Eskute, read from its own US store, the federal safety registers and the statutes on October 16, 2026: who runs it, all 23 machines it sells in the US, what its warranty covers, where its bikes stand under the law, and the six bikes we sell on the same footing.
Quick Answer — Eskute eBikes come from a direct-to-consumer brand that its own brand-story page says is operated by Yimei Innovation Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited. Its US store listed 23 machines on October 16, 2026, from $449: 11 pedal e-bikes, 4 trikes and 8 electric dirt bikes Eskute sells for off-road use.
No CPSC recall, safety warning or news release named Eskute when all three registers were read that day (CPSC recalls). Buy from eskute.com, the US address on Eskute's list of official websites, and ask Eskute in writing how fast the throttle alone goes before you ride on public roads.
If you are shopping, six bikes we sell stand on the same motor and speed footing as an Eskute beside them, from $599, and every e-bike we sell ships free to the lower 48.
The short answer Eskute sells a long lineup at low prices from one US store, with a one-year warranty for the first owner. Three things decide whether one fits you: the store you buy from, the throttle speed on the model you want, and whether you want a bicycle or an off-road machine. Each has its own section below. Weighing Eskute against other makers? Our list of e-bike brands is the place to compare.

How we verified this profile. Written by Milad Ghobadibeygvand, BScN (Western University, 2014).
Every figure was read on October 16, 2026, at its source: Eskute's US store (all 23 machine pages and their store records, the two-bike bundle listings, the catalog pages, the warranty, return, shipping, payment, contact and brand-story pages, and its blog), the CPSC's recall database, warning list and newsroom, and the federal and state statutes quoted. Watt-hours are computed from Eskute's own voltage and amp-hour figures.
The motor-and-speed screen runs Eskute's published figures through each state's e-bike definition from our state-by-state rule table. The page cites 71 sources, every one read at its own address on October 16, 2026 and listed by number under Primary sources.
Behind those citations, 187 addresses on Eskute's US store were retrieved in full and kept on file, along with all three CPSC registers. One record was unreachable: the USPTO's trademark file for the ESKUTE mark, because its pages were rate-limited and its data service requires a registered key (see Limitations).
Redtail eBikes does not sell Eskute. We do sell the six alternatives named here, each read at its own maker's US store the same day. Corrections go to support@redtailebikes.com.
Who runs Eskute, and is it a legit eBike company?
Eskute is a real seller with a US store, a published US return address in Walnut, California, and US phone lines, and its brand-story page names the company that operates it: Yimei Innovation Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited. The question that matters for your money is narrower: which website is Eskute's own, and what its terms promise (Eskute's brand story).
You are probably here because an Eskute's price caught your eye, and the brand has no showroom near you. Buy from the wrong storefront or the wrong model and you can end up paying the freight to return a trike that weighs more than 90 pounds, or owning a machine that none of the state e-bike definitions we screen takes in.
This section and the next two settle who you are buying from, what the record shows, and which model does what.
Who owns Eskute?
Eskute's brand-story page says the brand was "Founded in 2019," "born from a vision by Alan," and that "ESKUTE is operated by Yimei Innovation Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited," with a registered business address at 192-198 Choi Hung Rd, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (Eskute's brand story). The same page says Eskute "has secured Worldwide Product Liability Insurance for our entire product lineup."
The store record behind eskute.com lists the same district, San Po Kong in Kowloon, with prices in US dollars and the United States as the only shipping country (eskute.com store record). The operator's name comes from Eskute's own page; it is the only public record of that name read for this profile, and the terms of service call the operator simply "ESKUTE" (Eskute's terms of service).
Which websites are Eskute's own?
Eskute publishes the answer. Its notice lists four official stores, eskute.com for the US and three for markets outside it (eskute.ca, eu.eskute.com and eskute.co.uk), and adds, "Authorized only on the domains above. Any other domain is NOT operated by Eskute" (Eskute's official websites notice). Search results can surface other addresses: on October 16, 2026, Bing and DuckDuckGo results for "eskute ebike" included eskute.net, which is not on that list.
The same notice says "Eskute has no authorized retailers at this time" and that "Eskute is not responsible for warranty or support" on purchases from third-party platforms. It also warns that "Eskute will NEVER ask you to pay via wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or non-official payment links." If you are in the US, the store to use is eskute.com, and the marketplace section below covers Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy.
Eskute and Eskuta are two different names
Eskute is easy to confuse with Eskuta, a similarly spelled brand. Everything on this page is about Eskute, spelled with an e, and its US store at eskute.com (Eskute's official websites notice). If a review you are reading names a different store, check the spelling before you rely on it.
Where Eskute ships from, and where its bikes are built
Eskute's US shipping policy sends bikes by FedEx Ground to the lower 48 states, with orders "shipped within 1-3 business days" and 3 to 8 business days in transit (Eskute's shipping policy). One of Eskute's own pages says in-stock bikes leave "within 24–48 hours from our U.S. warehouse" (Eskute's Valentine's Day guide).
