Warranty
Qiolor warrants the frame for 5 years from the original purchase, the battery for 1 year (prorated), and the motor, controller, display, charger, throttle, calipers and rotors for 1 year; brake levers and the handlebar tube for 6 months.
You send us photos or a short video of the fault and your order number; we open the claim with Qiolor and follow it through.
Delivery protection
Inspect the bike at delivery. Anything damaged, defective or wrong, reported with photos within 48 hours, is ours to put right at no cost to you.

- A freight carrier may call ahead to schedule delivery, so keep your phone close.
- Look the box over before the driver leaves, and note any damage with the driver.
- Photograph anything damaged, defective or wrong.

- Keep your order confirmation: it is the proof of purchase a warranty claim needs.

Owning it in your state
Qiolor ships the JR with pedal assist and a half-twist throttle, set to a 20 mph maximum, and calls it a Class II e-bike out of the box; its page adds that the default "can be adjusted according to user preferences". Keep it at 20 mph where your state and the land manager allow Class 2.
The JR's motor is rated at 500W, under the federal "less than 750 watts" of 15 U.S.C. § 2085(b). Your state's own definition decides where you ride, and our guide quotes it.

How to read this spec sheet
- Battery: Qiolor's specification table lists the JR's pack as 48V 13 / 15Ah; the header and range section of the same page give 15Ah, and so does every JR on sale here. The table prints 15Ah.
- Brakes: Qiolor's header, specification table and model chart list hydraulic disc brakes; one feature paragraph on the same page describes mechanical disc brakes. The table prints hydraulic.
- Geometry: seat height, wheelbase, seat-to-handlebar and stand-over come from the geometry drawing on Qiolor's JR page, the same drawing its Tiger RE page carries.
- Range: Qiolor states its range figures are experimental data at pedal-assist level 1, and lists rider weight, assist level, throttle use, terrain, speed, weather and towing weight as factors that change them.
Straight answers before you order
Qiolor rates the JR at 500W, with 750W at peak.
Qiolor built the JR for relaxed city cruising at the factory 20 mph setting. If you want more pull from a stop, the Tiger RL puts 750W rated and 85 N·m on the same fat-tire look for $200 more. See the Tiger RL.
The JR is single-speed.

Charging never means wheeling it indoors: the battery comes out and charges on its own.
