Quick Answer — Aipas eBikes are sold direct from aipasbike.com, whose store record names Aipas Bike LLC of Covina, California, and the AIPAS trademark is registered to an individual in Guangzhou, China. On October 21, 2026, the US store listed 15 machines at $689 to $1,499 each, and its 12 e-bikes print 28 or 36 mph with a throttle.

In July 2026, a federal court in Seattle entered a consent judgment in a case Amazon and UL brought against four companies and one person who, the plaintiffs alleged, sold e-bikes in Amazon's store and "on the website https://aipasbike.com" carrying UL's marks "without authorization." The defendants admitted no liability (the consent judgment). No CPSC recall, warning or news release named Aipas when all three were read on October 21, 2026 (CPSC recalls).

Before you pay for an Aipas, open the SGS certificate linked on your model's page and confirm it on SGS's own record, then get two answers from Aipas in writing: the motor's rated watts and the throttle's top speed. Shopping now? Seven bikes we sell stand at or under the motor rating of the Aipas beside them, from $339.99, and every e-bike we sell ships free to the lower 48.

What settles an Aipas purchase The prices sit well under the higher figures Aipas prints beside them, and the spec sheets lead with 750 W to 1,800 W and 28 to 36 mph on the e-bikes. Three papers decide whether one suits you: the SGS certificate its page links, the rated watts and the throttle speed. Comparing brands first? Our e-bike brands list puts Aipas beside the rest.

How we verified this profile. Written by Milad Ghobadibeygvand, BScN (Western University, 2014).

Aipas's US store was read in full on October 21, 2026: all 15 machine listings with their store records, the 21 two-bike listings, the battery, charger and warranty add-ons, all 32 catalog pages, 28 information pages, the four store policies and all 163 articles on its blog. Watt-hours are worked out from Aipas's own voltage and amp-hour figures.

The Trademark Office's record for AIPAS, all three CPSC registers, the seven SGS certificates Aipas's pages link with SGS's record of each, the court's docket with the complaint and the signed judgment, and the statutes and regulations were read the same day, as were the seven cards' prices, stock and specifications at their makers and on our store.

We cite 90 sources on this page, all read on October 21, 2026; Primary sources lists them by number.

The motor-and-speed screen runs Aipas's printed figures through each jurisdiction's e-bike definition in our rule table; every count on the page comes from a saved file that can be re-run.

Full copies of 279 addresses on Aipas's US store were kept on file (51 product listings, 32 catalog pages, 28 information pages, 4 policies, the blog index and 163 blog articles), with its store record, product feed and sitemaps.

Of the sources consulted, two refused a direct read: the Trademark Office's status pages turned away repeated requests, so the AIPAS record was read through its search service, and New Jersey's legislature site did not answer, so P.L.2025, c.285 was read from a text copy of the same address.

Pages 1 to 4 and 6 to 7 of the July 15 judgment are scanned images; their text was read by character recognition, and every passage quoted here matches the July 6 copy word for word.

Who makes Aipas, and is it a legit e-bike company?

You can buy an Aipas from its own US store or from a short list of shops on its dealer map. Five records tell you who is behind it, and they point you to four places: California, Wyoming, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.

Who is behind the Aipas name?

The store record at aipasbike.com names "Aipas Bike LLC," in Covina, California, and lists US dollars and the United States as its only shipping country (Aipas store record). The terms of service say the site "is operated by Aipas ebike LLC" and give a contact address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 (Aipas terms of service).

The same terms are "governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom" (Aipas's store policy terms). The AIPAS word mark, U.S. Registration No. 6,468,120, was registered on August 31, 2021 to "Chen, Youke," an individual, at an address in Huadu District, Guangzhou, and the record shows no assignment (USPTO record).

The SGS certificates its e-bike pages link give a third US address, naming the holder as "AIPAS BIKE LLC," at 948 Lombard St, Evanston, WY 82930 (SGS certificate, A2 family).

Aipas's about page says the company "was established in 2013, boasting a rich 13 year history in the bicycle industry," and describes Aipas as "a manufacturer with over a decade of experience" (Aipas about page). The trademark filing lists a first use of the AIPAS mark on November 1, 2020 (USPTO record).

Where Aipas bikes are made

If you want to know where your bike was built, Aipas's US pages name no factory or country of manufacture. A post on its blog says "each bike is meticulously built and tested in Aipas's own manufacturing facility before leaving the factory," without saying where that facility is (Aipas, why choose Aipasbike).

Its contact page gives one street address, "Room 901, Block C, Bairuida Building, Bantian Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China" (Aipas contact page). Its FAQ says 95% of the assembly is done "at the factory," leaving the wheel bolts and a few parts for you (Aipas FAQ).

Aipas and Big Cat Electric Bikes

Big Cat Electric Bikes, a store whose record lists Patchogue Village, New York, sells six bikes under Aipas's model names, such as the "Big Cat C2 Xpress Ebike by Aipas®" and "The Big Cat A4 Gentry," at $995 to $1,350 (Big Cat's store record; Big Cat's catalog; Big Cat's C2 Xpress listing).

On Aipas's own store you pay $689 to $939 for the nearest current models (the A2 Elite, A4 Gentry, F3 Adventurer, C1 Pro Xpress ST, C2 Xpress and M1 Pro Xterrain ST) with a rack and fenders (Aipas catalog).

Aipas's dealer map lists two Big Cat locations, in Patchogue, New York, and Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Florida (Aipas dealers). Our Fort Lauderdale e-bike shop directory carries the Florida store's card, with Aipas among the brands it lists.

One CPSC recall carries the Big Cat name, number 12-207 from June 2012, and it belongs to another company: Big Cat Human Powered Vehicles LLC of Winter Garden, Florida, which recalled about 170 Catbike Musashi recumbent bicycles from 2010 (CPSC recall 12-207). It names no Aipas product and no part of the Patchogue store.

Reaching Aipas

Aipas lists a pre-sales line, 1 (844) 777-0680, an after-sales line, 1 (844) 777-0681, and service@aipasbike.com, and says its team "will respond within 24 hours to all email inquiries submitted through the following form" (Aipas contact page).

Its hours depend on the page you read. The contact page gives Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST; the dealer page and the store's policy pages give 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Aipas dealers; Aipas refund policy). If you call between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST, you are inside both.

Each card names the Aipas it sits beside, at its maker's price on October 21, 2026, with free shipping to the lower 48.

