Delivery protection
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Bikes with power, charging, or component issues are covered under the manufacturer warranty; Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely at no cost to the customer.

Owning it in your state
Federal law defines a “low-speed electric bicycle” as a vehicle with a motor under 750 watts and a maximum motor-powered speed under 20 mph (15 U.S.C. § 2085(b)). The Raptor ST202 Pro is published at up to 3,000W peak combined power with a 35 mph top speed, well above that federal threshold, so state law — not the federal low-speed-bicycle carve-out — governs where and how you can ride it. Is the Raptor ST202 Pro UL certified?
Smartravel states this model is built in accordance with UL 2849 on its own product page. It does not publish a certificate number, testing laboratory, or downloadable report for it anywhere on its site. We will request one in writing if you need it before you order.
Should I buy the Raptor ST202 Pro or the standard Raptor ST202?
Take the Pro if you ride loaded, steep or loose. Smartravel fits it with a hub motor front and rear, so both wheels drive, and rates its rear rack to 350 lb. Take the standard Raptor ST202 if the tracker was the reason you came looking: both bikes carry the GPS tracker and the app, both run a Shimano 7-speed, and the standard model is $450 less. Neither choice costs you the tracking.
