Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Parts may ship separately from a bike.
On arrival
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects or an incorrect item must be reported with photos within 48 hours.
Cover
Power, charging and component faults are covered under the manufacturer warranty, and Redtail coordinates the repair or replacement remotely at no cost to you. Redtail's own terms apply to an order placed here, in full, from one US address — we file the claim and you deal with us throughout.
