Why the VOYAGER
The STORM's 960 Wh, at $999
The 48 V 20 Ah pack holds 960 watt-hours, the capacity Samebike gives its $1,599 STORM and CREST, and it comes out of the down tube with a key so you can charge it indoors. Samebike's manual puts it at about 87–99 miles (140–160 km) with pedal assist and 43–46 miles (50–55 km) in pure electric mode.
750 W rated, 1500 W at peak
Samebike's specification table rates the rear hub at 750 W with a 1500 W peak, and the line under the product title reads "High 85+Nm Torque". Press the detachable throttle and it pulls you along without pedaling, or ride through five assist levels in the Torque Mode or Cadence Mode Samebike's page describes.
A sprung fork and a rear shock
The specification table lists a "Dual-shock front fork", and the page adds a rear shock with 30 mm of travel, which the manual's overall view labels behind the seat tube. Samebike says the pair keeps the ride smooth on rough or uneven ground, on tires already 4 inches wide.
Hydraulic discs on 180 mm rotors
Both wheels stop on hydraulic discs, and the specification table sizes the rotors at 180 mm. Samebike's brake panel promises reliable stopping "with less maintenance", which counts when the bike, a rack bag and you add up to a few hundred pounds.
Rack, fenders and lights included
The manual's overall view shows a rear rack, front and rear fenders, a headlight and a taillight, and its control section adds an electric horn. Hold the light button and the headlight comes on with the display, so the bike is set for errands and the ride home after dark.
An LCD, a throttle and eight Shimano gears
The LCD shows your speed, battery level, assist level, trip distance and odometer. The throttle sits at your left hand and a Shimano eight-speed shifter at your right, so low gears help your legs on a climb while the hub does the heavy lifting.

Who the VOYAGER fits
Samebike's size-and-fit drawing recommends the VOYAGER for riders 160–210 cm (5'3"–6'11") and sets the saddle 810–960 mm (31.9–37.8 in) off the ground. There is no top tube to swing a leg over: you step through the low frame at every stop.

Owning it in your state
Samebike publishes no e-bike class for the VOYAGER, so the rules where you ride come from your own state's definition.
That definition reads the figures Samebike prints: a 750 W motor that peaks at 1500 W, 45 km/h (28.0 mph) on the specification table, and a detachable throttle that moves the bike on motor power alone. On October 2, 2026, our search of the CPSC's federal recall database found no recall naming Samebike.

What we counted. By the US specification tables of the eleven Samebike models we sell, three carry Samebike's largest single pack, 48 V 20 Ah (960 Wh): the STORM and the CREST at $1,599, and the VOYAGER at $999. Of the four we sell at $999 it carries the most, against 864 Wh on the M20 and 720 Wh on the RS-A02 Pro and the LO26 Plus; the M20-III holds more in total, 1,728 Wh across two packs.

Where Samebike prints two figures
Samebike's page, record, gallery and manual sometimes give the VOYAGER more than one figure for the same thing. Each one is below, and the table above leads with the specification table's.
- Motor: 750 W rated and 1500 W peak on the specification table, the product record, the title and the stat strip, with 45 km/h on the table; one motor panel lower on the page reads "1000W (Peak 1800W)" and "max 50KM/H".
- Motor count: the page's "What is VOYAGER" line calls it a "dual-motor eBike"; the specification table lists one 750 W motor, and the manual's overall view labels one motor, in the rear wheel.
- Range: 160 km "Max Range" on the specification table; 70–160 km on the stat strip; up to 93 miles on the range panel, "Measured in Mode 1, Level 1 pedalassist under controlled conditions"; over 100 km "in mild electric mode" on the battery panel; and the manual's two bands, as printed above.
- Load: 150 kg (330.7 lb) on the specification table and the size-and-fit drawing; 120 kg (265 lb) as "Max Load" in the manual's specification table. Plan on 265 lb of rider and cargo together.
- Water resistance: IP64 for the whole bike in the product page's FAQ, IP34 in the manual, and IP54 on a battery graphic in Samebike's gallery.

The VOYAGER weighs 39.5 kg (87.1 lb), and its frame does not fold.

Samebike prints two load figures: 150 kg (330.7 lb) on its specification table and 120 kg (265 lb) as the manual's "Max Load".

Manuals and assembly
The Voyager XT manual's assembly chapter: set the handlebar stem's height, never past its highest mark, and lock its folding buckle, fit the front fender and headlight, set the front wheel in the fork with the rotor in the caliper slot and close the quick-release lever, fix the rear mudguard strips, thread the pedals marked L and R into their cranks, then set the saddle height and close its quick release. Warranty cover, and who files the claim
A fault is our job
If the bike will not power on, will not charge, shows an error code or has a faulty component, send photos or video and your order number. We open the claim with Samebike and coordinate the repair or replacement remotely, start to finish.
What Samebike publishes
Samebike’s warranty policy states: “Frame warranty for 3 years, batteries, motors and other accessories warranty for 1 year.” After the first year, a battery earns “a prorated credit, based on months of service,” toward a new one.

Wear items
Samebike’s policy lists brake pads, rotors, spokes, tires and tubes, chains, chain rings, cassettes and the crankset among the parts not typically covered, as ordinary wear and tear.

How far can the Samebike VOYAGER go on one charge?
Samebike's manual gives about 43–46 miles (50–55 km) in pure electric mode and about 87–99 miles (140–160 km) with pedal assist, and its specification table lists a 160 km (99-mile) maximum. Your speed, weight, tire pressure and hills move that number, so plan a throttle commute on the lower band.
What is the top speed of the Samebike VOYAGER?

Is the Samebike VOYAGER a folding e-bike?
No. Samebike's specification table lists it as not foldable; the handlebar stem has a folding clasp, but the frame stays in one piece. If it must fold, the RS-A02 Pro does, on the same 20 × 4.0 tires and at the same $999.
Does the Samebike VOYAGER have dual motors?
No, one. A line on Samebike's page calls it dual-motor, but its specification table lists a single 750 W motor (1500 W peak) and the manual labels one motor, in the rear wheel. For two motors, the M20-III puts a 1000 W hub in each wheel.

How do you remove the VOYAGER's battery?
Turn the key until the pack pops out slightly, rotate the retaining clip, then press the top of the pack with both hands and pull it out, as the manual's battery section shows.
What rider height fits the VOYAGER?
Samebike recommends 160–210 cm (5'3"–6'11") on its size-and-fit drawing, with the saddle adjustable from 810 to 960 mm (31.9–37.8 in) off the ground. The step-through frame leaves no top tube to clear.
Does the VOYAGER come with a rack and fenders?
