Why this part matters
Brakes are a wear item and worth replacing early rather than late. Eahora's warranty covers brake hardware for 3 months as an 'other part' and excludes normal wear and tear outright, so pads and rotors are effectively a consumable you budget for.

On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.
Eahora Limited Warranty is issued by Eahora: its published coverage runs 12 months on a motor or battery, 6 on a controller and 3 on a charger, display, tires, saddle, axle and other parts, and it excludes normal wear outright. Eahora's page also states a one-year claims deadline. How do I know this is the right part for my bike?
Check the fitment table above first — those are Eahora's own compatibility statements, not our interpretation of them. If your model is named, you are fine. If it is not named, or you are unsure which version you have, email support@redtailebikes.com with your model, the model year, and a photo of the part you are removing. We will confirm with Eahora before anything ships. There is no charge for asking and it is far cheaper than a return.
Does it ship free?
No. Redtail's free-shipping promise covers electric bikes; parts and accessories are quoted separately and can take longer to arrive, because they often ship from a different location than a bike would. Your cart will show the shipping cost before you commit to anything.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes, under Eahora's published terms, which vary by component: 12 months on a motor or battery, 6 months on a controller, and 3 months on a charger, display, tires, saddle, axle or other part. Wear items are excluded outright — pads, tires, chains and grips are consumables, not warranty claims. Eahora's page also sets a one-year claims deadline. We file any claim with Eahora on your behalf.
What if I order the wrong version?
Talk to us before you order and it should not happen — that is what the fitment check is for. If it does, our change-of-mind terms apply: unopened and factory-sealed, requested within 72 hours of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. If we got it wrong, we cover it in full.
Can I fit it myself?
It depends on the part and on you. Lighting, bags, mirrors, racks and grips are straightforward. Brakes, forks, axles, motors and controllers are safety-critical or voltage-specific, and if you are not confident torquing a fastener to spec or matching a connector, have a bike shop do it. Eahora's warranty excludes damage from improper maintenance and unauthorised repairs, so a bad fit can cost more than the labour would.
