The Terra II is the dual-motor Terra: two 750W motors at 65 N·m each — the strongest dual-motor pairing on Eahora's 20-inch commuter platform — with a 960Wh 48V 20Ah pack on the same 91 lb step-through chassis. Eahora publishes 28–33 mph and claims 43–55 miles with pedal assist. None of its three colorways was buyable on 2026-08-24, so treat this as a page to watch rather than an order to place today.

Two 750-watt motors
Eahora's marketing band reads 'Dual 750W High-Torque DC Motors' and its spec rows give 2 × 750W and 2 × 65 N·m — the strongest dual-motor pairing it fits to the 20-inch commuter platform. Where split drive earns its keep is grip on wet or loose surfaces rather than top speed, and it is fairer to sell it on that.
960 watt-hours
A 48V 20Ah pack rated at 1,200 charge cycles to 80% capacity, with a claimed 43–55 miles on pedal assist and 33–41 on throttle. Worth noting honestly: those figures are slightly below the smaller-battery Terra's, which is what two motors drawing simultaneously will do to a range claim.
Coil at both ends, linkage at the rear
An 80mm coil fork and a 4-bar-link coil rear with 50mm of travel — the same architecture as every bike on this platform, and the same one Eahora uses on models costing three times as much. On 20-inch wheels it is doing more work than the numbers suggest.
Step-through, 91 pounds
A 20" × 15" steel step-through with a 24.2-inch standover and a seat adjustable across 32.3 to 40.2 inches, at 91 lb with the battery in. Eahora publishes the same weight for every bike on this platform regardless of motor count.
1,500 lumens with a horn in it
A 15W LED headlight rated at 1,500 lumens with an integrated electric horn, and a tail light with a brake-signal blinker. Reflectors on the pedals, spokes and tires. Standard equipment rather than accessories, which is the right call on a commuter.

- Nothing was buyable on 2026-08-24; all three colorways read unavailable on both Eahora endpoints
- Eahora's own claimed range is LOWER than the cheaper 720Wh Terra's — 43–55 miles against 44–58 — despite carrying a third more battery. Two motors drawing at once is the obvious explanation, but it is Eahora's figure and not our measurement
- Two-piston calipers on 180mm × 2.3mm rotors, a step down from the single-motor Terra's four-piston set

Speed and the law — read this before you buy
Eahora publishes this bike's top speed as 28–33 mph for both pedal assist and throttle, and states no class on this model's page. The top of that range is above the 28 mph ceiling the three-class statutes use, and a machine assisting past that ceiling is generally regulated as something other than a bicycle — which can change where you may ride it and whether a license, registration, insurance or helmet is required. Eahora's FAQ page makes a general claim that its e-bikes 'belong to Class 3'; that claim is not repeated here. We print Eahora's number and leave the legal conclusion to your state's statute.

How to read this spec sheet
Manufacturer pages contain marketing, and marketing sometimes disagrees with the spec table an inch below it. Rather than quietly pick numbers, here is every place Eahora's own material disagrees with itself for this model, and which figure we print:
- Motor count: Eahora's power row says '2 x 750 Watt', its torque row '2 x 65 Newton·meter', and its marketing band 'Dual 750W High-Torque DC Motors' — but its motor-type row says 'Brushless rear hub motor', singular. Three statements to one, so we print dual motors.
- Range: Eahora's claimed 43–55 miles with pedal assist is below the single-motor Terra's 44–58, despite a third more battery. Both figures are Eahora's own and we print both rather than reconcile them.
- Eahora publishes no charge time for this model — only '48V 2A charger'. Two amps into a 48-volt pack is roughly 96 watts, the slowest charging in its catalog. We are not going to print an estimate as if it were a specification: the figure is not disclosed, and we will ask Eahora for it in writing if you need it before ordering.
- Eahora's ingress-protection ratings are inconsistent between the Terra and Luna pages: the Terra gives IPX6 for overall use and IP65 for the motor, while the Luna gives IP65 overall and IPX6 for the motor. Both are Eahora's own rows, and we print each page's own figures rather than harmonise them.
- Battery: 48V × 20Ah = 960Wh, matching Eahora's printed figure. The arithmetic is ours.
- Availability: all three colorways read unavailable on both Eahora endpoints on 2026-08-24.
- Warranty: Eahora's coverage table (published only as an image) gives 24 months on the frame; the same page states a one-year claims deadline. Both are Eahora's; we print both.
What Eahora publishes about certification