Returns go to 611 Reyes Dr, Walnut, CA 91789, the address on Eskute's return page (Eskute's return policy). The US pages name the operator in Hong Kong and the US warehouse; for the factory behind a specific model, ask Eskute at support.us@eskute.com before you order.
Reaching Eskute
Eskute's contact page lists a pre-sales line at 1 (888) 886-2818, an after-sales line at 1 (240) 332-0549, the email support.us@eskute.com, and email hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific (Eskute's contact page). Warranty claims go to that email, with photos or video (Eskute's warranty policy).
Prefer a bike you can order from a US store with free shipping and our team on the warranty? Each card below sits beside the Eskute it matches.
See the six bikes we matchThe safety record: recalls, warnings and certification
No Consumer Product Safety Commission recall, product safety warning or news release named Eskute on October 16, 2026. That covered all 10,053 records in the CPSC's recall database back to 1973, all 378 warnings on its live list, and all 2,282 news releases on its newsroom pages (CPSC recalls, CPSC product safety warnings, CPSC news releases).
A clean register is a record of what the Commission has acted on, and it changes. Before you buy any e-bike, search the CPSC recall list for the brand and the model name; it takes a minute.
Battery certification on Eskute's pages
Eskute's certification wording differs by model. The M200 page describes "a TUV certified 499Wh high-capacity battery" (Eskute M200), and the M200 Plus page describes "a UL2849 certified 624Wh high-capacity battery" (Eskute M200 Plus). UL 2849 is the standard UL titles "Electrical Systems for eBikes" (UL Standards & Engagement, UL 2849).
A certificate is a document with a number on it. Before you buy any Eskute, email support.us@eskute.com and ask for the certificate number and the standard it covers for that model, and keep the reply with your receipt.
Check before you pay Search the CPSC list for the model name, and ask Eskute for the certificate number behind any "UL" or "TÜV" line on the page you are buying from.
The Eskute eBike lineup in the US: all 23 machines, side by side
Eskute's US store listed 23 machines on October 16, 2026: 11 pedal e-bikes from $449, 4 folding trikes from $629, and 8 electric dirt bikes from $849, the dearest at $2,299. Prices below are Eskute's own variant prices that day; every listing also prints a higher "regular price" beside them (Eskute's US store).
Every figure in the tables comes from the model's own page on eskute.com, and the battery watt-hours are computed from Eskute's voltage and amp-hour figures. Where a page prints two figures for one thing, the safer one is in the table and both are in Limitations.
The 11 pedal e-bikes
| Model | Price, October 16, 2026 | Motor, Eskute's figure | Battery | Top speed |

| M200 | $449 to $569 | 1,200 W peak | 48 V 10.4 Ah (499 Wh) | 28 mph+ |

| V200 | $750 to $839 | 500 W to 1,300 W | 52 V 20.8 Ah (1,082 Wh) | 32 mph |
| C300R SO | $899 to $939 | 1,800 W peak | 48 V 20.8 Ah (998 Wh) | 32 mph |
| C300R ST | $899 to $939 | 1,800 W peak | 48 V 20.8 Ah (998 Wh) | 32 mph |
The rated figures come from different places on Eskute's store, and the motor section says where each one is printed. Every pedal model's spec table lists its class as "Class 3," and each page describes a throttle as well as pedal assist (Eskute M200).
Fit and load, from the same pages:
| Model | Rider height, Eskute's range | Payload | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| M200 | 5'4" to 6'5" | 350 lb | 52 lb |
| M200 Plus | 5'4" to 6'5" | 350 lb | 52 lb |
| D200 | 5'3" to 6'5" | 400 lb | 70.5 lb |
| V100 | 5'0" to 6'2" | 360 lb | 70.5 lb |
| V100 Pro | 5'0" to 6'2" | 360 lb | 100 lb |
| M300F | 5'1" to 5'11" | 360 lb | 75 lb |
| D300 | 5'3" to 6'3" | 360 lb | 77 lb |
| M200F | 5'3" to 6'5" | 350 lb | 66 lb |
| V200 | 5'4" to 6'5" | 360 lb | 78.3 lb |
| C300R SO | 5'8" to 7'6" | 500 lb | 89.3 lb |
| C300R ST | 5'8" to 7'6" | 500 lb | 89.3 lb |
If you are 5'3" and eyeing the D200, you sit at the bottom of Eskute's range, the case one buyer raised before their D200 arrived: "I am 5'3" which is the minimum height they recommend for this model" (r/ebikes, May 20, 2026). Under 5'3", start with the V100's 5'0" floor.