The safety record: CPSC, UL marks and a court order

On October 21, 2026, we read the CPSC's whole recall database (10,053 records), its list of 379 product safety warnings and its 2,275 news releases. None named Aipas, Aipas Bike, aipasbike.com or an Aipas model, across 28 names and 7 more spellings (CPSC recalls; CPSC warnings; CPSC news releases).

A search for "Xterrain," the name on Aipas's M-series bikes, does return one record: recall 25-188 of March 2025, for Ski-Doo and Lynx snowmobiles, among them a "Lynx Xterrain" model (CPSC recall 25-188). It shares a word with the bike's name and nothing more.

What Aipas's pages print about UL

Every Aipas e-bike page carries an icon strip with two lines, "SGS Certification" and "UL2849," and the battery row of its specification table reads "IP65 Waterproof SGS Certified UL2271" on 11 of the 15 machines (Aipas A2 Elite; Aipas M2 Pro Xterrain). The A8 trike and the two dirt bikes carry neither line in their strips.

UL 2849 is the standard for "the electrical system of eBikes," and UL 2271 covers batteries for light electric vehicles (UL 2849; UL 2271). A line on a product page tells you a standard's number; a certificate names the models, the laboratory and a number you can look up.

Each of the 12 e-bike pages also links an SGS document titled "Certificate of Compliance" to "ANSI/CAN/UL 2849: 2022A," one per model family, five in all, and a battery certificate to UL 2271 (A2 certificate). All five name "AIPAS BIKE LLC" as the holder, and between them they list every e-bike model on the US store; the trike and dirt-bike pages link no certificate.

SGS's record of each, reached through the code printed on the certificate, showed the same number, holder, models and figures with the status "Valid" on October 21, 2026 (SGS record, A2 certificate). SGS North America, the issuer, is on OSHA's list of Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories, with UL 2849 and UL 2271 in its scope (OSHA, SGS North America).

When you scan a certificate's code, expect SGS's record to show a later date of issue, July 28, 2026, than the September to November 2025 dates printed on the copies Aipas links.

The five e-bike certificates' technical data lists a maximum speed of 32 km/h and a maximum load of 85 kg, about 20 mph and 187 lb, where the product pages print 28 or 36 mph and 350 to 500 lb (A2 certificate; Aipas A2 Elite). Ask Aipas, in writing, which of those the bike you order is built to.

The two battery certificates the pages link, to UL 2271, are held by Guangdong Sunbang Technology for a 48 V 12.8 Ah pack and Huizhou CVE Electronics for a 48 V 17.5 Ah pack, both in Huizhou, China (Sunbang certificate; CVE certificate).

The F3 Max, C1 Max, C2 Max, M1 Max and M2 Max pages print an 18 Ah pack, and none of the seven certificates gives an 18 Ah figure; if you buy one of those five, ask Aipas for the certificate of the pack it ships with (Aipas F3 Max Adventurer).

The Amazon and UL case

Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon.com Services LLC and UL LLC sued in the Western District of Washington on January 23, 2026 (the complaint). The defendants are Jiangmen Meijiasheng Bicycle Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Manchester International Trading Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Aibosi Sport Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Aierfeile Sport Technology Co., Ltd., Tang Shuhui and ten unnamed Does.

The complaint ties them to three Amazon selling accounts, named "Aipas Ebike," "AiPAS STORE" and "AIEFEL STORE." Its first attachment lists the Amazon listings UL reviewed on or about October 20, 2025, among them an A4 folding bike, the M1 Pro, the C1 Plus and the "LEONX M2" (the complaint, Attachment 1).

Judge Jamal N. Whitehead signed the stipulated consent judgment on July 6, 2026, with the parties' signature lines still blank, and signed it again on July 15, 2026, in the copy the parties had signed (the docket; the July 15 judgment).

In the judgment's words, "Plaintiffs allege that Defendants advertised, marketed, offered, distributed, and sold electric bikes in the Amazon.com store ("Amazon Store") and on the website https://aipasbike.com in connection with the UL Marks, without authorization, in order to deceive customers that the products were certified by UL."

The judgment goes on: "The use of the UL Marks on the counterfeit products created the erroneous impression that those products had been tested and certified by UL, even though they were not." The judgment resolves the claims in the plaintiffs' favor, bars the defendants from using UL's marks or implying a UL connection, and closes the case with each side paying its own fees (the consent judgment).

It also records that "Defendants do not admit any liability, wrongdoing, or any violation of law by stipulating to this Consent Judgment and Permanent Injunction" (the July 15 judgment). The complaint and the judgment name the four companies and the person above, and neither names Aipas Bike LLC, Aipas ebike LLC or the AIPAS trademark's registrant (the docket).

For you, it is a paperwork step. The case concerned UL LLC's own certification marks, and the certificates Aipas's pages link are SGS's, to the UL 2849 and UL 2271 standards (the complaint). Before you pay, open the certificate for your model, find your model in its list and check its status on SGS's record.

A certificate you can check The CPSC's registers name no Aipas product, and a July 2026 federal judgment, entered with no admission of liability, concerns UL's marks on e-bikes sold in Amazon's store and on aipasbike.com. Open the SGS certificate linked on your model's page and check its status on SGS's record before you pay.

Every Aipas eBike in the US: 15 models side by side

Aipas's US store sold 15 machines on October 21, 2026: eight e-bikes printing 28 mph, four M-series fat-tire bikes printing 36 mph, the A8 trike and two dirt bikes (Aipas's e-bikes). Every one was priced 47% to 59% under a higher figure Aipas prints beside it.

Each e-bike's base price gets you the bike with a rack and fenders; if you add bags, baskets or a helmet, the bundle runs up to $98 more. The table shows that base price, Aipas's higher printed figure in brackets, and the headline motor figure, which Aipas's own pages call a peak on four models (the motor section has the detail).

Every figure is Aipas's, from each model's own page, and the rider heights you see come from the fit answer in each page's FAQ block (Aipas M1 Pro Xterrain ST). Where two Aipas pages print different figures for one model, the conflicts list gives both.

The 15 machines are in our Aipas lineup dataset and its JSON copy: every figure above, the representation Aipas printed it in, the computed watt-hours and the bike we sell beside each model.

