Every DWMEIGI trike we sell ships free to the lower 48 from our store, and a warranty claim on a Redtail order starts with our US support desk. DWMEIGI's own policy covers the frame for two years and other parts for one year (limited). (DWMEIGI's warranty policy)

The short answer Five trikes, one maker, one shelf. The Hera is the 350 W, 15 mph city trike; the four 750 W models add fat tires, reverse, folding or full suspension. Your state's e-bike definition and DWMEIGI's published top speed decide which one you can ride where, so read the law before the price. To look at other makers, start with our e-bike brands list.

How we verified this profile. Written by Milad Ghobadibeygvand, BScN (Western University, 2014).

Every figure here was read on DWMEIGI's own US store on October 14, 2026, from 147 documents retrieved there: each trike's page and product record, its catalog cards, its FAQ, its blog and the six manuals for these five trikes, with watt-hours computed from DWMEIGI's own voltage and amp-hour figures. We read our own five listings and our checkout the same day. The Silverado HD is the one we have ridden, on camera.

We searched the CPSC's recall, warning and news-release registers with control brands that carry known actions, so a zero can be read. Redtail eBikes sells all five DWMEIGI trikes. Corrections go to support@redtailebikes.com.

DWMEIGI trikes: which one fits you

A trike is the answer when two wheels have become the problem: balance, a knee, a bad hip, or a dog in the basket. The stakes are your state's e-bike definition, which a 25 mph trike falls outside everywhere, and a load limit that has to cover you and your cargo. Pick by rule, then by fit, then by what you carry. (15 U.S.C. § 2085(b))

DWMEIGI describes the Hera as suitable for "adults and seniors due to its stability", and the owners who review its trikes on its store say the same in their own words, from a rider of 77 to a son who is a double amputee. Every card below opens with the figure that decides that trike. (DWMEIGI's owner reviews)

DWMEIGI's five trikes, side by side

All five are step-through trikes with a Shimano 7-speed drive; they split on motor, pack, tires and what the frame does. The Hera is the only 350 W model, and the four 750 W models differ in tires, suspension, folding and published top speed. (DWMEIGI's Hera, MG1703, Silverado HD, Silverado Urban and Blazer pages)

DWMEIGI puts a full charge at 4 to 5 hours on the Hera, MG1703 and Silverado HD pages, and at about 4 to 6 hours in the manuals for the Silverado models and the Blazer. (the Hera, MG1703 and Silverado HD pages; the Folding Trike and Blazer manuals)

Model Our price Motor, top speed Pack (computed) Plan-on load
MG708 Hera $1,499 350 W, 15 mph 36 V 13 Ah, 468 Wh 300 lb
MG1703 $1,999 750 W, 20 mph 48 V 18.2 Ah, 874 Wh 330 lb
MG2302 Silverado Urban $2,299 750 W, 25 mph 48 V 13 Ah, 624 Wh 330 lb
MG2303 Blazer $2,299 750 W, 25 mph 48 V 16 Ah, 768 Wh 330 lb
MG2301 Silverado HD $2,899 750 W, 20 mph 48 V 14 Ah, 672 Wh 330 lb

Motor and top speed from each trike's own page on DWMEIGI's US store; watt-hours are volts times amp-hours; the load is the lower of the figures DWMEIGI publishes for that model (its page, its manual, its blog), read October 14, 2026. (Hera, MG1703, MG2302, MG2303, MG2301)

Model Tires Frame Folds Reverse gear
MG708 Hera Kenda 24 × 2.125 in carbon steel not listed not listed
MG1703 Kenda 20 × 4.0 in carbon steel not listed not listed
MG2302 Silverado Urban Kenda 24 × 2.4 in 6061 aluminum yes yes
MG2303 Blazer Kenda 24 × 2.4 in 6061 aluminum not listed yes
MG2301 Silverado HD Kenda 20 × 4.0 in 6061 aluminum yes yes

Tires, frame, folding and reverse as each trike's page, record and catalog card print them, read October 14, 2026; "not listed" means the model's own page names no fold or no reverse gear; the Kenda sizes are the catalog cards DWMEIGI shows on its other trike pages. (DWMEIGI's Hera specification post, the cards on its Hera page, MG2302 page)

Read the table by what you ride. Short trips and the gentlest motor point to the Hera; long rides and sand to the MG1703; a small garage to the folding Silverados; rough paths to the Blazer. The plan-on load, not the price, should rule out a model first.

