, in 24 states, and 19 of them are listed for rentals alone. Florida has five, and California and Utah have four each. A rental also gives you more room than a test ride: Lectric's page says a test ride often follows "a designated route or area", while a renter "may have more freedom to explore local bike paths or roads".

Terms are set shop by shop. Lectric's locations page says "Some bike shops offer hourly rentals, while others may provide daily, weekend, or even weekly rental options", so ask for the rate, the deposit and the return time when you call.

The Lectric store and headquarters: Lectric Rides in Scottsdale

Lectric's own store is Lectric Rides, which its help center calls "our new eBike retail destination in Scottsdale, Arizona". The store's page gives these details:

Lectric's store page puts the store "in North Scottsdale on Hayden Road, directly across from Costco". Before a test ride, it says, "We ask you that you leave your state identification with a team member". Open-box stock is described as "limited quantities available and rotating inventory only available for pickup", so phone before a long drive for one.

The store also services bikes it sold. The Lectric Rides page promises "free basic service for as long as you own the bike" on refurbished e-bikes bought there, and its FAQ makes the same promise for "all open-box eBikes purchased from us". Ask which of the two words covers the bike in front of you.

What changed: the Phoenix showroom moved to Scottsdale

Lectric's headquarters is in Phoenix, and its showroom there has closed. The store page says "The former Lectric Garage showroom at the Lectric eBikes headquarters in Phoenix is no longer open for retail shopping or test rides."

The move is recent. A copy of the old showroom page archived on August 11, 2026 gave the Phoenix address as 2311 W. Utopia Rd and announced a closure for "August 22nd – September 2nd, 2026", with the line "The Lectric Garage is moving to Scottsdale!" The old page's web address now forwards to the Scottsdale store's page, so check the map pin before you trust an older listing.

Lectric at Best Buy

Best Buy is the one retail chain named as a seller in the 422 Lectric pages, policies, help articles and blog posts we read. Lectric's locations page tells buyers they can "purchase it directly at the store or online through Best Buy's website", and says you can "take your eBike home the same day".

Not every Best Buy carries it. Best Buy's own Lectric page has a finder headed "Find Lectric near you", with the line "Shop Lectric at select Best Buy locations." You choose a state there, then a store.

Two things are different at Best Buy. There are no test rides: Lectric's locations page says "While Best Buy offers a selection of Lectric eBikes for purchase, they do not provide test ride options." And Best Buy's return policy lists "electric bikes" among the items that "are nonreturnable once purchased", which our return policy guide covers in full.

Lectric service and repair near you

Lectric keeps a second map for repairs. Its service page describes "our network of trusted partners around the U.S. for maintenance on your Lectric eBike", and on October 4, 2026 that map held 519 locations, 507 of them in the United States.

The 507 are 417 shops and 90 mobile services, in 46 states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Vermont and West Virginia have none, and North Dakota and Wyoming have a mobile service and no shop. The state table gives the count for each state, and Lectric's product pages carry a badge that reads "500+ Bike Shops".

Lectric's service page sets two rules before you book:

1. Call Lectric first. "If you are experiencing issues with your Lectric eBike, please reach out our customer support team prior to contacting any partnered shops."
2. Do not ship a bike to the shop. Partner shops "are not authorized to receive product on the customer's behalf. Please do not use these locations as a shipping address."

A dealer is not always a repair shop. At least 87 of the 206 partner locations are also on the service map. Ask the shop that sells you the bike whether it will also work on it.

Shops outside the map can help too. Lectric's help center says "most repairs may be completed remotely by the bike owner or a local bike shop", with parts mailed by Lectric. A second article adds a caution: "Many, but not all, bike shops are experienced at fixing electric bikes."

In Arizona, Lectric Rides takes drop-offs for eligible bikes bought from Lectric. Its drop-off guidelines say "Service may take up to 5-7 business days for completion", and that "After 14 days, a $10/day storage fee may apply." Leave a repaired bike more than 60 days and you forfeit it: it "will be considered abandoned property".

How fast the dealer network is growing

The locator has doubled in under 21 months. The earliest copy held by the Internet Archive, from January 15, 2025, lists 103 locations. The live copy on October 4, 2026 lists 206.