The folding A2 Elite and A4 Gentry

Both fold and ride 20 x 3.0 inch tires on a 614 Wh pack. The A2 Elite ($689) has a 750 W motor, 55 N·m and BMX-style handlebars that adjust through "280 degrees," and folds to 33 x 20 x 31 inches; Aipas's about page calls it its "2023 Best-Selling Model" (Aipas A2 Elite; Aipas about page).

The A4 Gentry ($729) is the step-thru version, "Step-thru frame for easy mounting and dismounting," with a 1,000 W motor, 78 N·m, 55 lb and a fold of 32 x 22 x 28 inches (Aipas A4 Gentry). Both list riders from 4'10" to 6'3" and a 350 lb maximum load, and if you carry your bike up stairs, the A4's 55 lb is the lighter lift of the two.

The F3 Adventurer and F3 Max

The F3 Adventurer ($739) folds to 36 x 19 x 30 inches on 20 x 3.0 inch tires, prints 1,500 W and carries 500 lb at 61 lb (Aipas F3 Adventurer). The F3 Max ($899) moves up to 20 x 4.0 inch tires, an 864 Wh pack and 1,800 W, at 77 lb (Aipas F3 Max Adventurer).

If you are 4'7", this pair is where Aipas's two-wheelers start: both fit riders from 4'7" to 6'5" (Aipas F3 Max Adventurer). A Reddit owner asked in August 2026 whether anything beats the F3 Max "for the price" (r/ebikes); if you want a lower motor rating, the Foldtan M-160 card is this page's answer.

The C1 and C2 commuters

These are the 26 and 24 inch commuters, each at 28 mph with a 1,100 W headline motor and 90 N·m (Aipas C1 Pro Xpress ST). The C1 Pro Xpress ST ($699), a step-through, and the C2 Xpress ($699) each ride 26 x 2.0 inch tires with a 614 Wh pack and a 400 lb load.

The Max versions ($859) move to 24 x 2.6 inch tires, an 864 Wh pack and a 500 lb load at 65 and 66 lb (Aipas C1 Max Xpress ST; Aipas C2 Max Xpress). If you are taller than 6'5", the C2 pair fits you to 6'7", two inches past the C1 pair.

The M1 and M2 fat-tire bikes

The M series is the line Aipas's about page gives a sales figure for: it says the M1 Pro and M2 Pro "delivered over 60,000 units between May and August following its recent upgrade," without naming the year (Aipas about page). All four ride 26 x 4.0 inch tires with a center-mounted rear shock, print 36 mph and carry 500 lb.

The M1 Pro Xterrain ST and M2 Pro Xterrain ($939) use a 48 V 17.5 Ah pack, 840 Wh; the M1 Max and M2 Max ($1,099) a 52 V 18 Ah pack, 936 Wh, with the hydraulic brakes their listing names carry (Aipas M1 Max; Aipas M2 Max).

Aipas's M1 Pro page calls it a step-through and its M2 Pro page a step-over; the M1 bikes fit riders from 5'5" and the M2 bikes from 5'8" (Aipas M1 Pro Xterrain ST; Aipas M2 Pro).

Owners on Reddit ask about the M2 Pro by name, from "Should I buy aipas M2 Pro Xterrain Ebike $950" in September 2025 to a thread on upgrades (r/ebikes; r/ebike). If you are over 6'4", our tall-rider guide helps you weigh a 7-foot rider window against frame size.

The A8 Max Trekker trike

The A8 Max Trekker Etrike ($969) is Aipas's three-wheeler: 1,300 W, 100 N·m, a 48 V 18 Ah pack, 20 x 4.0 inch tires, 99 lb, 600 lb of capacity and 18.5 mph, for riders from 4'10" to 6'7" (Aipas A8 Max Trekker). Its icon strip carries a "Tax-Free" and "0% SALES TAX" line and no UL line.

The X1 AMP 2.0 MAX and X3 Max

Aipas names both "Off-Road Electric Dirt Bike." The X1 AMP 2.0 MAX ($1,499) prints a 7,000 W mid-drive motor, 50 mph, a 60 V 30 Ah pack and 146 lb, and the X3 Max ($1,399) 6,500 W, 45 mph, 60 V 28 Ah and 130 lb (Aipas X1 AMP 2.0 MAX; Aipas X3 Max).

Their specification tables list a "Steel folding footrest" in the row where the e-bikes list pedals, a 420 chain and 17 inch front and 14 inch rear wheels, and both fit riders from 5'1" to 6'5" (Aipas X3 Max).

The S1 AMP dirt bike, the V1 Velo and V2 mopeds and the A6 survive as parts listings, such as an "S1 AMP Dirt Bike Chain" and a "Chainring for A6 Ebike" (Aipas A6 chainring), and a Reddit owner asked in October 2025 whether the A6 cargo bike had been discontinued (r/ebikes).

If you are shopping secondhand, you may also meet the names in the court complaint's listings: the "C1 Plus" and the "LEONX M2" (the complaint, Attachment 1). Neither was a bike on the US store on October 21, 2026.

Bundles, batteries and the extended warranty

Aipas sold 21 two-bike listings on October 21, from $1,328 for two A2 Elites to $2,898 for two X1s, plus 14 battery and charger listings (Aipas A2 combo; Aipas X1 combo). If you want a second year of cover, an "Aipas® 1 Year Ebike Extend Warranty" sells for $79 against a printed $99 and adds it to the free first one (Aipas extended warranty).

Our picks: a bike we sell beside each Aipas

We do not sell Aipas. For eleven Aipas models, the card below is a bike we sell that stands on the same footing or a lower one: a motor rated at or under 750 W, a top speed no higher than the Aipas's wherever its maker prints one, and one motor. How we matched them has the detail.

Each card's price, stock and specifications were read at its maker's US store on October 21, 2026. Find your Aipas in the table; the name of the bike beside it opens that bike's card.

Beside the Aipas A2 Elite

The A2 Elite is the folder Aipas calls its "2023 Best-Selling Model": $689, 750 W, 28 mph, a 614 Wh pack, 20 x 3.0 inch tires, 59 lb and riders from 4'10" to 6'3" (Aipas A2 Elite; Aipas about page).

500 W · 624 Wh · folds

Folding, 20 x 3.0 inch tires and a price under the A2 Elite's: the CY20 Pro keeps all three on a 500 W motor. Samebike's CY20 Pro page lists a 500 W motor with an 800 W peak, a 48 V 13 Ah pack (624 Wh), a top speed of 32 km/h (about 20 mph), a 150 kg (330 lb) maximum load and 31 kg (68 lb).