Which DWMEIGI fits your height and weight

Start with the saddle and the step-over, because DWMEIGI publishes both for most of the five: saddles from 32 to 40 inches and step-overs of 14 to 15 inches. Two models also carry a rider-height window, and all five carry a load figure that has to cover you and everything in the baskets. (DWMEIGI's MG1703 page)

Model Rider window Saddle height Step-over Load to plan on
MG708 Hera 5'1" to 6'1" 32 to 38 in 15 in (down tube) 300 lb
MG1703 5'2" to 6'3" 32 to 38 in a "Low-Step" frame 330 lb
MG2302 Silverado Urban use the saddle range 34 to 40 in 14 in 330 lb
MG2303 Blazer use the step-over not printed on its page 15 in 330 lb
MG2301 Silverado HD use the saddle range 32 to 38 in 14 in 330 lb

Rider windows from DWMEIGI's Hera specification post and its MG1703 page FAQ; saddle heights and step-overs from each page's "SIZE & FIT" drawing and feature text; loads from the manuals, read October 14, 2026. (Hera post, MG2302 page, MG2301 page)

The saddle range is the number to hold against your inseam. The Hera, the MG1703 and the Silverado HD start at 32 inches and the Silverado Urban at 34, and our Silverado HD review's fit section turns an inseam into a saddle height with the formulas bike fitters publish. (DWMEIGI's Hera page)

The load line is rider plus cargo plus anything in the baskets. DWMEIGI's manuals put it at 330 lb for the 750 W models and 300 lb for the Hera, and the Hera's rear basket alone takes 50 lb. A 250 lb rider with 40 lb of groceries is at 290 lb, inside every model on the list. (DWMEIGI's Folding Trike, MG1703, Blazer and MG708 manuals; the basket on its Hera page)

The softest start of the five. The Hera is the trike to start on if a gentle motor and the lowest price matter most: 350 W, 15 mph and 88 lb, with a down tube 15 inches off the ground. Red here, or Blue on its listing, $1,499 with free delivery to the lower 48.

How far each DWMEIGI goes on a charge

DWMEIGI's figures run from 25 to 45 miles on the throttle alone and from 40 to 65 miles with pedal assist, and the gap between the two is how much of the work your legs do. Divided out, its throttle figures come to 17 to 21 watt-hours a mile across the five, our own arithmetic on DWMEIGI's numbers. (DWMEIGI's MG2303 page)

Model Pack Throttle only With pedal assist Wh per throttle mile
MG708 Hera 468 Wh 25 mi 40 mi 18.7
MG1703 874 Wh 45 mi 60 mi 19.4
MG2302 Silverado Urban 624 Wh 30 mi 50 mi 20.8
MG2303 Blazer 768 Wh 45 mi 65 mi 17.1
MG2301 Silverado HD 672 Wh 35 mi 55 mi 19.2

Ranges are DWMEIGI's own figures from each trike's page, read October 14, 2026; the last column divides the computed pack by the throttle range and is ours. DWMEIGI states no speed, rider weight or terrain for them. (Hera, MG1703, MG2302, MG2301)

Treat the throttle figure as the planning number and the assisted one as the ceiling. Wind, hills, a heavier load and cold weather all pull a pack down. For the Silverado HD, our review's range section models speed, hills, rider weight and temperature from published physics.

