I’ve been to alot of bike shops in my 20 years of riding and the service Milad provided was easily some of the best. There was a small hiccup with the company shipping me the wrong colour and thankfully since I went to a dealer instead of ordering online Milad took care of it all for me so I didn’t have to call or email the company he took care of it all. I drove an hour to the shop as it was the closest one to me and I’ve never been so grateful for that decision not only did I receive 10/10 service I’d be more then willing to recommend the shop to anyone I know. I know people love their online shopping as it’s easier but when something goes wrong I’d rather know I’m backed up by the bike shop and Milad will always have your back. I love the bike I purchased and Milad is a stand up guy, I look forward to making my next e-bike purchase there as well.