Folded, it measures 88 x 49 x 85 cm, about 35 x 19 x 33 inches, close to the A2 Elite's 33 x 20 x 31 (Samebike CY20 Pro). It costs $120 less than the A2 Elite, and our CY20 Pro Spoked review works out its range and fit.

Beside the Aipas A4 Gentry

The A4 Gentry is the step-thru folder: $729, 1,000 W, 28 mph, 614 Wh, 20 x 3.0 inch tires, 55 lb and a 350 lb load (Aipas A4 Gentry).

750 W · 672 Wh · folds

VTUVIA SX20 Antelope

$1,299 · maker's list $1,599

A step-thru frame that folds is the A4's point, and the SX20 keeps it with a torque sensor and hydraulic brakes on a 750 W rating. VTUVIA's SX20 page lists a 750 W motor with a 1,200 W peak and 85 N·m, a 672 Wh LG battery, 20 x 4 inch tires, a 330 lb total capacity and 70 lb with its racks and fenders.

VTUVIA's own FAQ on that page says the SX20 "can reach speeds of up to 20MPH with both throttle and pedal assist," and fits riders from 5'0" to 6'2". VTUVIA's 70 lb includes racks and fenders, against the A4's 55 lb, and the SX20 costs $570 more; our SX20 review covers its range and fold.

Four more SX20 colors were in stock at VTUVIA on October 21, each one ours to ship: Red, Cream White, Silvery and White.

Beside the Aipas F3 Adventurer and F3 Max

The F3 pair are Aipas's folding fat-tire bikes: $739 and $899, 1,500 W and 1,800 W, 28 mph, 614 Wh and 864 Wh, a 500 lb load and riders from 4'7" to 6'5" (Aipas F3 Max Adventurer).

750 W · 960 Wh · 20 mph

Addmotor Foldtan M-160

$1,499 · maker's list $2,099

For a folding fat-tire bike with more battery than either F3, the M-160 carries 960 Wh on a 750 W motor. Addmotor's Foldtan M-160 page lists a 750 W rear motor, a 48 V 20 Ah Samsung battery, a seven-level torque-sensing assist, hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors, 20 x 4.0 inch tires and a 20 mph top speed.

Addmotor prints its load two ways on that page, a "Payload Capacity" of 300 lb and "Max load capacity is 280 lbs," so plan on 280. The bike weighs 81.6 lb with a 14.4 inch standover, and Addmotor fits it to riders from 5'2" to 6'3". It costs $600 more than the F3 Max; our Foldtan M-160 review computes its range.

The M-160 was in stock at Addmotor in three more colors that day, and each goes straight to your cart from here: White, Yellow and Red.

Beside the Aipas C1 and C2 commuters

All four C models print 28 mph and a 1,100 W headline motor at $699 to $859, on 26 x 2.0 or 24 x 2.6 inch tires with loads of 400 to 500 lb (Aipas C2 Xpress; Aipas C1 Max Xpress ST). Two of our bikes stand beside them, one for daily riding and one for the lowest price.

500 W · 624 Wh · 350 lb

VTUVIA Zeal LT7

$1,099 · maker's list $1,299

If a C1 or C2 is your daily commuter, the Zeal LT7 does that job with a 500 W rating and a torque sensor. VTUVIA's Zeal LT7 page lists a "500W (PEAK 750W)" motor, torque and cadence sensors, a 48 V 13 Ah battery (624 Wh), Logan hydraulic disc brakes, 27.5 x 2.6 inch tires, a 350 lb payload and 62 lb with its rack and fenders.

VTUVIA fits the LT7 to riders from 5'3" to 6'2". It costs $400 more than a C1 Pro and $240 more than a C1 Max, and if you are over 6'2", our tall-rider guide lists the frames we stock for taller riders. For its computed range and frame fit, read our Zeal LT7 review.

500 W · 58.37 lb · 330 lb

ZOONLAI UrbanX

$339.99 · maker's list $699.99

If the C1 Pro's $699 is the budget and your rides are short city trips, the UrbanX costs about half as much. ZOONLAI's UrbanX page lists a 500 W motor, a 48 V 10.5 Ah battery, 24 x 2 inch tires, 58.37 lb and a 330 lb maximum load, and gives its top speed two ways: 22 mph in the specifications and "Up to 24 MPH" in the description.

ZOONLAI's answer on rider height is "approximately 4'7"–5'11"," so it suits shorter riders; above 5'11", the Zeal LT7's card is the better fit. Our UrbanX review works out its range, and the version with a rear rack is $359.99.

Beside the Aipas M1 Pro and M1 Max

The M1 Pro Xterrain ST and M1 Max are Aipas's M1 fat-tire bikes: $939 and $1,099, 1,800 W, 36 mph, 840 Wh and 936 Wh, 79 lb and a 500 lb load (Aipas M1 Pro Xterrain ST; Aipas M1 Max).

750 W · 960 Wh · 20 x 4.0

For fat tires and suspension at the M1 Pro's price, the VOYAGER brings a 750 W rating and a bigger pack. Samebike's VOYAGER page lists a 750 W motor with a 1,500 W peak, a 48 V 20 Ah battery (960 Wh), 20 x 4.0 inch tires, hydraulic disc brakes, suspension it lists as "Fork&Shock" and a top speed of 45 km/h (28 mph).

Its specification table gives 39.5 kg (87 lb) and a 150 kg (330 lb) payload. That payload is 170 lb under the M1's 500, so if you and your load come to more than 330 lb, read the Foldtan M-160's card or our fat-tire guide. Our VOYAGER review computes its range.

It ships from us in White, Navy and DarkGreen too: White, Navy and DarkGreen.

Beside the Aipas A8 Max Trekker

The A8 Max Trekker is Aipas's trike: $969, 1,300 W, 18.5 mph, 864 Wh, 99 lb, 600 lb of capacity and riders from 4'10" to 6'7" (Aipas A8 Max Trekker).

350 W · 15 mph · 15 in step

If the trike is for errands and an easy step-on matters most, the Hera sits on a lower motor and speed footing than the A8. DWMEIGI's MG708 Hera page lists a 350 W motor, a 36 V 13 Ah battery, 15 mph, a down tube 15 inches (38 cm) off the ground, KENDA 24 x 2.125 inch tires, a Shimano 7-speed and a parking brake.