Reverse, folding and the hardware

Three of the five back up under power, two fold, and one has suspension at all three points; the four 750 W models share an 80 N·m motor rating. Each has a thumb or twist throttle and a walking mode for pushing the trike, and four of the five list a parking brake on their pages. (DWMEIGI's MG2303 page)

  • Reverse. The MG2301, MG2302 and MG2303 pages list "The riding/reverse gear" beside the turn signals, the parking brake and the horn. On our own Silverado HD ride, the rider says "the reverse comes in handy" at a road crossing and again in a parking lot. (MG2302 page) (our ride, at 1:43)
  • Folding. The MG2301 and MG2302 have a "step-through and folding frame" in 6061 aluminum; the Blazer's frame is the same alloy without the fold. (MG2301 page)
  • Suspension. The Blazer adds a rear frame shock to its lockable hydraulic fork and suspension seatpost; the Silverado HD has the fork and seatpost; the MG1703 has a front fork that locks; the Hera rides on its 24-inch tires and an oversized saddle. (Blazer page)
  • Brakes. The Hera stops on 180 mm discs, and the MG2302 and MG2303 on "180mm front and rear brakes, plus two parking brakes". (Hera specification post)
  • Drive. Every model shifts through a Shimano 7-speed, and DWMEIGI's About page names Bafang, Samsung, Promax, Zoom and KMC among its suppliers; our Bafang motors guide explains the maker behind the motor on two of these five. (DWMEIGI's About page)

Decide on reverse and folding before speed. If the trike lives in a garage or a hallway, the folding Silverados or a measured doorway matter more than five extra miles of range. If you park nose-in on a slope, reverse and a parking brake are the features you will use every day.

Riding three wheels: turns, hills and assembly

A trike does not lean into a corner, so you slow down before the turn instead of in it; that one habit is the adjustment DWMEIGI's own owners describe. DWMEIGI's own advice is to learn in a flat, open parking lot with the motor off, practicing S-shaped patterns before you turn the display on. (DWMEIGI's Hera post)

Where buyers get caught out: the turn, not the speed. Owners on DWMEIGI's store describe the same learning curve: "You have to get use to turning and always be going slower than you want during turns", a Hera owner wrote in July 2022, adding that it is "easy to get used to in just a couple days". (DWMEIGI's reviews)

Assembly is the second thing to plan. The MG1703 arrives in two boxes, and DWMEIGI's warranty policy "recommends professional assembly of our e-bikes", so book a bike mechanic if you do not own a torque wrench. Several owners had a local shop assemble theirs; one paid $50 to have it built near an 80-year-old mother's home. (DWMEIGI's warranty policy) (DWMEIGI's reviews)

Hills are a gearing question as much as a motor one. All five shift through seven gears; the 750 W models carry 80 N·m and the Hera's card lists 40 N·m for its 350 W motor, so a steep driveway is a job for a low gear plus the throttle. (DWMEIGI's MG2302 page) (its Blazer page)

Not sure a trike is the answer? Our e-bike finder sets DWMEIGI's trikes beside the other bikes in it and matches one to your state's law, your height, your weight and your miles.

Match a trike to your ride

The law: is a DWMEIGI trike an e-bike where you ride?

Answer the speed question first: at 15 mph most state e-bike definitions take the Hera in, at 20 mph about half take a 750 W trike in, and at 25 mph on a throttle none do. Federal law, your state's definition and the land manager each draw a line, and each reads the motor, the top speed and, in several states, the number of wheels. (15 U.S.C. § 2085(b))

The federal definition makes a trike a consumer product when it is "a two- or three-wheeled vehicle with fully operable pedals and an electric motor of less than 750 watts (1 h.p.), whose maximum speed on a paved level surface, when powered solely by such a motor while ridden by an operator who weighs 170 pounds, is less than 20 mph". (15 U.S.C. § 2085(b))

Congress added it in Public Law 107-319 on December 4, 2002, and a trike that meets it is a consumer product subject to the Consumer Product Safety Commission's bicycle rules at 16 CFR part 1512. (15 U.S.C. § 2085)

