What it covers
Manufacturing defects in Eunorau's original parts and components.
Eunorau states it continues to support the product after the warranty period as a manufacturer courtesy, and may ask only for shipping costs on replacement parts.
What you must do
- You are the original purchaser — the warranty does not transfer
- Proof of purchase (your Redtail order confirmation)
- Product registration with Eunorau right after purchase
- An e-bike check-up by a Eunorau specialist or dealer after the first year of use
Not covered
- Ordinary wear and tear — brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, brake cables and casings, tires and tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes, transmission gears
- Labor charges for part replacement
- Corrosion from moisture or heat, and cosmetic deterioration of the finish
- Damage from accident, abuse, stunt riding, racing, improper storage, or neglect
24-Month+ Limited Warranty issued by Eunorau Bikes, a Nevada corporation. Bikes bought for commercial use — rental fleets, delivery, sharing programs — get a 50% reduced warranty period. Shipping, returns & support
Shipping
Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Ships via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight for larger items, with tracking emailed at dispatch. Freight deliveries may need a scheduled appointment and a signature.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours.
If a bike arrives dead, won't charge, throws an error code, or has a faulty component, it is covered under the manufacturer warranty and Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.

Will this rack and fender set fit my Eunorau?
Eunorau lists it for the FAT-HS, Defender-S and FAT-AWD 2.0 only. They also note it is not compatible with the original fender on some builds. Email support@redtailebikes.com with your model and year and we'll confirm rather than have you guess.
How much weight can the rack carry?
Eunorau publishes no load rating for this set, so we won't quote one. If you need a specific carrying capacity, ask us and we'll put the question to Eunorau before you order.
Why isn't the rack included with the bike?
On several Eunorau models — including the Defender and SPECTER-S — Eunorau lists the rear rack and fenders as optional rather than standard. That keeps the bike's list price down, but it means commuting and cargo setups cost extra. We flag it on every product page where it applies.
How does it ship, and can I return it?
Parts and accessories ship within the contiguous U.S. and may ship separately from a bike, which can take longer. Inspect on arrival — damage or the wrong item must be reported with photos within 48 hours. Unopened change-of-mind returns are accepted within 72 hours with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping; used parts and accessories are not returnable.
