The 2025 Juliet is the prior-year listing of Eahora's mildest step-through, and it is the value story in this catalog: a 1,000W rear hub, a 2,880Wh 48V 60Ah pack, four-piston calipers on 180mm rotors, 116 lb, and a published 25–28 mph top speed that stays inside the class ceiling. Its specification sheet is identical to the $1,699 2026 Juliet's — all 45 rows, which we checked — for $200 less. Black, Green and Orange were in stock at Eahora on 2026-08-24; Blue was not.

On the evidence, this is the same bike at a lower price.
Twenty-five to twenty-eight
Eahora publishes 25–28 mph for both pedal assist and throttle. Only eight of its 26 bikes stay inside the 28 mph ceiling the three-class statutes use, and this is one of them — which makes the classification conversation with your own state's rule much simpler than it is for most of this catalog.
2,880 watt-hours, tightly claimed
A 48V 60Ah pack of Grade A lithium-ion pouch cells rated at 1,200 charge cycles to 80% capacity, with a claimed 110–120 miles on pedal assist and 78–84 on throttle alone. A 10-mile assisted spread is a far more disciplined claim than the 100-mile spreads elsewhere in Eahora's range.
Four-piston calipers at $1,499
Hydraulic discs with motor cutoff on 180mm × 3.0mm steel rotors, four-piston calipers, semi-metallic pads. This is the cheapest bike in Eahora's catalog that gets four-piston hardware, and its modest top speed means those brakes are working well within themselves.
Step over it in whatever you are wearing
A 20" × 15" steel step-through frame with a 24.2-inch standover and a seat adjustable from 32 to 40.2 inches. At 116 lb it is the lightest bike Eahora sells with a 2,880Wh-class pack, and the frame is the reason people buy this shape rather than a crossbar.

Speed and the law — read this before you buy
Eahora publishes this bike's top speed as 25–28 mph for both pedal assist and throttle, which sits at — rather than above — the 28 mph ceiling most US states use in their three-class definitions. That makes it one of the least ambiguous bikes in Eahora's catalog. It is still not a class designation: Eahora states no class on this model's page, and many states cap throttle assistance at 20 mph separately from the pedal-assist ceiling, which a bike offering throttle to 28 mph would exceed. Eahora's FAQ claims generally that its e-bikes 'belong to Class 3'; we do not repeat that as this bike's class. Read your state's rule in Redtail's law guide before you ride.

Manufacturer pages contain marketing, and marketing sometimes disagrees with the spec table an inch below it. Rather than quietly pick numbers, here is every place Eahora's own material disagrees with itself for this model, and which figure we print:
- The 2026 Juliet and the 2025 Juliet publish IDENTICAL specification sheets — we compared all 45 spec rows and all 13 geometry rows on 2026-08-24 and not one value differs. The 2026 page's marketing bands claim a 'Complete Frame System Upgrade', a 'Custom Hydraulic Front Fork' and a 'More Responsive Brake System', but no published specification reflects any of the three. We report the comparison rather than resolve it, and we will ask Eahora in writing what the $200 buys if you want to know before you order.
- Top speed is published as a plain 25–28 mph range with no bracketed second figure.
- Eahora publishes two different rider-height ranges for this bike: one in the spec sheet and a wider one in the Size & Geometry block. We print both and treat the narrower spec-sheet figure as the one to plan around, because a frame that is too big cannot be adjusted down.
- Battery: 48V × 60Ah = 2,880Wh, matching Eahora's printed figure. The arithmetic is ours.

- Eahora's warranty page sets a 24-month frame period in its coverage table, then closes with 'Claims deadline: 1 year from purchase date.' The two statements are on the same page and are not reconciled anywhere on it. We print both and treat 12 months as the figure to plan around; if you need the frame claim in year two, tell us and we will put it to Eahora in writing before you order.
- Eahora's own storefront header advertises '1 Year Warranty', which matches the claims deadline rather than the 24-month frame row.

Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Ships via trusted parcel and freight carriers — UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for larger items — with tracking emailed at dispatch. For freight, the carrier may call to schedule and a signature may be required.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Bikes with power, charging, or component issues are covered under the manufacturer warranty; Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely at no cost to the customer.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Once an eligible return arrives we take up to 5 business days to inspect it; approved refunds issue within 14 days of completed inspection, and your bank may take a further 2–15 business days to post it.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and remote areas may incur extra charges or be excluded — contact us before ordering. Why is this $200 cheaper than the 2026 Juliet?
On the published evidence, we cannot tell you — and that is the honest answer rather than a dodge. We compared both pages on 2026-08-24: all 45 specification rows and all 13 geometry rows are identical, down to the tire, the chainring, the charger, the rotor thickness and the caliper piston count. The 2026 page's marketing bands claim a complete frame system upgrade, a custom hydraulic front fork and a more responsive brake system; none of those claims changes a published figure. If the difference matters to you, ask us and we will put the question to Eahora in writing before you order.
Should I buy this or the 2026?
If you are buying on specifications, this one — you save $200 and give up nothing that Eahora publishes. If you would rather own the current model year for resale or for spares availability a few years out, that is a legitimate reason to pay the difference, and it is the reason we would give. What we will not do is tell you the 2026 is faster, stronger or better-braked, because its own spec sheet does not say so.
How fast does it go, and is it a Class 3?
Eahora publishes 25–28 mph for both pedal assist and throttle, which is at the class ceiling rather than above it. That still is not a class designation: Eahora states no class on this page, and many states cap throttle assist at 20 mph separately from the pedal-assist ceiling. Check your state in Redtail's e-bike law guide and ask us if it is unclear.
Can I get it in Blue?
Not right now. Eahora publishes Black, Blue, Green and Orange, but Blue read unavailable on both endpoints we checked on 2026-08-24, so only the other three are listed. Email support@redtailebikes.com and we will tell you whether it has come back.
Is a prior-year model a risk for spare parts?
It is the one genuine argument for paying more for the 2026 listing. Eahora publishes the same components for both — the same CST BFT tires, the same FASTACE rear damper, the same Shimano 7-speed drivetrain — so parts commonality today is total. The question is what Eahora stocks in five years, and that is not something either of us can read off a spec sheet. If it worries you, buy the current-year listing.
Is the battery UL certified?
Eahora publishes no certificate, standard number or issuing laboratory for this model or any other. We searched all 162 of its product pages and all eight policy pages on 2026-08-24; the only certification statement anywhere is one FAQ sentence saying its batteries are 'fully compliant with the rigorous UL certification standards'. We will not present that as a certification. If you want documentation before ordering, ask and we will request it from Eahora in writing.
What warranty applies, and who handles a claim?
Eahora's published terms: 24 months on the frame, 12 on the fork, motor and battery, 6 on the controller, 3 on the charger, display, tires, saddle and other parts. Its page also states a one-year claims deadline, which is the figure to plan around.