The rule What it means for a DWMEIGI
Federal: "less than 750 watts" and "less than 20 mph" (§ 2085(b)) the Hera's 350 W and 15 mph sit under both; a 750 W, 20 mph trike sits on both numbers, and the definition asks for less than each
State definitions: each state's own watt word, speed and wheel count (our 50-state law atlas) the tally below, screened October 14, 2026
Federal land: BLM's "not more than 750 watts", two or three wheels (43 CFR 8340.0-5(j)) a 750 W trike fits the words; the field office decides where it rides
Published figures Inside the state's e-bike definition Outside it Left open No definition
Hera: 350 W, 15 mph, 88 lb 39 5 5 2
MG1703 and Silverado HD: 750 W, 20 mph 25 22 2 2
Silverado Urban, Blazer, Silverado HD card: 750 W, 25 mph 0 49 0 2

The 50 states and DC, each definition's watt wording, throttle rule, top speed and wheel count, screened October 14, 2026 (state-by-state rules). Of the 22 that put a 750 W, 20 mph trike outside, 19 set the motor line at "less than" or "fewer than" 750 watts, New Jersey turns on its throttle rule, and Montana and Rhode Island define an e-bike on two wheels.

The trap: a "750 W" label does not clear a "less than 750 watts" statute. In those nineteen states, a 750 W motor is at the line, not under it, and the trike falls outside the e-bike definition even at 20 mph. (15 U.S.C. § 2085(b))

For the Hera, the five states outside are the two-wheel definitions (Alabama, Idaho, Montana, New Jersey and Rhode Island). Arkansas, Connecticut, Missouri, New York and Vermont leave a three-wheeler's place open. (Mont. Code § 61-8-102)

At 25 mph on a throttle the answer is the same everywhere a definition exists, because a 25 mph throttle sits above every state's cap for a throttle. A state that leaves a trike outside its e-bike definition still decides for itself how it is treated on its roads, as a moped, a motorized bicycle or something else, and what that asks of you. (state-by-state rules)

DWMEIGI's manuals add an age line of their own: "Don't let children under the age of 18 ride the bike." (DWMEIGI's Folding Trike manual)

California's SB 1167, approved by the Governor on September 30, 2026, rewrites the state's definition, and its text keeps "an electric motor that does not exceed 750 watts of power" and a 20 mph cut-off for a throttle, so none of these counts changes when it takes effect. (SB 1167 text)

What stays unsettled is the gap between a maker's top speed and the statute's own test, which is the motor alone, on a level surface, with a 170-pound rider. DWMEIGI prints the Silverado HD at 20 mph on its page and 25 mph on its catalog card, so read both rows above for it, and ask us which top speed your trike ships set to. (the HD page) (the HD card)

Trails and federal land

Off the road, the land manager decides, and on federal land the rule has teeth: breaking BLM's off-road vehicle rules can bring "a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not longer than 12 months, or both". That penalty sits in 43 CFR 8340.0-7, for the rules of subparts 8341 and 8343.

The Bureau of Land Management defines an e-bike as "a two- or three-wheeled cycle with fully operable pedals and an electric motor of not more than 750 watts (1 h.p.)", in a rule dated November 2, 2020 (85 FR 69223), and treats one like a bicycle only where the authorized officer has decided so. (43 CFR 8340.0-5)

Elsewhere, 43 CFR 8341.1 permits off-road vehicles only on "areas and trails designated as open to off-road vehicle use".

In national forests, the Forest Service's directives provide for "managing all classes of e-bikes as motor vehicles", in the words of its July 12, 2022 notice at 87 FR 41278. Where a Ranger District has mapped its roads and trails, 36 CFR 261.13 prohibits operating a motor vehicle "other than in accordance with those designations".

Where you plan to ride Who decides What to read first

Each empty result was trusted only after the same searches found actions known to exist: Ancheer's 23-007, FENGQS's 25-403 and Pedego's recalls in the database, and Ridstar's two warnings and Rad Power Bikes' one in the warning listing. (CPSC warning listing)

What owners say about DWMEIGI trikes

DWMEIGI's own store carries 64 owner reviews averaging 4.8 stars: 52 five-star, 11 four-star and one three-star, read October 14, 2026. Twenty-six are for the MG1703, 24 for the Hera, three for the Silverado Urban and one for the Silverado HD; 53 carry the review widget's "verified" mark. (DWMEIGI's trike collection, with its review counts)

The reviews are posted on DWMEIGI's own store, as its customers wrote them, and the quotes below keep their spelling. Our own model reviews, the Silverado HD among them, are indexed on our e-bike reviews hub. (DWMEIGI's reviews)

Unfortunately, I’m 66, have inner ear issues and problems with my vision so therefore no can do balance on two wheels. Let DwMeigi come to my rescue.