The 4 folding trikes
| Model | Price, October 16, 2026 | Motor, Eskute's figure | Battery | Top speed | Rider height | Payload |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| T300 | $629 to $949 | 1,200 W peak | 48 V 13 Ah (624 Wh) | 18 mph+ | 4'9" to 6'2" | 400 lb |
| T300 Max | $900 to $1,125 | 1,200 W peak | 48 V 20.8 Ah (998 Wh) | 18 mph+ | 4'8" to 6'2" | 400 lb |
| T300Pro | $979 to $1,498 | 500 W rated, 1,200 W peak | 48 V 20.8 Ah (998 Wh) | 16 mph+ | 5'2" to 6'5" | 450 lb |
| T300 Pro with One-Button Reverse | $1,099 to $1,398 | 500 W rated, 1,200 W peak | 48 V 20.8 Ah (998 Wh) | 16 mph+ | 5'2" to 6'5" | 450 lb |
The four differ in battery, tire and reverse gear. The T300 rolls on 18 x 3.0 inch tires at 93 lb; the T300 Max moves to 20 x 3.0 tires, a 998 Wh pack and a reverse function at 102 lb (T300, T300 Max).
Both T300 Pro listings carry 20 x 4.0 fat tires at 110.2 lb, and only the one titled "with One-Button Reverse" names a reverse button (T300Pro, T300 Pro with One-Button Reverse). Eskute lists all four as "Class 2," the class three-class laws give a throttle bike, and the T300 Max page sums up its drive: "The single-speed system is simple: twist and go" (T300 Max).
The 8 electric dirt bikes
Eskute sells eight machines it calls electric dirt bikes, and its pages for them say plainly, "This vehicle is designed for off-road use only and is not street-legal" (Eskute RTX). Their motors run from 2,500 W to 6,500 W peak and their top speeds from 26 mph to 53 mph and up, on Eskute's figures.
| Model | Price, October 16, 2026 | Peak motor | Battery | Top speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NOVA Mini | $849 to $1,398 | 3,500 W | 48 V 23 Ah (1,104 Wh) | 38 to 46 mph |
| NOVA | $899 to $999 | 3,500 W | 48 V 23 Ah (1,104 Wh) | 38 to 46 mph |
| NOVA X | $979 to $1,370 | 4,000 W | 48 V 23 Ah (1,104 Wh) | 35 to 46 mph |
| NOVA 01 | $1,000 to $1,080 | 2,500 W | 52 V 30 Ah (1,560 Wh) | 26 to 37 mph |
| NOVA RR | $1,299 | 5,500 W | 60 V 30 Ah (1,800 Wh) | 35 to 50 mph |
| NOVA Beast | $1,299 to $1,349 | 5,500 W | 60 V 27 Ah (1,620 Wh) | 35 to 50 mph |
| RTX | $1,689 to $2,299 | 6,500 W | 72 V 30 Ah (2,160 Wh) | 53 mph+ |
| RT 72 | $1,699 | 6,500 W | 72 V 30 Ah (2,160 Wh) | 53 mph+ |
The same NOVA page that calls the machine off-road only also answers a street-legal question with "Whether it's street legal depends on your local regulations for electric bikes" (Eskute NOVA). Plan on the off-road sentence: the law section explains why these eight sit outside every e-bike definition we screen.
Older Eskute names you will still see
Eskute's earlier bikes keep turning up in reviews and resale listings, and none of these six was on the US store on October 16, 2026. Eskute's UK store describes the Polluno, Netuno and Star series (Eskute UK, about us); its US blog describes the Star, the Spark X, the Spark Y and the C100 Plus (Eskute Star, Eskute Spark X, Eskute Spark Y, Eskute C100 Plus).
If you own one, the US warranty runs one year from delivery to the first owner, and Eskute's parts store sells batteries, a fast charger and controllers (Eskute's warranty policy).
Parts, batteries and chargers from Eskute
Eskute's US store sells its own spares. On October 16, 2026 a spare 48 V 13 Ah battery for the V100, T300, D200, M200 and M200 Plus listed at $449, a 48 V 20.8 Ah battery for the V200, M200F, T300Pro, D300, M300F and T300 Max at $480, and the fast charger at $125 (Eskute 48 V 13 Ah spare battery, Eskute 48 V 20.8 Ah spare battery, Eskute fast charger).
Controllers listed at $80 to $135 (Eskute controller). Eskute's warranty page says battery purchases are non-returnable because of shipping-carrier restrictions and has you pay the postage on warranty parts, so price a spare battery into the bike if you ride far (Eskute's warranty policy).

Our picks: a bike we sell beside each Eskute
We do not sell Eskute. For six Eskute models, the card below is a bike we do sell that stands on the same legal footing or a lower one: a motor rated at or under the figure Eskute prints, a top speed no higher than Eskute's figure or the class line Eskute gives the model, and one motor; the method has the detail.
Each was read at its own maker's US store on October 16, 2026, for price, stock and the figures that decide it, and each matches its maker's price.

You pay $1,099, inside the T300 Pro pair's $979 to $1,498 range, and the Citytan weighs 14 lb less than either T300 Pro. Its payload is lower, so if a rider over 230 lb is your plan, the MG708 Hera, on its card below, takes up to 330 lb. It folds to 41.3 x 43.3 x 45.3 inches.
Our Citytan M-315 review measures the fold and the fit. The other 500 W color is Red: add the Citytan in Red.

