How long does it take to arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships, and a part ordered with a bike may ship separately, on its own schedule.
How much does it cost to ship?
Nothing to an address in the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and remote areas may cost extra or be excluded, so contact us before you order.
Can I return it?