Availability, not price, is the live constraint on this catalog. - Normal wear and tear — tires, brake pads, chains and other consumables (Eahora's own wording)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, improper maintenance, or non-original parts
- Water damage, extreme weather, and force-majeure events
- Second-hand owners and commercial use
- Damage from crashes, overloading, stunts, or unauthorized repairs
- The battery housing (the cells and their measured capacity are covered; the case is not)
- A second motor replacement — Eahora charges for replacement and freight once a motor has already been replaced under warranty
- Eahora's warranty page sets a 24-month frame period in its coverage table, then closes with 'Claims deadline: 1 year from purchase date.' The two statements are on the same page and are not reconciled anywhere on it. We print both and treat 12 months as the figure to plan around; if you need the frame claim in year two, tell us and we will put it to Eahora in writing before you order.
- Eahora's own storefront header advertises '1 Year Warranty', which matches the claims deadline rather than the 24-month frame row.

Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Ships via trusted parcel and freight carriers — UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for larger items — with tracking emailed at dispatch. For freight, the carrier may call to schedule and a signature may be required.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Bikes with power, charging, or component issues are covered under the manufacturer warranty; Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely at no cost to the customer.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Once an eligible return arrives we take up to 5 business days to inspect it; approved refunds issue within 14 days of completed inspection, and your bank may take a further 2–15 business days to post it.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and remote areas may incur extra charges or be excluded — contact us before ordering. Frequently asked questions
Can I buy the Terra II right now?
Not on the evidence we have. All three colorways — Black, Blue and Green — read unavailable on both Eahora endpoints we checked on 2026-08-24. The page stays up so you can compare the specification honestly; email support@redtailebikes.com and we will ask Eahora when it is due and pass on exactly what they say.
Why does the bigger battery give less range?
Eahora claims 43–55 miles here against 44–58 on the single-motor Terra, despite a 960Wh pack against 720Wh. The obvious explanation is that two motors drawing simultaneously use more energy per mile than one, which is the standard trade with split drive. But that is our reading of Eahora's numbers, not something Eahora states, and we have not measured either bike. Both figures are printed here so you can weigh them yourself.
Terra or Terra II?
The Terra is in stock, costs $200 less, and has four-piston brakes against the Terra II's two-piston — and Eahora's own range claim is marginally higher. The Terra II gives you two-wheel drive and a bigger battery. If traction on wet or loose ground is the reason you are shopping, wait for the Terra II. For most commuting, the single-motor Terra is the better-equipped bike.
Is it really dual-motor?
Everything except one row says yes: '2 x 750 Watt', '2 x 65 Newton·meter', and a marketing band reading 'Dual 750W High-Torque DC Motors'. The motor-type row says 'Brushless rear hub motor', singular. We print dual because three statements outweigh one, and we flag the inconsistency rather than paper over it. If it is decisive for you, ask us and we will confirm with Eahora.
How fast does it go, and is it a Class 3?
Eahora publishes 28–33 mph for both pedal assist and throttle. The top of that range is above the 28 mph class ceiling, so we do not call it Class 3 and neither does its own page. Check your state's rule in Redtail's e-bike law guide before you order.
Is the battery UL certified?
Eahora publishes no certificate, standard number or issuing laboratory for this model or any other. We searched all 162 of its product pages and all eight policy pages on 2026-08-24; the only certification statement anywhere is one FAQ sentence saying its batteries are 'fully compliant with the rigorous UL certification standards'. We will not present that as a certification. If you want documentation before ordering, ask and we will request it from Eahora in writing.
What warranty applies, and who handles a claim?
Eahora's published terms: 24 months on the frame, 12 on the fork, motor and battery, 6 on the controller, 3 on the charger, display, tires, saddle and other parts. Its page also states a one-year claims deadline, which is the figure to plan around.