Beside the Eskute T300 and T300 Max
The T300 is Eskute's lightest trike: $629 to $949, a 1,200 W peak motor, a 48 V 13 Ah battery (624 Wh), 93 lb, a 400 lb payload and riders from 4'9" to 6'2", at 18 mph and up (Eskute T300). The T300 Max adds a 998 Wh pack, 20-inch wheels and reverse at $900 to $1,125 and 102 lb (Eskute T300 Max).
DWMEIGI MG708 Hera
$1,499If the trike is for short, unhurried trips and an easy step-on matters most, start here. DWMEIGI's MG708 Hera page lists a 350 W front brushless hub, a 36 V 13 Ah battery (468 Wh), a 15 mph top speed, a down tube 15 inches (38 cm) off the ground, KENDA 24 x 2.125 inch tires, a parking brake, a 330 lb maximum load and riders from 4'11" to 6'2".
You pay $550 to $870 more than the T300 and $374 to $599 more than the T300 Max. The Hera holds a lower motor and speed footing than either and a 19 x 15 x 10 inch rear basket rated to 50 lb. If you are under 4'11", the T300's 4'9" floor reaches you and the Hera's does not; ask support@redtailebikes.com which trike we stock fits your height.
Our DWMEIGI brand profile covers all five of its trikes. The other color is Red: add the MG708 Hera in Red.

Where we have no match today
Three groups of Eskute models have no card. The M200, M200 Plus and M200F are 27.5 inch mountain bikes at $449 to $700, and every 27.5 inch bike we sell costs $1,099 or more, so none is matched to them here.
The C300R pair rides 26 x 4.0 inch fat tires at $899 to $939, and this page has no card beside it yet. The eight dirt bikes are sold for off-road use, so no e-bike stands beside them.
For a 27.5 inch trail bike on a lower footing, browse our mountain e-bikes; for fat tires, our fat-tire e-bikes.
Why buy one of these from us
Each card above is a bike we stock at its maker's own price, read on the day, and the company that answers for your order is named in our terms of service. Email support@redtailebikes.com and the same team answers for Samebike, VTUVIA, Qiolor, Addmotor and DWMEIGI; our contact page says we typically respond to email within one business day.
Every e-bike we sell ships free within the contiguous United States. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation, and most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch (our shipping policy).
If a bike arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery; we file the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or repair, and a defect is covered under its maker's warranty, which we coordinate with you remotely (our refund policy). At checkout you can pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
How we matched each bike
An alternative only appears when it sits at or under the Eskute model beside it on the motor rating and the top speed its maker prints. Where Eskute prints only a peak motor figure, the alternative's rated motor is no higher than 750 W, under the lowest peak Eskute lists (1,200 W, on the M200); where it prints 500 W, the alternative's rating is 500 W or lower.
Eskute prints the T300 Pro pair's top speed as 16 mph+ and lists both as Class 2, so the trike beside them is held to that class's 20 mph line instead. Every alternative has one motor.
Feedback from owners and reviewers was read for each bike before it went on the page, and each maker's US store was read that day for its price, its stock and the specification behind the card.
Eskute's D200, its D300 and all four of its trikes fold. Our folding range ships free to the lower 48, with every figure read at its maker.
Browse our folding e-bikesRated or peak: what Eskute's motor numbers mean
Eskute leads with peak motor figures, from 1,200 W on the M200 to 6,500 W on the RTX, and prints a rated figure for 7 of its 15 pedal bikes and trikes, in places other than the headline spec. The statutes quoted below say "an electric motor of less than 750 watts" without naming peak or rated, so the rated figure is the one to ask for.
Owners have noticed. "I have spent too much time looking for the NOMINAL wattage, like what is stamped on the motor," one wrote about an Eskute in May 2026 (r/ebikes, May 19, 2026). Eskute prints a rated figure for these seven models, each in its own place:
| Model | Rated figure Eskute prints | Where it appears |
|---|---|---|
| D200 | 500 W, "peaking at 1200W" | the D200's own product description (Eskute D200) |
| M200 Plus | 500 W, "1,200W peak" | the mountain e-bike collection page (Eskute mountain e-bikes) |
| V100 | "500W–1500W motor" | the V100's own product description (Eskute V100) |
| V100 Pro | "750W high-torque brushless motor" | the V100 Pro two-bike bundle page (Eskute V100 Pro bundle) |
| V200 | "500W–1300W motor" | the V200's own product description (Eskute V200) |
| T300Pro, T300 Pro with One-Button Reverse | "500W (1200W Peak)" | each listing's own product description (Eskute T300Pro) |
For the other eight (the M200, D300, M300F, M200F and both C300R bikes, and the T300 and T300 Max trikes), Eskute's pages print a peak figure only. If your state's rule turns on watts, email support.us@eskute.com and ask for the rated (continuous) output of the motor on the model you want, in writing.
Ask for the rated number A 1,200 W peak and a 500 W rating can describe the same motor. The rated figure decides the 750-watt question, so get it from Eskute in writing for your model.
