Why the Foldtan M-120
Folds to 40.5 inches, rides full-size
Half a minute of latches turns a full-power fat-tire bike into a 40.5 × 20.8 × 32.6-inch package that stands in a closet or slides into a trunk. Unfolded, you get a 47-inch wheelbase and real 20×4.0 rubber — nothing about the ride says compromise.
750W where entry folders run 500
The rear brushless gear motor is the same 750W class the rest of the Addmotor range runs, pushed by a 25A controller through a Shimano 7-speed. Twist the half-grip throttle from stops and let the assist carry the cruise.

Mechanical Tektro discs and a 15Ah pack — the entry spec of the Foldtan family.
That spec is why it costs $1,399: cables you can service in any driveway, and 720Wh that still claims 80 PAS-1 miles. The step up — hydraulics and a 960Wh pack — is exactly $200 away on the M-160. Compare the M-160.

Ships via trusted parcel and freight carriers — UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for larger items — with tracking emailed at dispatch. Trikes ship large; an adult signature is required at delivery.
Delivery protection
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Trikes with power, charging, or component issues are covered under the manufacturer warranty; Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely at no cost to the customer.
Returns
Addmotor's own return policy applies when you buy direct: 14 days, under 10 miles on the odometer, and a condition-based 10–30% restocking fee they set after inspection. Where Addmotor's own page prints more than one figure for the same spec, the table above carries the one we could verify twice, and this list names every such case and the figure we chose:
- Addmotor's stat strip prints the battery pair inverted ('48V*15Ah | Samsung Battery'); the technical table confirms 48V 15Ah Samsung — quoted from the table.
- The 80-mile figure is a PAS-1 claim and an estimate under Addmotor's own policy.
- No UL certification claim appears anywhere on the M-120's page — stated as published, not as an inference about the pack.