Those lines are a Silverado Urban owner's, from September 2023. A Hera owner of 77 wrote, "I take our dog for a walk with this trike", and a buyer for an 80-year-old mother had the trike shipped to her local bike shop to be built. (DWMEIGI's reviews)

The pattern across the 54 trike reviews is riders who want to keep riding when balance or a joint says otherwise. "My son is a double amputee and this bike was perfect for him to get around", an MG1703 buyer wrote in March 2025, and another MG1703 owner: "Our 2nd; first was stolen- loved it enough to order again". (DWMEIGI's reviews)

The trike with the most owner reviews. The MG1703 carries the biggest pack of the five, 874 Wh, on 4-inch fat tires, at the price DWMEIGI's own store charges, with free delivery to the lower 48.

Warranty, delivery and returns

DWMEIGI's written warranty covers the frame for two years and other parts for one year (limited); on a Redtail order, the claim starts with our US support desk. DWMEIGI's policy asks for proof of purchase and photos or videos, and allows up to 30 days to process a claim. (DWMEIGI's warranty policy)

Batteries and tires sit among the consumables in the policy's component table, at one year, and its exclusions say consumables are generally not covered but may be replaced at DWMEIGI's discretion, a battery only when it is defective. Keep the receipt and the frame, motor and battery serial numbers, which DWMEIGI's MG708 manual asks owners to record. (DWMEIGI's warranty policy) (its MG708 manual)

Four checks before you order a DWMEIGI

Four numbers decide the order: your state's rule for the model's top speed, your saddle measurement, your rider-plus-cargo weight, and the width of the door the trike lives behind. Each takes a minute, and each one rules a model out before price does. (our 50-state e-bike law atlas)

  1. Your state's rule. Find your state in the law table, then read its page in our law atlas. A 25 mph model is outside every state's e-bike definition.
  2. Your saddle number. Measure your inseam and hold it against the saddle ranges in the fit table.
  3. Your load. Total your weight, your cargo and anything in the baskets, and stay under 300 lb on the Hera and 330 lb on the others.
  4. Your door and your wrench. Measure the doorway and the storage spot, and book a bike mechanic for the assembly if you do not have one.

If all four checks pass, the price decides. The Hera at $1,499 for light, short trips; the MG1703 at $1,999 for the biggest battery of the five; the Silverado Urban at $2,299 to fold and reverse, or the Blazer at $2,299 for full suspension; the Silverado HD at $2,899 to fold and reverse on fat tires with a suspension fork and seatpost.

The honest ledger

Every model fits a rider; this ledger says who it fits and where the rider who wants something else should look first. The left column is what the record shows in DWMEIGI's favor; the right column is about fit, with a route for each rider it does not suit. (DWMEIGI's trike collection)

Frequently asked questions

Who makes DWMEIGI trikes?

DWMEIGI's US store is run by MEIGI IMPORT CORP of Rancho Cucamonga, California, and the DWMEIGI trademark, Reg. No. 6,722,840, is registered to Changzhou Meiqi Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. of Changzhou, China. Read October 14, 2026. (USPTO TSDR record)

Where are DWMEIGI trikes made?

DWMEIGI's trademark owner, Changzhou Meiqi Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd., is in Changzhou, China, and its US store ships from Rancho Cucamonga, California. Ours ship free to the lower 48. (DWMEIGI's contact information)

Are DWMEIGI trikes any good?

DWMEIGI's own store shows 64 owner reviews averaging 4.8 stars on October 14, 2026, most of them for the MG1703 and the Hera. Owners praise the stability and mention a learning curve on turns and assembly. Our Silverado HD review covers the model we have ridden on camera. (DWMEIGI's trike collection)

How fast do DWMEIGI trikes go?