Classes, speed and the law: where an Eskute stands
Before you ride an Eskute pedal bike on public roads, find out how fast its throttle alone will carry it; in 48 of the 51 jurisdictions we screen (the 50 states and the District of Columbia), that number decides the answer.
Eskute labels its 11 pedal models "Class 3" and prints top speeds of 28 to 33 mph, and every page describes a throttle; at those printed speeds with a throttle, none of the 51 takes the bike in as an e-bike.
What the definitions say
Forty-one of the 51 jurisdictions in our rule table use the three-class model (Utah adds a programmable setting), and those three classes turn on the throttle. Illinois writes it this way: a Class 2 bike has "a motor that may be used exclusively to propel the bicycle and that is not capable of providing assistance when the bicycle reaches a speed of 20 miles per hour" (625 ILCS 5/1-140.10).
A Class 3 bike's motor "provides assistance only when the rider is pedaling and that ceases to provide assistance when the bicycle reaches a speed of 28 miles per hour." The same section requires "fully operable pedals and an electric motor of less than 750 watts" (625 ILCS 5/1-140.10).
The federal safety definition, which governs how the CPSC regulates the product rather than where you ride, covers a bike "with fully operable pedals and an electric motor of less than 750 watts (1 h.p.)" whose top speed on the motor alone, with a 170-pound rider, "is less than 20 mph" (15 U.S.C. § 2085(b)).
What our 51-jurisdiction screen gives
We ran Eskute's printed figures through each state's definition in our state-by-state law table, giving every pedal model the benefit of a 500 W rating:
- At 28 mph with a throttle, the lowest top speed Eskute prints for a pedal model: 0 definitions take the bike in, 49 leave it out, and Alaska and Kentucky set no e-bike definition. In 48 of the 49, the reason is the one Illinois states: a throttle that propels the bike past 20 mph.
- At 33 mph with a throttle, the M300F's figure: the same, 0 in, 49 out, 2 with no definition.
The screen reads the throttle as reaching the printed top speed, because Eskute's pages print one top speed per model and no separate throttle speed. Its D200 listing says riders "can reach speeds up to 28mph with ease, supported by throttle and pedal-assist modes" (Eskute D200 bundle). If Eskute tells you in writing that the throttle stops at 20 mph, the answer changes state by state, and our law page gives yours.
Eskute's "Class 3" label is its own description of the bike; the definitions above are the statutes' words, and the screen reads Eskute's printed numbers against them.
The trikes
Eskute's four trikes print 16 to 18 mph and up, and Eskute lists them as "Class 2," so we screened each with a throttle at its printed top speed and weight. The T300 and T300 Max print a peak figure only, so they get the 500 W rating Eskute prints for the T300 Pro pair.
The 93 lb T300 sits inside 48 of the 49 definitions; the 102 lb T300 Max and the 110.2 lb T300 Pro pair sit inside 47. Alaska and Kentucky set no definition. Pennsylvania's covers "A vehicle weighing not more than 100 pounds," which leaves out the three heavier trikes (75 Pa.C.S. § 102).
The federal definition itself covers "a two- or three-wheeled vehicle," so a third wheel does not take a trike out of it (15 U.S.C. § 2085(b)).
New Jersey leaves all four out. Its 2025 law, approved January 19, 2026 and in effect since, makes a bike "capable of propelling the bicycle in excess of 15 miles per hour through the use of a throttle" a motorized bicycle (P.L.2025, c.285).
A motorized bicycle's rider must carry a driver's license, an insurance identification card and a registration certificate, and a rider without them "shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $50" (P.L.2025, c.285, section 5).
The same law requires a low-speed electric bicycle to be registered and its rider to hold a driver's license (section 3), so in New Jersey an Eskute trike is registered either way. Ask Eskute whether its throttle tops out at or under 15 mph before you buy.
The dirt bikes, and riders under 18
Eskute's NOVA and RT pages print 2,500 W to 6,500 W peak, and the RTX page says, "This vehicle is designed for off-road use only and is not street-legal" (Eskute RTX). The top of each one's printed speed range is 37 mph or more.
At 37 mph none of the 49 definitions we screen takes the machine in, with or without a throttle (Alaska and Kentucky set none), so none of the eight is an electric bicycle under those definitions.
Illinois writes the consequence into its code from January 1, 2027: "Any electric bicycle that is not a low-speed electric bicycle shall be considered a motor driven cycle for purposes of this Code" (625 ILCS 5/1-140.10, as amended by P.A. 104-854). Other states treat an off-road machine under their own vehicle codes; our law page links each state's code.
On age, Eskute's warranty page says, "E-Bikes Are Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding" (Eskute's warranty policy). Its NOVA Mini page lists riders from 4'2" to 5'9" (Eskute NOVA Mini). If you are buying for a teenager, read our kids and teens guide first.
Every state's definition, its watt line and its throttle rule, each linked to the statute.