The store tag grew fastest. Locations tagged Retail Store rose from 44 to 151, while rental locations went from 33 to 41. The count rose at every date in the table until September 19, 2026, and the copies since then hold 206. Lectric's page says the growth goes on: "We're growing our network daily, so keep checking back if you don't see a location near you."

Dealer, Best Buy or direct: what changes

The warranty is Lectric's wherever you buy. What changes is whether you can ride it first, how fast you get it and whether it can go back. Each row comes from Lectric's locations page, its refund policy, its shipping policy or Best Buy's return policy.

Price is the row we cannot fill. Lectric prints its prices on its own site, and none of the 422 Lectric pages, policies, help articles and blog posts we read states what a partner shop charges. Ask the shop for its out-the-door price, assembly included, and set it beside the same model on lectricebikes.com.

Buying from us instead

We sell other makers' e-bikes, not Lectric's, and we have no showroom, so a bike from us is bought without a test ride too. We answer fit questions in writing before you pay, every e-bike ships free within the contiguous United States, and if one will not power on, will not charge or shows an error code, the claim comes to us and we coordinate the repair or replacement.

Know our return window before you order, because it is narrower than Lectric's. Our refund policy takes a bike back only unopened in its factory-sealed box, when you ask within 72 hours of delivery, less a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping. Shops on our directories that carry Lectric

Our city shop directories record what each shop's own website says it sells. Across our shop directories on October 4, 2026, 20 shops name Lectric among their brands, and each one is described on the page linked in its row.

Nine of the 20 are also on Lectric's locator, matched by the same phone number or the same name in the same city. Two more share a name with a locator entry in another city, and nine are not on the locator at all. So a shop that is missing from Lectric's map may still stock or service one, and a phone call settles it. Our national shop directory lists the cities we cover.

Becoming a Lectric dealer

Shops apply through Lectric's partnership page, which offers four arrangements: a rental fleet, test rides, dealing and commercial use. It states the entry terms plainly:

• Insurance comes first. "The first step is to obtain liability insurance, this is a MUST for any partner."
• A storefront is optional. "Whether you have a storefront, or you are mobile, you can earn a commission by selling Lectric eBikes to others!"
• Wholesale is limited. "Only select models are available for wholesale", and the "Minimum order quantity starts at just 5 units. Not available through any distributor."
• Every model can be shown. "Each Lectric eBike available on our site is available for partners!"

Does Lectric have dealers?

Yes. Lectric's locator held 206 partner locations in 43 states and Washington, DC on October 4, 2026, and Lectric tags each one for test rides, retail sales or rentals. Its own store, Lectric Rides, is in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Best Buy sells Lectric at select stores. The state lists name every location.

Are Lectric bikes sold in stores?

Yes, in three kinds of store. Lectric tags 151 partner locations Retail Store, Best Buy sells them at select locations, and Lectric's own store in Scottsdale lists open-box bikes for pickup. Lectric's locations page says Best Buy buyers can "take your eBike home the same day".

Where can I buy a Lectric eBike near me?

Start with your state's list and look for a location tagged store. If there is none within a drive, check Best Buy's Lectric page for a store in your state, or order from lectricebikes.com, which ships to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.

Where can I test ride a Lectric eBike?

At one of the 179 locations Lectric tags Test Ride, or at Lectric Rides in Scottsdale, where the store page says "Test Rides are completely free" and "No appointments needed!" Elsewhere, call first. Bring an ID and closed-toe shoes, and expect to sign a waiver.

Can I test ride a Lectric at Best Buy?

No. Lectric's locations page says "No, you cannot test ride a Lectric eBike at Best Buy locations." Ride the model at a partner shop first, then decide where to buy it.

Does Best Buy sell Lectric eBikes?

Yes, at select stores and on its website. Best Buy's Lectric page says "Shop Lectric at select Best Buy locations" and lets you pick a state and a store. Read Best Buy's return terms before you pay, because its policy lists electric bikes as non-returnable.

Where is Lectric eBikes headquarters?