DWMEIGI fits the Hera to riders from 4'11" to 6'2" and carries a rear basket of 19 x 15 x 10 inches with a 50 lb limit. It costs $530 more than the A8 and carries less: the A8's 600 lb against the Hera's 330. DWMEIGI's other trikes are in our DWMEIGI brand profile, and the Hera comes in Red as well: the MG708 Hera in Red.

Where we have no match today

Four Aipas models have no card. The M2 Pro Xterrain and M2 Max are fat-tire bikes for riders from 5'8" to 7'6", and the bike we would set beside them, Eunorau's Defender, was sold out at Eunorau in all three versions on October 21, 2026.

If you are weighing the X1 AMP 2.0 MAX or X3 Max, both have footrests in place of pedals, so no bicycle we sell stands beside them (Aipas X1 AMP 2.0 MAX). For a tall rider's frame, our tall-rider guide lists what we stock, and for an off-road machine, our electric dirt bike guide does.

Why buy one of these from us

One store, one support address and each maker's price read on the day: our terms of service name the company behind every order. Write to support@redtailebikes.com about any of the five brands on these cards, and our contact page says replies typically come within one business day; a voicemail on our line gets a call back.

Every e-bike ships free within the contiguous United States. Your order is dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation, and most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days of leaving us (our shipping policy).

If your box arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we file the carrier claim and arrange the repair or replacement for you. A defect is covered by its maker's warranty, and we coordinate that repair or replacement with you, so you deal with one team (our refund policy). Our checkout takes Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How we matched each bike

A card appears only when our bike's motor rating sits at or under the figure Aipas prints for the model beside it. Where Aipas prints a rated figure, as for the M1 Pro, the card matches it; elsewhere the card's motor is rated at 750 W or less, at or under Aipas's lowest headline figure.

Each card's top speed is no higher than the Aipas's wherever its maker prints one: 32 km/h, about 20 mph, on the CY20 Pro; 20 mph on the SX20 and the Foldtan M-160; 22 to 24 mph on the UrbanX; 45 km/h, about 28 mph, on the VOYAGER; and 15 mph on the Hera. VTUVIA's Zeal LT7 page prints no mph figure.

Every card carries a single motor. Before a bike went on the page, owner and reviewer comments about it were read, and its maker's US store was read on October 21 for the price, stock and specifications its card prints.

Every card sits beside a named Aipas, at its maker's figures as read on October 21, 2026, and ships free to the lower 48.

Back to the seven cards

Rated or peak: what Aipas's motor numbers mean

Aipas prints one motor figure per model, from 750 W to 1,800 W on the e-bikes. Its own pages call that figure a peak on four of them, and its blog gives a rated figure for two.

Model What Aipas prints Where
C1 Pro Xpress ST, C1 Max, C2 Max "1100W peak brushless motor" each product page (Aipas C1 Max)
M2 Pro Xterrain "a peak 1800W motor and 110Nm torque" its product page (Aipas M2 Pro)
M1 Pro and M2 Pro "a peak 1800W (rated 1000W) high-performance motor" Aipas's upgrade article (Aipas blog)

Florida's and the federal definitions draw their line in watts without saying peak or rated, which makes the rated figure the one worth asking for (Fla. Stat. § 316.003(23); 15 U.S.C. § 2085(b)). Pennsylvania is the exception that says it outright: a motor "rated at not more than 750 watts" (75 Pa.C.S. § 102).

For the other seven e-bikes and the A8 trike, Aipas's pages print the headline figure only. If your state draws its line in watts, email service@aipasbike.com and ask for the rated (continuous) output of the motor on the model you want, in writing, before you check it against your state's line.

The rated figure answers the watt question Aipas's blog puts the M1 Pro's 1,800 W as a peak over a 1,000 W rating. For every other model, ask for the rating in writing.

Speed, classes and the law: where an Aipas stands

Before you ride an Aipas two-wheeler on a public street or path, find out how fast the throttle alone takes it. At the speeds Aipas prints with a throttle, 28 mph on eight e-bikes and 36 mph on four, none of the 49 state and DC definitions we screen takes one in as an e-bike, and Alaska and Kentucky write no definition.

What the definitions say

41 of the 51 jurisdictions in our rule table sort e-bikes into three classes, and the throttle separates them. Florida's Class 2 bike has "a motor that may be used exclusively to propel the electric bicycle and that ceases to provide assistance when the electric bicycle reaches the speed of 20 miles per hour" (Fla. Stat. § 316.003(23)).

Florida's Class 3 bike assists "only when the rider is pedaling" and stops at 28 mph, and the whole definition requires "an electric motor of less than 750 watts" (Fla. Stat. § 316.003(23)). A throttle that carries a bike past 20 mph fits none of the three.

The federal consumer-product definition governs how the CPSC regulates a bike, not where you ride it: "a two- or three-wheeled vehicle with fully operable pedals and an electric motor of less than 750 watts (1 h.p.)," whose top speed on the motor alone, with a 170-pound rider, "is less than 20 mph" (15 U.S.C. § 2085(b)).

What our 51-jurisdiction screen gives

We ran Aipas's printed figures through each jurisdiction's definition in our state-by-state law guide, giving each e-bike the benefit of a 500 W rating, below any figure Aipas prints, and the M1 Pro and M2 Pro their 1,000 W one:

  • At 28 mph with a throttle, the A2 Elite, A4 Gentry, both F3s and all four C models: 0 definitions take the bike in, 49 leave it out, and Alaska and Kentucky set none. In all 49, the reason the screen records is the throttle; Florida's is a throttle that reaches past 20 mph.
  • At 36 mph with a throttle, the four M-series bikes: the same, 0 in, 49 out, 2 with no definition, at 500 W for the two Max bikes and 1,000 W for the two Pros.
  • The X1 at 7,000 W and 50 mph and the X3 at 6,500 W and 45 mph, with footrests in place of pedals: 0 in, 49 out, 2 with no definition.

Aipas's product pages print one top speed per model and no separate throttle speed, so the screen reads the throttle as reaching it. Its SGS certificates list a maximum speed of 32 km/h, about 20 mph, in their technical data (A2 certificate). A written answer from Aipas that the throttle stops at 20 mph on your model would change the result state by state, and our law guide gives the rule where you live.

Pennsylvania and the M1 Pro

Pennsylvania's "pedalcycle with electric assist" weighs "not more than 100 pounds," has "an electric motor system rated at not more than 750 watts" and is "capable of a speed not more than 20 miles per hour on a level surface when powered by the motor source only" (75 Pa.C.S. § 102).