DWMEIGI publishes 15 mph for the Hera, 20 mph for the MG1703 and the Silverado HD, and 25 mph for the Silverado Urban and the Blazer, read October 14, 2026. Its catalog card prints 25 mph for the Silverado HD, so ask us which speed yours ships set to. (DWMEIGI's MG2303 page and its catalog cards) (its Silverado HD page) (the Silverado HD card on its Silverado Urban page)

That depends on your state's e-bike definition and the model's published speed. At 350 W and 15 mph, the Hera sits inside 39 state definitions; at 750 W and 20 mph, the MG1703 sits inside 25; at 25 mph, no state definition takes a trike in. Find your state. (15 U.S.C. § 2085(b))

Do DWMEIGI trikes tip over?

A trike stands upright on its own, and owners on DWMEIGI's store warn that a turn taken too fast can tip it; slowing before the turn is the fix. DWMEIGI's own advice is to find a flat, open parking lot, ride on your own power before you turn on the display, and practice S-shaped patterns. (DWMEIGI's Hera post) (the owner reviews on its store)

Are DWMEIGI trikes good for seniors?

DWMEIGI describes the Hera as suitable for "adults and seniors due to its stability", and owners of 66 and 77, and a buyer for an 80-year-old mother, review its trikes on its store. Start with the Hera's 88 lb weight and 15 mph top speed, and hold your inseam against its saddle range in the fit table first. (DWMEIGI's Hera post) (its Hera page) (the owner reviews on its store)

Which DWMEIGI trikes have reverse?

The Silverado HD, the Silverado Urban and the Blazer list "The riding/reverse gear" on DWMEIGI's pages, read October 14, 2026, beside a parking brake and turn signals. (DWMEIGI's Silverado HD page)

Which DWMEIGI trike folds?

The Silverado HD and the Silverado Urban are the two DWMEIGI lists with a "step-through and folding frame", in 6061 aluminum. (DWMEIGI's Silverado Urban page)

How much does a DWMEIGI trike cost?

On our store on October 14, 2026: $1,499 for the Hera, $1,999 for the MG1703, $2,299 for the Silverado Urban and the Blazer, and $2,899 for the Silverado HD, each with free delivery to the lower 48. (our DWMEIGI collection)

How much does a DWMEIGI trike weigh?

DWMEIGI's specification post gives the Hera's weight as 88 lb. For the 750 W models, email us and we will confirm the shipping weight before you order. (DWMEIGI's Hera specification post)

Can a DWMEIGI trike climb hills?

All five carry a Shimano 7-speed; the four 750 W models list 80 N·m of torque and the Hera 40 N·m. Shift to a low gear before the hill and add the throttle; a heavier load or a steeper grade shortens the range. (DWMEIGI's Silverado Urban page and its catalog cards) (its Blazer page)

What warranty does DWMEIGI give?

DWMEIGI's written policy covers the frame for two years and other parts for one year (limited). Batteries and tires are consumables in its table, listed at one year; its exclusions add that consumables are generally not covered but may be replaced at DWMEIGI's discretion, and a battery only when it is defective. On a Redtail order, the claim starts with our US support desk. (DWMEIGI's warranty policy)

Has DWMEIGI had a recall?

No recall, warning or news release from the Consumer Product Safety Commission named DWMEIGI or its model codes on October 14, 2026, across all 10,047 recall records and 375 warnings, with control brands found by the same searches. (CPSC recall database)

Where can I get a DWMEIGI battery?

We list DWMEIGI's own replacement batteries for the Hera ($478.80), the MG1703 ($598.80) and the Silverado HD and Silverado Urban ($598.80), on October 14, 2026. (our MG708 Hera battery listing)

How do you assemble a DWMEIGI trike?

