A bench seat built for two
The NOVA's bench runs 33.2 inches, room for you and a passenger, and Qiolor rates the bike for a 450 lb payload: the highest load rating of the five Qiolor e-bikes we sell.
Dual rear shocks and a suspension fork
Two hydraulic rear shocks and an EXSHO aluminum-alloy suspension fork soak up uneven pavement, which Qiolor's model chart lists as full suspension.

The NOVA suits a rider from 5'1" to 5'9", Qiolor's recommended range, who wants to bring a passenger along on a smooth, planted cruiser. It is the lower-priced of the two Qiolor two-seaters we sell, at $1,599, with the lowest seat of the five, 29.5 inches.

Warranty
Qiolor warrants the frame for 5 years from the original purchase, the battery for 1 year (prorated), and the motor, controller, display, charger, throttle, calipers and rotors for 1 year; brake levers and the handlebar tube for 6 months.
You send us photos or a short video of the fault and your order number; we open the claim with Qiolor and follow it through.
Delivery protection
Inspect the bike at delivery. Anything damaged, defective or wrong, reported with photos within 48 hours, is ours to put right at no cost to you.

- A freight carrier may call ahead to schedule delivery, so keep your phone close.
- Look the box over before the driver leaves, and note any damage with the driver.
- Photograph anything damaged, defective or wrong.
- Email us the photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we take it from there.
- Keep your order confirmation: it is the proof of purchase a warranty claim needs.

Owning it in your state
Qiolor ships the NOVA with pedal assist and a half-twist throttle, set to a 20 mph maximum, and describes that setup as a Class II e-bike out of the box; its page adds that the default "can be adjusted according to user preferences". Keep it at 20 mph wherever your state and the land manager allow Class 2.
The NOVA's motor is rated at 750W, which sits on the federal line of "less than 750 watts" in 15 U.S.C. § 2085(b); a state that writes "no more than" 750 watts reads the same motor differently. Riding two-up brings its own rules, because passenger helmet and age requirements differ from state to state.

How to read this spec sheet
- Length: Qiolor's model comparison chart lists the NOVA at 65 in long; the geometry drawing on the same page gives a 65.9 in total length. The table prints the chart's figure in the length × width × height row.
- Geometry: seat height, wheelbase, handlebar height, stand-over height and seat length come from Qiolor's geometry drawing on the NOVA page, which also shows 5'1" and 5'9" rider outlines.
- Range: Qiolor states its range figures are experimental data at pedal-assist level 1, and lists rider weight, assist level, throttle use, terrain, speed, weather and towing weight as factors that change them.
Straight answers before you order
Qiolor lists the NOVA at 95 lb.
That weight carries full suspension, 5-inch tires and a bench for two. If you need a Qiolor you can lift more easily, the Tiger JR is 87 lb and $899. See the Tiger JR.
The NOVA is single-speed.
There is no derailleur to adjust or wear, and the 750W motor and throttle take you to the factory 20 mph setting. If you want gears to pedal hills with, the Tiger Plus has a 7-speed and also seats two. See the Tiger Plus.
Qiolor rates the NOVA's 15Ah pack for 70 miles on pedal assist and 40 on throttle alone.

Can the NOVA carry a passenger?
Yes. Qiolor builds the NOVA's 33.2-inch bench for two riders and rates the bike for a 450 lb payload. Passenger helmet and age rules differ from state to state, so check yours in our state law guide before you ride two-up.
How fast does the NOVA go?
Qiolor sets the NOVA to a 20 mph top speed out of the box, on pedal assist or the half-twist throttle, and calls that setting Class II. Its page adds that the default can be adjusted to user preferences; our state law guide shows where a Class 2 e-bike may ride where you live.
How far does the NOVA go on a charge?

Does the NOVA have full suspension?
Yes. It pairs an EXSHO aluminum-alloy suspension fork with two hydraulic rear shock absorbers, and Qiolor's model chart lists it as full suspension.
Can I ride the NOVA in the rain?
Qiolor builds its e-bikes to an IP5 rating and says that makes them suitable for riding through creeks, mud and snow. It asks riders to avoid prolonged or intentional immersion, and never to clean the bike with a pressure washer.
