The Eunorau E-FAT-MN is a folding 20-inch fat-tire e-bike that packs into a car trunk, RV or closet. Important context before you read further: Eunorau has discontinued this model and no longer publishes a specification sheet for it. Eunorau states it continues to support the product after the warranty period as a manufacturer courtesy, and may ask only for shipping costs on replacement parts.
What you must do
- You are the original purchaser — the warranty does not transfer
- Proof of purchase (your Redtail order confirmation)
- Product registration with Eunorau right after purchase
- An e-bike check-up by a Eunorau specialist or dealer after the first year of use
Not covered
- Ordinary wear and tear — brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, brake cables and casings, tires and tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes, transmission gears
- Labor charges for part replacement
- Corrosion from moisture or heat, and cosmetic deterioration of the finish
- Damage from accident, abuse, stunt riding, racing, improper storage, or neglect
24-Month+ Limited Warranty issued by Eunorau Bikes, a Nevada corporation. Bikes bought for commercial use — rental fleets, delivery, sharing programs — get a 50% reduced warranty period. Shipping, returns & support
Shipping
Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Ships via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight for larger items, with tracking emailed at dispatch. Freight deliveries may need a scheduled appointment and a signature.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours.
If a bike arrives dead, won't charge, throws an error code, or has a faulty component, it is covered under the manufacturer warranty and Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.

Why doesn't this page list full specifications?
Eunorau has discontinued the E-FAT-MN and removed its product page, so there is no current manufacturer specification sheet to check against. Every other Eunorau page on this site cites its source and the date we verified it. We would rather show you nothing here than reprint older numbers as though we had confirmed them today. Email support@redtailebikes.com and we will get written confirmation from Eunorau of whatever you need to know.
Is the E-FAT-MN still worth buying if it's discontinued?
It can be, if the folding fat-tire format is what you want and the price suits you — the bike is new stock, not used. The honest trade-offs are that spare-part availability is less certain over time than on a current model, and that you are buying without a published spec sheet. If neither sits well with you, the META20 is the folding model still in Eunorau's active range.
Does it still come with a warranty?
Yes. Eunorau's 24-Month+ Limited Warranty applies to bikes bought in the U.S. or Canada on or after 1 August 2023 — 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components. It requires registration with Eunorau after purchase and covers the original purchaser only. Redtail coordinates claims for bikes bought from us.
What class of e-bike is the E-FAT-MN?
We can't tell you, because Eunorau no longer publishes a class or a top speed for this model, and we won't infer one from its wattage. U.S. e-bike class is defined by assisted speed and it determines where you may legally ride. Ask us and we will get it confirmed in writing before you order.
How does it ship, and can I return it?