The MG1703 arrives in two boxes with a tool kit and the manual, and DWMEIGI's manual page links a user manual and an assembly video for each of the five. Its warranty policy recommends professional assembly, so a bike mechanic is the safe route. (DWMEIGI's manual page)

The bottom line

Buy a DWMEIGI if three wheels give you back the riding two wheels took away, and buy it from us for free delivery and a warranty claim that starts here. The MG708 Hera at $1,499 is the gentlest first trike, at 350 W and 15 mph, and the MG1703 at $1,999 carries the biggest battery of the five, 874 Wh, on 4-inch fat tires; the lineup table sets all five side by side.

For a frame that folds and a reverse gear, the Silverado HD at $2,899 has both on 4-inch fat tires with a suspension fork and seatpost, and it is the one in our ride video. The Silverado Urban at $2,299 folds and reverses too, at up to 25 mph, so read the law section for your state first.

Before you order, run the four checks: your state's rule, your inseam, your load and your doorway. Call (213) 444-4020 or email us if any of them leaves you unsure. Still choosing a brand? Our guide to the best e-bike brands sets brands we stock side by side by kind of riding.

Limitations

Eleven limits apply to this profile, each stated as a fact about the record on October 14 and 15, 2026. Three come from DWMEIGI printing two figures for one thing (a load, a top speed, a rider window or a range), and the page prints both each time.

  1. Every DWMEIGI figure is DWMEIGI's own, read on its US store, its manuals and its blog on October 14, 2026; prices, stock and specifications can change after that date.
  2. Where DWMEIGI publishes two figures, the lower load is the one used here: the Hera's page prints 330 lb and its manuals and specification post 300 lb; the MG1703's page prints 330 lb and its FAQ 400 lb; the Silverado HD's page prints 400 lb and its manual 330 lb.
  3. DWMEIGI prints two top speeds for two models: the Silverado HD at 20 mph on its page and 25 mph on its catalog card, and the Blazer at 25 mph on its page and 15 mph on the catalog card DWMEIGI prints on the Hera's page. The law table screens the Silverado HD at both and the Blazer at its own page's 25 mph.
  4. The Hera's rider window is 5'1" to 6'1" in DWMEIGI's specification post and 4'11" to 6'2" on its product page; the narrower window is the one used here. Its assisted range is 40 miles on its page and 35 miles on its catalog card.
  5. Weights: DWMEIGI publishes the Hera's (88 lb, in its specification post). We read the record, page, catalog cards, FAQ, blog and manuals for the other four and found none, so no weight is printed for them.
  6. Watt-hours and watt-hours per mile are our arithmetic on DWMEIGI's own voltage, amp-hour and range figures; the ranges are DWMEIGI's and carry no stated speed, rider weight or terrain.
  7. The owner reviews are the 64 on DWMEIGI's own store, read through its review widget on October 14, 2026: a maker-hosted record, not a survey.
  8. The state counts come from our jurisdiction screener run on October 14, 2026 against each definition's watt wording, throttle rule, top speed, wheel count and Pennsylvania's weight limb; they are a reading of the statutes, not legal advice.
  9. Only the Silverado HD has been ridden by us; every other model is verified against DWMEIGI's published specification and recomputed.
  10. California's SB 1167 text was read in the Internet Archive's capture of October 2, 2026, and again on the legislature's own site on October 15, 2026; the passages quoted here are the same in both.
  11. Our store lists both MG1703 colorways; DWMEIGI's own store showed its Black colorway unavailable on October 14, 2026, so this page offers the White.

Expiry conditions

This profile holds until one of the conditions below changes: a price, colorway or specification at DWMEIGI or on our store, California's SB 1167 taking effect, a federal recall or warning, or a change to the warranty or our terms. Failing those, we re-verify it by April 15, 2027.

  • A DWMEIGI price, colorway or specification change on our store or on DWMEIGI's.
  • California's SB 1167 taking effect: the counts are written to hold on both sides of the date and are re-checked on it.
  • A CPSC recall, warning or news release naming DWMEIGI or a model code.
  • A change to DWMEIGI's warranty policy or to our shipping, return or payment terms.
  • Otherwise, re-verify by April 15, 2027.