The M1 Pro's 79 lb is inside the first line, and its 1,000 W rating and 36 mph are outside the other two (Aipas M1 Pro Xterrain ST; Aipas blog). Ask PennDOT how it classes the bike before you ride it on a Pennsylvania street, and keep the written answer.

New Jersey

New Jersey rewrote its definitions in P.L.2025, c.285, approved January 19, 2026. A "low-speed electric bicycle" assists "only when the rider is pedaling" and stops at 20 mph; a "motorized bicycle" includes one whose throttle propels it "in excess of 15 miles per hour" up to "no more than 28 miles per hour" (P.L.2025, c.285).

The same act defines an "electric motorized bicycle" as a two-wheeler with "an electric motor capable of greater than 750 watts that is capable of reaching a speed greater than 28 miles per hour," and counts it among motorcycles (P.L.2025, c.285).

Read with the screen's reading that the throttle reaches the printed speed, Aipas's 28 mph models fit the motorized-bicycle wording, and the M series, at 1,800 W and 36 mph, fits both numbers in the second. Ask the Motor Vehicle Commission which one your model is before you ride.

The A8 trike

The A8 prints 1,300 W and 18.5 mph with a throttle, and no rated figure, so we screened it at three ratings (Aipas A8 Max Trekker). At 500 W, 47 of the 51 definitions take it in; at 750 W, 28 do; at its printed 1,300 W, 4 do: the District of Columbia, Montana, Oregon and Rhode Island. Alaska and Kentucky set none at any rating.

Nineteen states, Florida and Texas among them, set the line at "less than" or "fewer than" 750 watts, so a motor rated at exactly 750 W falls outside their definitions; that is the fall from 47 to 28 (Fla. Stat. § 316.003(23)). At 99 lb the A8 sits under Pennsylvania's 100-pound line, and New Jersey's two-wheeled e-bike definitions leave it out at every rating.

The X1 and X3 under the law

The federal, Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey definitions quoted above all require operable pedals, and the X1 and X3 list a "Steel folding footrest" in that row (Aipas X3 Max). Aipas names them dirt bikes, and at 45 and 50 mph none of the 49 definitions takes either in.

Before your first ride, ask your state's motor vehicle agency or off-highway vehicle program how it classes the machine and where you may ride it. Our electric dirt bike guide compares the off-road machines we sell.

In a national park

The National Park Service defines an e-bike as "a two- or three-wheeled cycle with fully operable pedals and an electric motor of not more than 750 watts," in three classes, and each park's superintendent "will designate the areas open to electric bicycles" (36 CFR 1.4; 36 CFR 4.30(i)).

A person convicted of breaking these rules is "subject to the criminal penalties provided under 18 U.S.C. 1865" (36 CFR 1.3(a)), which allows a fine, imprisonment of "not more than 6 months," or both (18 U.S.C. § 1865(a)). Read the park's e-bike designations before you take an Aipas in, and where your bike falls outside the § 1.4 definition, plan on the routes open to motor vehicles.

The Park Service proposed a new bicycle-use rule on September 1, 2026, with comments open until November 2, 2026; it is a proposal, and the § 1.4 definition above is the rule in force (91 FR 56095).

Your state's definition, its watt line and its throttle rule, each linked to the statute that sets it.

Aipas's warranty, returns and shipping, read in full

Aipas's terms work in your favor if you activate the warranty, inspect the bike on arrival and keep the box. Each clock below starts on the day your bike arrives.

What the one-year warranty covers

"All Aipas bikes are covered under our 1-year, all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects," and the first buyer activates it through the official website or the QR code on the frame (Aipas warranty policy). It is "only applicable to the initial purchaser," and "Bikes purchased through non-Aipas official channels are not covered by our warranty."

The frame carries a one-year replacement warranty, frame only: "Labor charges associated with transferring parts to replacement frames are not included." The battery has "a 1-year prorated warranty," under which "a defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer" (Aipas warranty policy).

Parts are covered for a year, but "if more than 15 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs." A card chargeback suspends the warranty while you still have the bike, and Aipas caps its liability at the amount you paid (Aipas warranty policy).

Returns

Aipas's return policy gives you 14 days after receiving the bike to request a return, for a bike with "less than 10 miles on the odometer" in its original packaging (Aipas return policy). It asks you for a photo of the odometer and of the return packaging, and you pay return shipping unless Aipas delivered the wrong item.

Aipas will "deduct at least 15% of the order amount for shipping." Without the original or equivalent packaging it may charge 30% of the order, another 30% if the bike comes back in two or more boxes, and $70 for a return sent without approval (Aipas return policy).

A refused delivery costs "at least 15% of the ebike cost," and refunds go back to the original payment method "within 5 Business Days" after inspection. A bike bought from a dealer goes back to that dealer: "No Bike Shop Returns/ Exchanges" (Aipas return policy).

Shipping and pickup

"Aipas operates 8 warehouses across the East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast of the United States" and ships from the nearest, with an estimate of "2–8 business days" including processing (Aipas shipping policy). If your tracking shows delivered and no bike came, you have to contact Aipas "within 3 business days."

Aipas's FAQ says "We deliver to Continental United States," with some remote areas excepted, and that FedEx can take 2 to 3 business days to show tracking (Aipas FAQ). Its payment page offers "Pickup from our CA warehouse" at checkout (Aipas payment page).

Tax, discounts and payment

Aipas's tax-free page says that at checkout "taxes will automatically be removed" (Aipas tax-free page). Its special-population page offers "an extra $50 off all e-bike purchases" to first responders, healthcare workers, military members, teachers and students, by emailing a document to service@aipasbike.com for a code (Aipas discount page).

Aipas's payment page lists cards, PayPal, "Shop Pay installment payment" and Google Pay, and walks through paying with Klarna; the store's own record listed Shop Pay installments as not offered on October 21 (Aipas payment page; Aipas store record). Check the options shown at checkout before you plan on one.

Buying an Aipas on Amazon or from a dealer

The warranty covers bikes bought through Aipas's official channels, so ask a marketplace seller or a shop, before you pay, whether Aipas will honor the warranty on that bike (Aipas warranty policy). The three Amazon selling accounts in the court case are listed under the Amazon and UL case.