Check your state's e-bike rulesEskute's warranty, returns and shipping, read in full
Eskute's warranty runs one year from the day the first owner receives the bike, covers manufacturing defects, and is claimed by email with photos or video; batteries are prorated after year one. The return and shipping terms differ between Eskute's own pages, so read the right page and get your terms in writing before you order (Eskute's warranty policy).
What the one-year warranty covers
Eskute's policy opens with "All Eskute bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects," with free accessories excluded (Eskute's warranty policy).
| Part | Eskute's term | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Frame | "a replacement warranty for 1 years" | replacement frame only; "Labor charges to change over parts to replacement frame are not included" |
| Battery | "a 1-year prorated warranty" | repaired or replaced at no cost in year one; after that, a prorated credit toward a new battery, "No cash reimbursement" |
| Parts and components | "a 1 year limited warranty" | the customer pays the shipping on warranty spare parts |
| Shipping damage | report within 7 days | "We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products" |
The policy excludes "Products used or purchased outside the United States," stunt riding and racing, abnormal exposure to liquid, moisture or sand, ordinary wear and tear, and parts or accessories Eskute did not furnish or approve. A second owner is covered only within the first year and only with "the initial owner's name & the initial order number" (Eskute's warranty policy).
The parts list also carries a narrower line that reads, of the frame, fork, motor, controller and other listed parts, "Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged." The policy's opening says one year. Ask Eskute which line governs your model, and keep the answer.
Returns: two windows and three restocking statements
Eskute publishes its return terms in three places, and they differ (Eskute's return policy, Eskute's refund policy, Eskute's warranty policy):
| Eskute page | Window | Restocking fee on a change of mind | Return shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| Return and refund page | 15 days from receipt | "10% to 20%" | buyer pays when it is the buyer's choice |
| Refund policy | 15 days from receipt | none | buyer pays when it is the buyer's choice |
| Warranty and replacement policy | 14 days, new and unused | none inside 14 days; "twenty percent (20%)" after | "the responsibility of the recipient" |
The return page and the refund policy both say "Items returned without authorization will not be accepted" and ask you to email support.us@eskute.com first (Eskute's return policy, Eskute's refund policy). Eskute's warranty page adds that battery purchases are non-returnable because of shipping-carrier restrictions, and that refusing a delivery can cost "a flat fee of $250 per ebike" (Eskute's warranty policy). Ask Eskute which page governs your order before you pay.
Shipping, changes and fees
Eskute ships by FedEx Ground to the contiguous US only: no PO boxes, APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other territories (Eskute's shipping policy). Shipping is free, except that Eskute's shipping-conditions page leaves the RT-X and NOVA Beast out of free shipping (Eskute's shipping conditions).
Changing the address is free before tracking is issued and $20 once the package is moving. Canceling after shipment, refusing the package or an undelivered package costs $200 on Eskute's shipping policy and "$200-$400" on its shipping-conditions page (Eskute's shipping policy, Eskute's shipping conditions).
Buying an Eskute on Amazon, Walmart or Best Buy
Eskute's notice says it "has no authorized retailers at this time" and is "not responsible for warranty or support" on purchases from third-party platforms (Eskute's official websites notice). On Best Buy, all 16 Eskute-branded listings were sold and shipped by a marketplace seller, USA 377 INC, when our Best Buy e-bike census read them on September 6, 2026.
One buyer described a marketplace listing that sold an Eskute trike at about a quarter of its regular price; the first order never arrived and the marketplace refunded it, and the same deal then reappeared in another color (r/ebikes, October 14, 2026). Before you buy on any marketplace, get the seller's warranty terms in writing, and pay with a method that offers buyer protection.
What owners report
Owner reports on Eskute run both ways, and the threads below are owners' own words. A neighbor who helped an elderly rider assemble her new Eskute trike found the folding mechanism bent too far to close; the rider emailed Eskute photos, and the post's update reads, "Eskute is replacing the entire bike. We just have to return the battery, keys and on board controller" (r/ebikes, October 26, 2025).
Another owner reached the same point at assembly: "I could not bend the folding frame part to straighten" (r/ebikes, June 4, 2026). If you buy one, assemble it within Eskute's seven-day shipping-damage window and photograph the fold joint first.
Parents ask about speed. "Considering an Eskute V100 for my 12-year-old sons," one wrote, asking whether the speed settings could be locked (r/ebikes, June 9, 2026). Eskute's own answer on age is on its warranty page: not for sale to anyone under 18 (Eskute's warranty policy).
Every bike on our cards is sold and shipped by us, at its maker's price, with free shipping to the lower 48.
See the six bikes we sellBefore you buy an Eskute: the checklist
Eight checks to run before you pay for an Eskute, in the order they save you money; the first five cost nothing but a few minutes and an email:
- Buy on eskute.com if you are in the US, the address on Eskute's official list (Eskute's official websites notice).
- Pick the category first: pedal e-bike, folding trike or off-road dirt bike.
- Check your height against the model's own range in the lineup tables.