In Phoenix, Arizona, and its showroom there has closed. Lectric's store page says the former showroom there "is no longer open for retail shopping or test rides". The place to visit is Lectric Rides at 15250 Hayden Rd, Suite 2, in Scottsdale, open Wednesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Does Lectric have a showroom or an outlet store?

One store does both jobs. Lectric Rides in Scottsdale shows Lectric, Juiced and Monarc bikes, and its page lists open-box Lectric bikes "starting at just $599", for pickup only. Its phone number is 602-610-0170.

Where can I buy a used or open-box Lectric eBike?

Lectric's own store in Scottsdale lists open-box bikes "starting at just $599", for pickup only, on its store page. For a used bike from a private seller, the one-year warranty follows the bike: Lectric's warranty covers "each owner (then-current and previous)", counted from the first delivery. Ask the seller for the original order confirmation, for the reason our return policy guide gives.

Who works on Lectric eBikes near me?

Lectric's service map held 507 US locations on October 4, 2026: 417 shops and 90 mobile services, in 46 states and Washington, DC. Lectric asks owners to contact its support team at 602-715-0907 before booking a shop. The state table shows how many are in your state.

Can any bike shop work on a Lectric eBike?

Some can. Lectric's help center says "Many, but not all, bike shops are experienced at fixing electric bikes", and tells owners "to verify their ability to provide service before making any appointments". Ask the shop whether it services e-bikes it did not sell.

Can I rent a Lectric eBike?

Yes, at the 41 locations Lectric tags Rent, in 24 states. The rental table lists each one with its city and phone number. Rates, deposits and durations are the shop's, so ask when you call.

Are there Lectric dealers in Michigan?

Yes, seven. The Michigan list names each one with its city and phone number, and Lectric's service map adds 25 Michigan service locations for repairs. Every other state with a location has its own list on this page.

How do I become a Lectric dealer?

Apply through Lectric's partnership page. It asks for liability insurance and a meeting with a Lectric representative, and it says wholesale orders start at 5 units on select models. Repair shops write to partnerprogram@lectricebikes.com to join the service map.

Lectric can be found in person four ways: 206 partner locations, 507 US service locations, select Best Buy stores, and a store of its own in Scottsdale. Use the state list for a test ride, because one ride on a bike you ordered ends its return. Then buy wherever the terms suit you.

Limitations

1. The lists are Lectric's own data on one day. We read the dataset behind its locator and the one behind its service map on October 4, 2026. Shops join, leave and change what they offer, and Lectric's page says the network changes daily.
2. A listing is Lectric's statement about a shop. Stock, prices, hours and services are the shop's to confirm, which is why every route on this page ends in a phone call.
3. States come from Lectric's rows and were checked by coordinates. For 205 locations the state is the one Lectric's row gives, and the Census Bureau's geocoder returned the same state for all 205. One Brooklyn location has no state in its row and is placed by its coordinates. Four city names come from the Census place for the coordinates, and six from the row's address line.
4. Two locations share one address. The locator lists two entries at 1479 George Washington Blvd in St. George, Utah, under different names and phone numbers. Both are printed, and the count of 206 includes both.
5. The service map counts entries. A business with a shop and a van appears twice, once as each. The figure of 87 partner locations also on the service map counts matches by phone number in the same state or by a map pin within 150 meters, so it is a floor.
6. Best Buy's store list could not be read. Its Lectric page puts the stores behind a state selector. On October 4, 2026 a direct request and a headless browser were both refused by bestbuy.com, Google's PageSpeed renderer showed the page with the selector closed, and the Internet Archive's copy of March 24, 2026 holds no list, so this guide gives no count of Best Buy stores.
7. Growth is measured on archived copies. The Internet Archive's index held 71 distinct copies of the locator dataset, from January 15, 2025 to October 1, 2026. We read 70; one, from January 20, 2025, could not be retrieved. A copy's date is the day the archive saved it.
8. Our directory count is ours. It covers every shop-directory page we had live on October 4, 2026, and each shop's brand list was read from the shop's own website on the date its page shows. One shop appears on two of our pages and is counted once.
9. Store details are Lectric's page on October 4, 2026. Hours, open-box prices and the brands on the floor at Lectric Rides can change without notice.