Aipas's dealer page invites buyers to "Come visit a bike shop near you," with test rides, and lists 20 places across nine states (Aipas dealers). The dealer map below names each one.

What owners ask

Owners on Reddit ask about load and fit, such as "What is the weight limit for a Aipas C1 Xpress ST Ebike" (r/ebikes), and about the seller itself, as in "Does anyone have experience with aipasbike.com?" Our Orlando directory lists Eccentric Cycle's West Colonial Drive store and our Jacksonville directory Solano Cycle's Beach Boulevard store, other locations of two names on the map.

Before you drive to one, call and ask which Aipas models it has on the floor and whether you can take the test ride the dealer page mentions.

Before you buy an Aipas: the checklist

Eight checks cover what an Aipas spec sheet leaves open before you pay: the certificate, the rated watts, the throttle speed, your state's line, the figures two pages disagree on, the channel, the delivery inspection and the box.

  1. Open the SGS certificate linked on your model's page, find your model in its list, and check its status on SGS's record through the code printed on it.
  2. Ask for the rated (continuous) watts of the motor, in writing.
  3. Ask how fast the throttle alone goes, whether that speed is fixed, and whether the bike ships at the page's figure or the certificate's 32 km/h.
  4. Check your state's definition in our law guide against those answers.
  5. Read the model's page twice, and plan around the lower load and the higher weight where two Aipas pages differ.
  6. Buy through aipasbike.com or an Aipas dealer, and activate the warranty on the day the bike arrives.
  7. Inspect the bike on arrival and contact Aipas within 3 business days if a delivery is missing.
  8. Keep the box and stay under 10 miles until you know you are keeping the bike.

Three answers before you pay The SGS certificate for your model, the rated watts and the throttle speed settle most of what an Aipas spec sheet leaves open. Check the first on SGS's record and get the other two from Aipas in writing.

The honest ledger

The left column is what you get on Aipas's own terms. The right column names who should read another section or one of our guides before buying, and links straight to it.

Frequently asked questions

See the bikes we sell beside them

Is Aipas a good e-bike brand?

Aipas sells e-bikes from $689 with two US phone lines, a one-year warranty for the first buyer and 14 days to request a return. The CPSC named no Aipas product on October 21, 2026, and SGS's record listed its e-bike certificates to UL 2849 as "Valid" that day (SGS record). A July 2026 federal judgment over UL's marks records no admission of liability (consent judgment). Get the rated watts and throttle speed in writing.

Who makes Aipas e-bikes?

Aipas's US pages do not tell you which factory builds your bike. Its store record names Aipas Bike LLC of Covina, California, its terms name Aipas ebike LLC, its SGS certificates name AIPAS BIKE LLC of Evanston, Wyoming, and its contact page gives an office address in Shenzhen, China (Aipas contact page; SGS certificate). Aipas's blog says each bike is "built and tested in Aipas's own manufacturing facility," without giving a location.

Who owns Aipas?

The AIPAS trademark, U.S. Registration No. 6,468,120, is registered to Chen, Youke, an individual in Guangzhou, China, with no assignment recorded (USPTO record). The store record names Aipas Bike LLC of Covina, California, SGS's certificates give AIPAS BIKE LLC an Evanston, Wyoming address, and the terms of service name Aipas ebike LLC with a Sheridan, Wyoming address. The records do not say how the three connect.

Where are Aipas e-bikes made?

Aipas's US pages name no country of manufacture. Its office address is in Shenzhen, China, its trademark registrant is in Guangzhou, China, the battery certificates its pages link are held by two companies in Huizhou, China, and its FAQ says 95% of the assembly is done "at the factory" (Aipas FAQ; battery certificate). Bikes ship from eight US warehouses, by Aipas's shipping policy.

Where is Aipas located?

Aipas's store record lists Covina, California, its terms give a Sheridan, Wyoming contact address, its SGS certificates an Evanston, Wyoming one, and its contact page an office in Shenzhen, China (Aipas terms of service). If you want to collect your bike, its payment page offers pickup from a California warehouse, and its dealer map lists 20 places across nine states you can visit.

Is Aipas legit?

Aipas runs its own US store at aipasbike.com with two phone lines, an email address, a warranty page, a return page and a dealer map (Aipas contact page). Its terms name Aipas ebike LLC as the operator. The court case of 2026 concerned UL marks, and the defendants did not admit liability; if you buy, keep your receipt and activate your warranty on delivery day.

Are Aipas e-bikes UL certified?

Aipas's 12 e-bike pages link certificates of compliance to UL 2849 from SGS North America, a laboratory on OSHA's recognized list, one per model family (A2 certificate; OSHA). SGS's record listed all five as "Valid" on October 21, 2026 (SGS record). They list a maximum speed of 32 km/h and a maximum load of 85 kg, where the pages print 28 or 36 mph and up to 500 lb, so ask Aipas which configuration ships.

What was the Amazon and UL lawsuit about Aipas?

Amazon and UL sued four companies and one person in Seattle in January 2026 over e-bike listings in three Amazon accounts, including "Aipas Ebike" and "AiPAS STORE" (complaint), and sales "on the website https://aipasbike.com" (consent judgment). The July 2026 consent judgment bars them from using UL's marks; they admitted no liability.

Are Aipas e-bikes waterproof?

Aipas's specification tables print "IP65" for the battery of every machine, with the word "Waterproof" on 14 of the 15 (Aipas C1 Pro Xpress ST). That rating is for the battery pack. Ask Aipas for the rating of the motor, display and wiring before you ride in heavy rain.

What class are Aipas e-bikes?

Aipas's specification tables print no class number. They print 28 mph on eight e-bikes and 36 mph on four, each with a half-twist throttle (Aipas C2 Xpress). Under three-class definitions such as Florida's, a throttle class stops at 20 mph and the 28 mph class assists only while you pedal (Fla. Stat. § 316.003(23)). Ask Aipas for the throttle's top speed.

Pennsylvania's definition covers a bike of "not more than 100 pounds" with a motor "rated at not more than 750 watts" and a motor-only speed of "not more than 20 miles per hour" (75 Pa.C.S. § 102). The M1 Pro weighs 79 lb, but Aipas's blog rates its motor at 1,000 W and the bike prints 36 mph (Aipas blog). Ask PennDOT how it classes the bike.

What is the weight limit on an Aipas e-bike?