- Ask Eskute in writing for the throttle's top speed and the motor's rated output on your model.
- Read your state's definition with those two numbers.
- Ask which of Eskute's three return statements governs your order.
- Photograph the box and the bike at delivery, and report damage within 7 days.
- Price a spare battery into the bike if you plan long rides (Eskute 48 V 13 Ah spare battery).
Two emails before you pay The throttle speed and the rated motor output decide where you can ride; the return terms decide what a change of mind costs. Get all three from Eskute in writing.
The honest ledger
The table weighs what Eskute does well against the riders who should read something else first, and every row in the second column links the page that answers that rider's case.
| What Eskute does well | Who should read something else first |
|---|---|
| Prices from $449 on a pedal bike and $629 on a trike, on Eskute's own US store | Riders who want a 20 mph top speed printed by the maker: read the SX20 Antelope card |
| Pedal bikes and trikes for riders from 4'8" (the T300 Max) to 7'6" (the C300R pair) | Riders over 6'5" who want something other than the C300R: read our tall-rider guide |
| Four folding trikes, two of them with reverse | Trike riders who carry a passenger or more than 450 lb: browse our electric trikes |
| A US warehouse, a US return address and two US phone lines | Parents shopping for a rider under 18: read our kids and teens guide |
| Spare batteries, a fast charger and controllers on Eskute's own store | Buyers who want a rated motor printed on the spec sheet: read the TIGER JR card |
| No CPSC recall or warning naming Eskute on October 16, 2026 | Off-road riders weighing the NOVA and RT machines, which sit outside every e-bike definition we screen: read our state law page |
Frequently asked questions
Each card sits beside the Eskute it matches, with the maker's own figures and a free-shipping order button.
Compare the six bikes we sellIs Eskute a good brand?
Eskute is a real direct-to-consumer brand with a US store, a one-year warranty and no CPSC recall or warning in its name on October 16, 2026. Whether it is good for you depends on the model: its pedal bikes print 28 to 33 mph with a throttle, which sits outside every state definition we screen, so ask Eskute for the throttle speed in writing (Eskute's warranty policy).
Who makes Eskute bikes?
Eskute's brand-story page says "ESKUTE is operated by Yimei Innovation Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited," registered at 192-198 Choi Hung Rd, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, and that the brand was founded in 2019 (Eskute's brand story).
Where are Eskute bikes made?
Eskute's US pages name its Hong Kong operator and a US warehouse, and returns go to Walnut, California (Eskute's return policy). For the factory behind a specific model, ask Eskute at support.us@eskute.com before you order.
Is Eskute legit?
Yes, Eskute sells through its own US store, eskute.com, and lists its four official websites on a notice warning that "Any other domain is NOT operated by Eskute." Buy from the domain on that list for your country, and note that Eskute says it has "no authorized retailers at this time" (Eskute's official websites notice).
Are Eskute bikes street legal?
Eskute's pedal bikes print 28 to 33 mph with a throttle, and at those speeds none of the 51 jurisdictions we screen takes them in as e-bikes. Its four trikes sit inside 47 or 48 at their printed speeds and weights; New Jersey's 15 mph throttle line leaves all four out. Eskute sells its eight dirt bikes for "off-road use only." Check your state's rules with the throttle speed Eskute gives you.
Are Eskute e-bikes UL certified?
Eskute's wording varies by model: the M200 Plus page describes a "UL2849 certified" battery and the M200 page a "TUV certified" one (Eskute M200 Plus, Eskute M200). Ask Eskute for the certificate number and standard for your model, in writing.
What is the Eskute warranty?
One year from delivery for the first owner, covering manufacturing defects; batteries are prorated after year one, and claims go to support.us@eskute.com with photos or video. Products used or bought outside the US are excluded (Eskute's warranty policy).
What is Eskute's return policy?
Eskute's pages give 14 or 15 days and three different restocking statements, from none to 20%, and the buyer pays return shipping on a change of mind. Ask Eskute which page governs your order (Eskute's return policy).
What is Eskute's customer service phone number?
Eskute lists a pre-sales line at 1 (888) 886-2818 and an after-sales line at 1 (240) 332-0549, with email at support.us@eskute.com, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific (Eskute's contact page).
How fast is the Eskute NOVA Mini?
Eskute's NOVA Mini page prints a top speed of 38 to 46 mph from a 3,500 W peak motor, and Eskute sells it for off-road use (Eskute NOVA Mini).
How fast is the Eskute V100?
Eskute's V100 page prints a top speed of 28 mph and up, with a "500W–1500W motor" and 16 x 4.0 inch tires (Eskute V100).
Is the Eskute electric dirt bike good for teens?
Eskute's warranty page says its e-bikes are "Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18" and that underage riders must ride with an adult (Eskute's warranty policy). The dirt bikes run 26 to 53 mph and up for off-road use; for younger riders, start with our kids and teens guide.
What is the difference between the Eskute T300 and T300 Pro?
