The motor
Eunorau specifies 48V 500W BAFANG M600 mid-drive motor with up to 120 N·mtorque. A mid-drive delivers its torque through the gears, which is why it holds a steep climb where a hub motor stalls.

Red flags
- Class 3 is a restriction as well as a feature — many US bike paths, parks and multi-use trails bar Class 3, so check your local rules before buying
- Eunorau's own listing is inconsistent here: it badges this model Class 3 but publishes a top speed of 20 MPH / 32 KPH. Class 3 normally means 28 mph assisted in the U.S. We've asked Eunorau to resolve it and quote both rather than pick the flattering one

Eunorau states it continues to support the product after the warranty period as a manufacturer courtesy, and may ask only for shipping costs on replacement parts.
What you must do
- You are the original purchaser — the warranty does not transfer
- Proof of purchase (your Redtail order confirmation)
- Product registration with Eunorau right after purchase
- An e-bike check-up by a Eunorau specialist or dealer after the first year of use
Not covered
- Ordinary wear and tear — brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, brake cables and casings, tires and tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes, transmission gears
- Labor charges for part replacement
- Corrosion from moisture or heat, and cosmetic deterioration of the finish
- Damage from accident, abuse, stunt riding, racing, improper storage, or neglect
24-Month+ Limited Warranty issued by Eunorau Bikes, a Nevada corporation. Bikes bought for commercial use — rental fleets, delivery, sharing programs — get a 50% reduced warranty period. Shipping, returns & support
Shipping
Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Ships via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight for larger items, with tracking emailed at dispatch. Freight deliveries may need a scheduled appointment and a signature.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours.
If a bike arrives dead, won't charge, throws an error code, or has a faulty component, it is covered under the manufacturer warranty and Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.