Aipas prints 350 lb for the A2 Elite and A4 Gentry, 400 lb for the C1 Pro and C2, 500 lb for the F3 pair, the C Max pair and all four M-series bikes, 600 lb for the A8 trike and 350 lb for the two dirt bikes (Aipas C1 Pro Xpress ST). For a load over 330 lb on a bike we sell, see the Foldtan M-160 card.

Where are Aipas e-bikes shipped from?

"Aipas operates 8 warehouses across the East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast of the United States" and ships from the closest, with an estimate of 2 to 8 business days (Aipas shipping policy). An Aipas blog post says "over 20 local warehouses," so ask which one your bike leaves from.

What is the Aipas warranty?

One year against manufacturing defects, for the first buyer only, activated through the website or the frame's QR code (Aipas warranty policy). The frame is a replacement frame without labor, the battery warranty is prorated, and parts after the 15th day carry shipping costs. Bikes bought outside Aipas's official channels are not covered. A second year costs $79 (Aipas extended warranty).

What is Aipas's return policy?

Aipas's return policy gives 14 days from receipt to request one, with under 10 miles on the odometer and the original packaging (Aipas return policy). Aipas deducts at least 15% of the order for shipping, may charge 30% more without proper packaging, and refunds within 5 business days of inspection. A dealer's bike follows the dealer's policy.

What is Aipas's customer service phone number?

Aipas lists 1 (844) 777-0680 for pre-sales and 1 (844) 777-0681 for after-sales, with service@aipasbike.com for email (Aipas contact page). The contact page gives Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, and the dealer page 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, so call between 10 and 6.

Does Aipas have a discount code?

Aipas offers "an extra $50 off all e-bike purchases" to first responders, healthcare workers, military members, teachers and students who email a qualifying document to service@aipasbike.com for a code (Aipas discount page). Every machine on its store was already priced under Aipas's higher printed figure on October 21, 2026.

Who sells Aipas e-bikes near me?

Aipas's dealer map lists 20 places in nine states, ten of them in Florida, from Chetek, Wisconsin to Madera, California (Aipas dealers). Our dealer table lists each with its address. Big Cat Electric Bikes in Patchogue, New York, also sells six bikes under Aipas model names on its own store.

The bottom line

Aipas is a direct-to-consumer brand whose store record names Aipas Bike LLC of Covina, California, and whose trademark belongs to an individual in Guangzhou, China (USPTO record). It sells 15 machines from $689 with two US phone lines and a one-year warranty. Its 12 e-bikes print 28 or 36 mph with a throttle, which no state or DC definition we screen admits at those figures.

If you buy one, check your model's SGS certificate on SGS's record, get the rated watts and the throttle's top speed in writing, and ride where your state allows at those figures. If you would rather buy from us, start from the Aipas you were weighing:

Each ships free to the lower 48. For a fat-tire bike at the M1 Pro's price, the Samebike VOYAGER costs $939.

A 750 W rating, a 960 Wh pack and 20 x 4.0 inch fat tires, shipped free to the lower 48.

Limitations

Ten limits apply to this page. Each says what the record behind it covers, what it cannot show you, and what to ask Aipas or check yourself before you rely on it.

  1. Peak and rated figures. Aipas's headline motor figure is called a peak on four models, and it prints a rated figure for two. The screen gives each e-bike the benefit of a 500 W rating, and the M1 Pro and M2 Pro their 1,000 W one, and the true rating cannot change the result, because the printed top speed with a throttle already decides it.
  2. Throttle speed. Aipas's product pages print one top speed per model and no separate throttle speed, so the screen reads the throttle as reaching it. Its SGS certificates give 32 km/h, a different figure, and only Aipas can say in writing which one your bike ships at; an answer of 20 mph would change the result state by state.
  3. Conflicting figures. Nine figures differ between two Aipas pages; the conflicts list gives each pair, and the page plans around the safer one.
  4. The trademark record. The Trademark Office's status pages turned away repeated requests on October 21, 2026, so the AIPAS record was read in full through its trademark search service by serial number; the links above open the status page.
  5. Ownership. The records show who registered the mark and which companies run the store; they do not show which factory builds Aipas's bikes or how Aipas Bike LLC, Aipas ebike LLC and the registrant are related.
  6. The court record. The judgment's statements about the defendants' sales are the plaintiffs' allegations, settled by consent with no admission of liability; the papers name four companies and one person, not Aipas Bike LLC or Aipas ebike LLC, and this page draws no line between them beyond the court's words.
  7. The certificates. We read the seven SGS certificates Aipas's pages link, and SGS's record of each, on October 21, 2026. A certificate covers the models and technical data it lists; where those differ from a product page, this page prints both, and only Aipas can say which configuration it ships.
  8. The law screen. Our screen reads state definitions; cities, counties and park units can set their own rules, and a state agency's reading of a machine outside its definition is its own.
  9. Prices and stock. Aipas's prices, ours and the seven makers' were read on October 21, 2026; all can change without notice.
  10. One publisher per record. Aipas and each card's maker alone publish their own prices, specifications and terms, and the Trademark Office, the CPSC, the court, the legislatures, the Park Service and the Federal Register alone publish their records, so each of those facts rests on one reading of that publisher's own record, kept on file.

Expiry conditions

This profile is a reading of Aipas's store and the public records on October 21, 2026, and it goes out of date when any of these happens:

  • Aipas changes a model's price, motor figure, top speed or listing, or adds a model to the US store.
  • The CPSC posts a recall, warning or news release naming Aipas or an Aipas model.
  • The court docket in No. 2:26-cv-00271-JNW records a new filing, or the USPTO records an assignment of AIPAS.
  • The Park Service finalizes its September 1, 2026 proposal, or a state changes its e-bike definition.
  • A card's bike sells out at its maker, or its maker changes its price.
  • SGS changes the status of a certificate Aipas's pages link, or Aipas links a different certificate.

Image credit: six of the card photographs are their makers' own (VTUVIA, Addmotor, ZOONLAI, DWMEIGI and Samebike's photograph of the VOYAGER), each in the colorway its card shows, resized or cropped only and never retouched. On the CY20 card, Samebike's own photograph of the bike stands in a street scene generated around it with Nano Banana Pro on Playcut, and no pixel of the bike was altered.

Cover: the M2 Pro Xterrain in Gray is Aipas's own photograph, resized as one piece so every pixel of the bike is Aipas's. Its studio backdrop came from Nano Banana Pro on Playcut, and the headline and badge were typeset afterward.
