Orders & pricing

Electric bike use & local laws

You are responsible for operating your e-bike legally and safely. E-bike classifications, speed limits, age requirements, helmet rules, and where you may ride vary by state and municipality. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws that apply to you. Always ride safely and wear appropriate protective gear.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Redtail eBikes will help facilitate warranty claims but is not the manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redtail eBikes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.
