Shipping policy

Redtail eBikes offers free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States. Here’s what to expect.

Processing & delivery

• Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Transit: most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Parts & accessories may ship separately and can take longer.

Carriers & tracking

E-bikes ship via trusted parcel and freight carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for larger items). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery, and a signature may be required.

Receiving & damage claims

Inspect your shipment at delivery. If the packaging or product arrives damaged, note it with the driver and email us photos within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly. Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery are not accepted.

Where we ship

• We ship across the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states).
• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and remote areas may incur additional charges or be excluded — please contact us before ordering.
• You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address; we are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
