Delivery protection
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Trikes with power, charging, or component issues are covered under the manufacturer warranty; Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely at no cost to the customer.

Where Addmotor's own page prints more than one figure for the same spec, the table above carries the one we could verify twice, and this list names every such case and the figure we chose:
- The 75-mile figure is a PAS-1 claim and an estimate under Addmotor's own policy — loaded cargo miles run shorter.
- UL certification appears for the battery ('UL 2271' on the strip, 'UL-certified' in the table); no UL 2849 whole-system claim appears.
- The M-81's delivery table carries no NYC-restriction row at our pull, unlike most of the range — we ship it lower-48 free either way.
