The motor
Eunorau specifies 48V1000W Bafang M620 mid motor with 160 N.m torque. A mid-drive delivers its torque through the gears, which is why it holds a steep climb where a hub motor stalls.

Red flags
- Class 3 is a restriction as well as a feature — many US bike paths, parks and trails bar Class 3, so check your local rules before buying
- Eunorau's own spec sheet contradicts itself on cells: the battery-type row says LG, the range row says Samsung. We've flagged it with them and quote both rather than pick one
- The 80-mile range figure requires the optional second battery — the 17.5Ah pack alone is not rated at 80 miles
- At 88.2 lbs it's the heaviest bike in this comparison, and rack and fenders are still optional extras
- At $2,999 it's the most expensive Eunorau we stock, and 180 mm rotors are modest for a bike with this much torque and speed

Eunorau states it continues to support the product after the warranty period as a manufacturer courtesy, and may ask only for shipping costs on replacement parts.

Not covered
- Ordinary wear and tear — brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, brake cables and casings, tires and tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes, transmission gears
- Labor charges for part replacement
- Corrosion from moisture or heat, and cosmetic deterioration of the finish
- Damage from accident, abuse, stunt riding, racing, improper storage, or neglect
24-Month+ Limited Warranty issued by Eunorau Bikes, a Nevada corporation. Bikes bought for commercial use — rental fleets, delivery, sharing programs — get a 50% reduced warranty period. Shipping, returns & support
Shipping
Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Ships via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight for larger items, with tracking emailed at dispatch. Freight deliveries may need a scheduled appointment and a signature.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours.
If a bike arrives dead, won't charge, throws an error code, or has a faulty component, it is covered under the manufacturer warranty and Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.