The T300 rolls on 18 x 3.0 inch tires with a 624 Wh battery at 93 lb; both T300 Pro listings carry 20 x 4.0 inch fat tires, a 998 Wh battery, a 450 lb payload and a printed "500W (1200W Peak)" motor at 110.2 lb (Eskute T300, Eskute T300Pro).
Where can I buy Eskute parts and batteries?
Eskute's US store sells them: a 48 V 13 Ah spare battery at $449, a 48 V 20.8 Ah battery at $480 and a fast charger at $125 on October 16, 2026 (Eskute 48 V 20.8 Ah spare battery).
The bottom line
Eskute sells a broad lineup at low prices from a real US store, and its record with the CPSC is clean on October 16, 2026. Buy one only from eskute.com, and only after Eskute tells you in writing the throttle speed and the rated motor output of the model you want.
If you would rather start from a top speed of 20 mph or less and a motor rating its maker prints, the six cards above give you that, with free shipping and our team on the warranty.
For a folding fat-tire bike in Eskute's D300 territory, the SX20 Antelope is the one we would start with.
VTUVIA's SX20 folds on 20 x 4.0 inch tires with a 750 W motor, a torque sensor and 20 mph with throttle and pedal assist. It ships free to the lower 48.

Everything on this page was read on October 16, 2026. These are the edges of what that reading can support, each stated where you can check it against the source.
- Our interest. Redtail eBikes does not sell Eskute and sells the six alternatives on this page.
- Two payloads on the M200 and M200 Plus pages. The header strip prints "400 LBS" and the spec table "350 lbs" on each; the tables use 350 lb (Eskute M200).
- Two ranges on three trikes and the NOVA RR. The T300 Max prints "Up To 80 Miles" and "45-80 Miles," the T300Pro listings "45-75Miles" and "UP TO 80 Miles," and the NOVA RR "60 Miles" and "40-60 Miles"; range is not used in any comparison here.
- Where rated figures appear. Rated motor figures sit in product descriptions, a collection page and a bundle page, never in the headline spec strip; eight models, six pedal bikes and two trikes, print a peak figure only, as read on October 16, 2026.
- The throttle speed. No Eskute page read prints a throttle-only top speed for any pedal bike or trike; the screen reads the throttle as reaching the printed top speed. Eskute prints a 500 W rating for the two T300 Pro listings and only a 1,200 W peak for the T300 and T300 Max, so the trike screen gives all four the 500 W rating; a higher rated figure could change it.
- Two shipping texts and three return texts. Quoted side by side in the warranty section; Eskute decides which governs an order.
- Two warranty lines for parts. The parts list's "within one week" line and the policy's one-year opening are both quoted; Eskute decides which applies.
- The NOVA X rider range. Its page prints the lower bound as "3'94"," so no lower bound is given here; the upper bound is 5'9".
- The NOVA page and the off-road sentence. The NOVA page prints both "off-road use only" and a street-legal answer that defers to local rules; this page plans on the first.
- The operator's name comes from Eskute's brand-story page alone; the USPTO trademark record for the ESKUTE mark could not be read on October 16, 2026 (the status pages answered with rate limits and the data API requires a registered key), and no Hong Kong registry record was read.
- Certification. The UL and TÜV wording is quoted from Eskute's pages; no certificate was read, since UL's Product iQ database requires an account.
- Marketplace sellers. The Best Buy seller was read on September 6, 2026 for our Best Buy census; marketplace listings change daily.
- Owner reports are quoted from public Reddit threads as testimony, not as measurements, and are a small sample.
- Alternatives' figures. Each is the maker's own figure on October 16, 2026. Samebike's CY20 Pro page calls the bike "a high-performance dual-motor eBike" in its introduction and shows "DUAL Suspension" on its stat strip, while its specification table lists one 500 W motor and a front fork; this page follows the table, as our CY20 Pro Spoked review does after reading Samebike's manual.
- Prices change. Every price is Eskute's or the maker's as served on October 16, 2026, in US dollars.
- One publisher per figure. Eskute alone publishes its own figures and terms, each maker its own, and each legislature its statute's text, so those facts rest on one publisher each, read at the source; our citation ledger marks them that way.

- January 1, 2027, when Illinois's P.A. 104-854 takes effect and its "motor driven cycle" sentence becomes law.
- Eskute adds, drops or renames a model on eskute.com, or changes a price.
- Eskute publishes a throttle-only top speed or rated motor figures in its main spec tables.
- Eskute revises its warranty, return or shipping pages.

- Any of the six alternatives changes price, stock or specification at its maker.
- Six months from October 16, 2026, at the latest: April 16, 2027.
Image credit: the six bike photographs on the cards are each maker's own (Samebike, VTUVIA, Qiolor, Addmotor and DWMEIGI), resized or cropped and never retouched; the CY20's is shown without the certification badge in its corner.
Cover: Eskute's own studio photograph of the V100 in Orange, scaled uniformly with no pixel of the bike changed. The house studio it stands in was generated with Nano Banana Pro on Playcut, and the type was set over it afterward.
