A seat for two, with passenger footrests
The extended ergonomic memory seat carries two riders, and folding rear footrests give your passenger a place for their feet, then fold away when you ride alone.
An air shock you can tune
A pneumatic rear shock with an adjustable spring-stiffness compression knob and multi-setting rebound damping lets you tune the ride for comfort and control. Qiolor calls the Plus a full-suspension e-bike.

The Tiger Plus suits a rider from 5'3" to 6'6" who wants gears, a second seat and Qiolor's longest range rating on one bike: a 7-speed, folding passenger footrests and a 35Ah pack rated for up to 130 miles, for $2,499. It is the Tiger we point taller riders and two-up riders to first.

Warranty
Qiolor warrants the frame for 5 years from the original purchase, the battery for 1 year (prorated), and the motor, controller, display, charger, throttle, calipers and rotors for 1 year; brake levers and the handlebar tube for 6 months.
You send us photos or a short video of the fault and your order number; we open the claim with Qiolor and follow it through.
Delivery protection
Inspect the bike at delivery. Anything damaged, defective or wrong, reported with photos within 48 hours, is ours to put right at no cost to you.

- A freight carrier may call ahead to schedule delivery, so keep your phone close.
- Look the box over before the driver leaves, and note any damage with the driver.
- Photograph anything damaged, defective or wrong.
- Email us the photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we take it from there.
- Keep your order confirmation: it is the proof of purchase a warranty claim needs.

Owning it in your state
Qiolor ships the Plus set to 20 mph, with pedal assist and a thumb throttle, the setup it calls a Class II e-bike out of the box; its page adds that the default "can be adjusted according to user preferences". Ride it at 20 mph wherever your state and the land manager allow Class 2.
With 750W rated, the Plus sits on the federal "less than 750 watts" line of 15 U.S.C. § 2085(b), which some states copy and others write as "no more than" 750 watts. Carrying a passenger adds its own rules: helmet and age requirements for passengers differ from state to state.

How to read this spec sheet
- Rider height: Qiolor's specification table and model chart give 5'3" to 6'6"; the frequently asked questions on the same page say 5'3" to 6'5". The table prints 5'3" to 6'6".
- Geometry: seat height, wheelbase, seat-to-handlebar and stand-over come from Qiolor's geometry drawing on the Tiger Plus page.
- Range: Qiolor states its range figures are experimental data at pedal-assist level 1, and lists rider weight, assist level, throttle use, terrain, speed, weather and towing weight as factors that change them.
Straight answers before you order
The Plus costs $1,100 more than the Tiger RE, which carries the same 35Ah pack.
The difference buys the 7-speed, the adjustable air shock, four-piston brakes, the second seat with footrests and a frame for riders up to 6'6". If you ride alone on flatter ground, the RE is the better buy at $1,399. See the Tiger RE.

A full charge of the 35Ah pack takes 10–12 hours.
The pack lifts out and charges on its own, so the bike stays parked while it charges, and one charge is rated for up to 130 miles of pedal assist.
Qiolor's frequently asked questions put the Plus's rider range at 5'3" to 6'5"; its specification table and model chart say 5'3" to 6'6".

Can the Tiger Plus carry a passenger?
Yes. Qiolor builds the Plus with an extended seat for two riders and includes folding rear passenger footrests, within its 400 lb maximum load. Passenger helmet and age rules differ by state, and our state law guide sets out yours.
How many gears does the Tiger Plus have?
Seven. The Plus is the only Tiger with a derailleur, and Qiolor says the 7-speed takes it from city streets to steep hills, alongside Eco, Normal and Sport assist modes.
