TIGER RL Electric Cruiser Bike
Same chassis as the JR, with 85 N·m instead of 63. Orange and White are shipping; both rack-bundle versions are not.
The Qiolor TIGER RL is a Class 2 fat-tire cruiser e-bike with a 48V 750W motor (1200W peak, 85 N·m torque) and hydraulic disc brakes, sold by Redtail at $1,599, price-matched to Qiolor. It's the same chassis and range as the TIGER JR with a stronger motor and a bigger battery.

Buy it if
- Riders who want more motor headroom than the TIGER JR without stepping up to the RE's dual battery options. The RL's 750W/1200W peak and 85 N·m of torque are a meaningful jump over the JR's 500W/750W and 63 N·m
- Riders who want a larger battery (624Wh) than the JR's 15Ah pack, at the same 70-mile pedal-assist range Qiolor rates for both
- Riders 5'1"–5'9" — Qiolor's stated recommended-height range for this frame
Look elsewhere if
- You want gears. The RL is single-speed, like the JR
- You want a 35Ah long-range battery option. Qiolor doesn't offer one for the RL, only 13Ah

Qiolor rates the RL's motor at 750W continuous with a 1200W peak and 85 N·m of torque, controlled by a 48V 25A intelligent brushless controller.
LOGAN hydraulic disc, front and rear
180mm stainless steel rotors with hydraulic calipers on both wheels, the same setup class as the JR and RE.
CHAOYANG 20" x 4.0" fat tires
Fat tires add stability on loose or uneven surfaces and a softer ride over potholes and cracked pavement.
JN-06C color LCD
A color display rather than the JR's monochrome G51 LCD, on an otherwise similar handlebar control layout.

- 85 N·m of torque and a 1200W peak motor are a genuine step up from the JR for the same fat-tire chassis, for $200 more
- LOGAN-brand hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear, with 180mm rotors
- 624Wh battery capacity is stated directly (not just Ah), which is more useful for comparing against other brands' bikes
- 400 lb max load rating
Red flags
- Qiolor states the top speed is user-adjustable. Raising it above 20 MPH can put the bike outside Class 2/3 limits, which determines where it's legal to ride, so check your state and local rules before adjusting it
- Single-speed drivetrain
- 6.5-hour charge time is over an hour longer than the JR's 5 hours, despite a similar-size pack
- Only 2 of the 4 color/rack combinations Qiolor lists are in stock as of 2026-08-15

Shipping
Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Ships via trusted parcel and freight carriers — UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for larger items — with tracking emailed at dispatch.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Bikes with power, charging, or component issues are covered under the manufacturer warranty; Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely at no cost to the customer.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and remote areas may incur extra charges or be excluded — contact us before ordering. Frequently asked questions
What's the real difference between the TIGER RL and TIGER JR?
Motor and torque: the RL's 750W/1200W-peak motor and 85 N·m of torque beat the JR's 500W/750W and 63 N·m, and the RL's battery is stated at 624Wh vs. the JR's 15Ah pack. Physical size, brakes, tires and suspension are the same on both.
Can I ride the TIGER RL on bike paths?
Qiolor specs it as a Class 2 e-bike (pedal assist plus throttle, 20 MPH default), which is the most commonly permitted class on U.S. bike paths. Access rules are still set state by state and sometimes city by city, so check your local law before riding it there.
Why does the RL take longer to charge than the JR despite a similar battery?
Qiolor states 6.5 hours for the RL versus 5 hours for the JR. We haven't independently tested either charge time and report Qiolor's own published figures.
Is this covered by the Qiolor warranty?
Yes. Qiolor's 2-year frame warranty and 1-year warranty on the battery, motor, controller and other named electrical components apply. See the Warranty section below for exactly what's covered and excluded.
