Frequently asked questions

M-330 or M-330F — they're the same price?

Identical money, one question: does it need to fold? The F folds to a published 46 × 33 × 30 in for trunks and RV bays, and its table names Tektro calipers and a 50mm-travel fork. This rigid M-330 answers with the Standard/Mini rear-wheel choice, the slightly wider 4.0-inch tires (the F runs 3.0), and the IPX6 EB 2.0 lighting kit. Storage-constrained buyers take the F; everyone else takes their pick.

What's the Mini version for?

Two things the table makes plain: shorter riders (its window starts at 5'0" — the lowest in the range) and lower loading (16-inch rear wheels drop the basket floor several inches, and the basket itself grows to 21.5 × 17 × 10 in). Trade-off: smaller rear wheels meet bumps more steeply. Same price, same powertrain — it's a geometry decision, not a budget one.

Why does the torque sensor matter on an errand trike?

Because errands mean loads, and loads change how much help you need. A cadence system delivers the same push whether the basket holds air or forty pounds of groceries; the M-330's torque sensor reads how hard you're actually working and scales the 750W to match.
