The Warrior Pro M-530 in detail
This model has been superseded — read this first
On 21 August 2026 Freesky launched the Warrior Ultra M-530 at the same $1,999, using this bike's photography and chassis, with 2 × 3,000W motors and a 60V pack in place of this bike's 2 × 2,000W and 48V. Freesky's own product page for the Warrior Pro now returns an error. The bike is still listed as available and still ships. We are telling you it has a successor because you would want to know that before spending two thousand dollars, not after.
The one thing the Pro has that the Ultra does not
TÜV SÜD America certificate U14 128702 0008 names M-530 at a rated voltage of 47,19 VDC — a 48-volt system. This bike is 48 volts, so that certificate describes this machine. It is the same certificate displayed on the Warrior Ultra's page, where it does not fit, because that bike is 60 volts. If a certificate that matches the bike matters to you, the older model is the one that has it.
2 × 2,000W, 120 N·m each
Two 2,000W peak brushless motors for 4,000W and 240 N·m combined, rated by Freesky at 40 mph by pedal assist or throttle — the same total output as the Ranger Air and Eurostar Turbo, with more torque and five more miles per hour.
48V 30Ah, Samsung/LG cells
A 30Ah pack of Samsung/LG cells, the same capacity as the Ranger Plus and the Warrior Ultra. No UL 2271 battery certificate is published on this model's page.
800-lumen headlight and a sprung saddle
A big saddle with a spring, dual suspension, four-piston hydraulic brakes and an 800-lumen LED headlight — the brightest light Freesky fits, shared with the Warrior Ultra.

- Brakes are the real thing: 4-piston Hydraulic Brake. Four-piston hydraulics on a bike this heavy is not a given at this price.
- Suspension: Dual Suspension.
- The complete-system UL 2849 certificate exists, names this model on its face, and we link the PDF — not a badge image.
Red flags
- At 40 mph assisted, this is outside every US e-bike class. Off-road and private land, not bike paths.
- Freesky publishes peak wattage only — no rated figure. Under our own rating system an undisclosed specification scores zero, and we do not guess at it.
- No UL 2271 battery certificate is published on this model's page.

A badge image on a product page is not a certificate. Below is what the certificate document itself says — issuer, number, standard edition, the models printed on its face — and what it does not cover. Every PDF is hosted by us, so the link will still work if Freesky reorganises their files.

Speed and the law
Outside the federal and state e-bike definitions — off-road and private land
Freesky rates this bike at 40 mph under pedal assist. The federal low-speed electric bicycle definition (15 U.S.C. § 2085) and every state three-class framework stop at 28 mph, so this machine sits outside them on speed alone — before wattage is even reached. It is not a Class 1, 2 or 3 e-bike, and we will not sell it as one.
Freesky does not publish a rated (nominal) motor wattage for any bike in this range; the figures they publish are peak. The statutory tests are written against the rated figure, so the wattage limb of those tests cannot be run on published data. We say that rather than substitute the peak number, which would be the wrong number.
Freesky's own manual puts it this way: “laws regulating the use of battery-operated bicycles on public roads, parks, and other open areas may vary by state and locality. It is important to consult with your local authorities before riding your e-bike in public areas.” Buy it for private land, OHV areas, and anywhere motor-vehicle rules allow. Check your own state and city before you ride it anywhere public — and ask us, we will put the answer in writing.

How to read this spec sheet
Peak, not rated
Freesky publishes peak motor wattage on every model and a rated (nominal) figure on none of them — not on the product pages, not in the comparison table, not in any of the seven user manuals. Peak is the short-burst ceiling; rated is the continuous figure that statutes are written against. A Freesky peak number and another brand's rated number are two different quantities, and comparing them directly will mislead you.
Range is a range for a reason
Every range figure here is Freesky's, quoted as a span. Plan around the bottom of it. Rider weight, terrain, temperature, tyre pressure and throttle use all take from the top.
Top speed is unloaded
Manufacturer top speeds are measured under favourable conditions. They are useful for comparing models within a range and much less useful as a promise about your commute.

Measured by Redtail
We pulled Freesky's entire published catalogue on 2026-08-24 — all 60 products and every variant — and counted what could actually be bought that day. Freesky could sell 30 of its own 38 published bike configurations on the pull date — 79%. 0 of its 10 bike models had no buyable colourway at all.
Across the accessory and parts range, 108 of 136 variants were buyable. We mirror that availability daily rather than list a colour nobody can ship — which is why some options on this page may be greyed out today and back tomorrow.
Between 2026-08-23 and 2026-08-24 three Camouflage colourways rose $50, one accessory went out of stock, and one product was withdrawn from the catalogue entirely. That is why this page is re-checked daily rather than copied once.
Warranty
Buy the bike from Redtail and Redtail handles the claim. Send photos or video of the issue with your order number and we take it from there — we file and manage the claim with Freesky on your behalf, and we do not send you to the manufacturer to argue it yourself.
Who covers you
Freesky's published warranty says, in its own words: “This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official FREESKY website (www.freeskycycle.com).” and directs buyers from authorised dealers to “their respective warranty policies”. Redtail is a dealer — so the cover on your bike is Redtail's, and the claim comes to us.
What Freesky stands behind
- Motor, battery and controller: 24 months (orders on or after 13 November 2025); 18 months before that date
- All other components: 12 months
- The applicable warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
What is excluded
- Consumables and wear parts — tyres, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes
- Incorrect assembly, water damage, accidents, or improper or negligent use
- Operation or maintenance contrary to the product's maintenance instructions
- Defects inherent to the normal service life of the product

Shipping, returns & support
Shipping
Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
If something is wrong
Bikes with power, charging, or component issues are covered under the manufacturer warranty; Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely at no cost to the customer.

Has the Freesky Warrior Pro M-530 been discontinued?
Freesky has not announced a discontinuation, but on 21 August 2026 they launched the Warrior Ultra M-530 at the same $1,999, reusing this bike's photography and chassis with a more powerful 60V drivetrain. Freesky's own Warrior Pro product page now returns an error, while the product remains listed as available. We treat it as superseded and say so.
Should I buy the Warrior Pro or the Warrior Ultra?
They are the same price. The Ultra gives you 6,000W, 260 N·m, 60 volts and 45 mph against this bike's 4,000W, 240 N·m, 48 volts and 40 mph. The Pro gives you a UL 2849 certificate that actually matches its voltage, which the Ultra currently does not have. If raw capability decides it, take the Ultra. If documentation decides it, take the Pro.
Is the Warrior Pro M-530 UL certified?

The bottom line
An honest bike in an awkward position: same money as the newer Warrior Ultra, less power, and a manufacturer page that no longer loads. What it has is a UL 2849 certificate that genuinely fits its 48-volt architecture — which the Ultra, at identical price, does not. Most buyers should take the Ultra. Take this one if matching paperwork is worth more to you than 2,000 watts.
