Sixty-two inches, end to end
A 62.6-inch total length on a 42.5-inch wheelbase — a foot shorter than Eahora's next-smallest bike and about seventeen inches shorter than a Romeo. Cargo bikes usually solve carrying by getting longer; this one solves it by staying short enough to get through a doorway and live indoors, which for a lot of people is the difference between owning one and not.
1,440 watt-hours for errands
A 48V 30Ah pack with a claimed 85–100 miles on pedal assist and 50–65 on throttle alone. For a bike whose job is a loaded four-mile round trip several times a week, that is many days of riding between charges — which matters more on a cargo bike than outright range does.
A shock rated well past the frame
Eahora specifies a FASTACE coil rear shock rated at 750 lb, against a bike load rating of 330 lb. Over-specifying the damper is the right way round on a machine whose weight over the rear wheel changes every trip — it means the shock is working in the middle of its range loaded, not at the end of it.
Twenty by three, at low pressure
CST 20" × 3.0" tires at 20–25 psi — narrower than the 4.0-inch fat tires elsewhere in the range and run softer. That combination is deliberate on a cargo bike: a longer, softer contact patch absorbs load and road texture without the rolling penalty of a full fat tire.
Twenty-five to twenty-seven
Eahora publishes 25–27 mph for both pedal assist and throttle, entirely inside the 28 mph ceiling the three-class statutes use. Of its 26 bikes only eight stay there, and this is the only cargo bike among them — which matters, because cargo bikes are the ones most likely to be ridden on a shared path.

- 25–27 mph published — one of only eight bikes in Eahora's 26-model catalog whose top speed stays inside the 28 mph class ceiling, and the only cargo bike among them
- A named, heavily-rated rear damper: FASTACE coil at 750 lb, more than double the bike's own 330 lb load rating
- The most compact frame in the catalog at 62.6 inches with a 42.5-inch wheelbase, which is what makes a cargo bike liveable in a flat or a narrow hallway
Red flags
- Nothing was buyable on 2026-08-24; all four colorways read unavailable on both Eahora endpoints
- The published inseam requirement is 29.8 inches — the highest of any Eahora bike, and higher than the 26.8 inches asked by the taller-framed Juliets. On a compact bike aimed at smaller riders, that is the specification to check against your own leg before ordering
- The two rider-height ranges do not agree: 5'4"–6'1" in the spec sheet, 5'3"–6'2" in the geometry block
- Charging takes 8–10 hours on a 54.6V 3A charger — three amps into a 1,440Wh pack is the slowest ratio Eahora publishes for a pack this size
- The display is a 4-inch monochrome LCD, where most of the range gets color, and the headlight is 1,100 lumens against 1,500–2,500 elsewhere
- Battery cycle life is ≥1,000 charges to 80% capacity, below the ≥1,200 Eahora publishes for most of its range, and no certification is published for this or any model
Speed and the law — read this before you buy
Eahora publishes this bike's top speed as 25–27 mph for both pedal assist and throttle, and states no class on this model's page. That is inside the 28 mph ceiling most US states use in their three-class definitions, which makes it one of the least ambiguous bikes in Eahora's catalog — and the only cargo model among the eight that stay there. It is still not a class designation: Eahora assigns none, and many states cap throttle assistance at 20 mph separately from the pedal-assist ceiling, which a bike offering throttle to 27 mph would exceed. Cargo bikes also attract their own local rules on paths, trails and passenger carriage. Read your state's rule in Redtail's law guide before you order, and ask us if it is not clear.

How to read this spec sheet
Manufacturer pages contain marketing, and marketing sometimes disagrees with the spec table an inch below it. Rather than quietly pick numbers, here is every place Eahora's own material disagrees with itself for this model, and which figure we print:
- The inseam requirement — 29.8 inches — is the highest Eahora publishes for any bike in its catalog, including bikes with far taller frames. It also sits above this bike's own 32.7-inch seat height by a smaller margin than usual. We print it as published and flag it, because on a compact bike marketed to smaller riders it is the single specification most likely to catch someone out.
- Eahora publishes two rider-height ranges that disagree: 5'4"–6'1" in the spec sheet and 5'3"–6'2" in the geometry block.
- Top speed is published as a plain 25–27 mph range with no bracketed second figure.
- Battery: 48V × 30Ah = 1,440Wh, matching the '1.44KWH' in Eahora's marketing band. The arithmetic is ours.
- Battery cycle life here is ≥1,000 charges to 80% capacity, against the ≥1,200 Eahora publishes for most of its range.
- The rear shock's 750 lb rating is a component specification from Eahora, not a load rating for the bike; the bike's published maximum load is 330 lb.
- Availability: all four colorways read unavailable on both Eahora endpoints on 2026-08-24.

- Eahora's warranty page sets a 24-month frame period in its coverage table, then closes with 'Claims deadline: 1 year from purchase date.' The two statements are on the same page and are not reconciled anywhere on it. We print both and treat 12 months as the figure to plan around; if you need the frame claim in year two, tell us and we will put it to Eahora in writing before you order.
- Eahora's own storefront header advertises '1 Year Warranty', which matches the claims deadline rather than the 24-month frame row.

Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Ships via trusted parcel and freight carriers — UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for larger items — with tracking emailed at dispatch. For freight, the carrier may call to schedule and a signature may be required.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Bikes with power, charging, or component issues are covered under the manufacturer warranty; Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely at no cost to the customer.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Once an eligible return arrives we take up to 5 business days to inspect it; approved refunds issue within 14 days of completed inspection, and your bank may take a further 2–15 business days to post it.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and remote areas may incur extra charges or be excluded — contact us before ordering. Can I buy the Cupid right now?
Not on the evidence we have. All four colorways — Black, Dark Green, Pink and White — read unavailable on both Eahora endpoints we checked on 2026-08-24. The page stays up so you can compare the specification honestly; email support@redtailebikes.com and we will ask Eahora when it is due and pass on exactly what they say.
Will it fit me? I am 5'4".
Check your inseam before anything else. Eahora publishes a height range of 5'4"–6'1" in the spec sheet and 5'3"–6'2" in the geometry block, but it also asks for an inseam of at least 29.8 inches — the highest requirement anywhere in its catalog, higher than bikes with much taller frames. On a compact bike aimed at smaller riders that is a genuine trap. Send us your inseam and we will check it against Eahora's figures rather than guess.
Does the 750 lb shock mean it carries 750 pounds?
No, and it is important not to read it that way. The 750 lb figure is a specification of the FASTACE rear damper — how much load that component is built for. The bike's published maximum load is 330 lb, covering rider plus cargo together, and that is the number that governs. What the over-specified shock does give you is a damper working comfortably in the middle of its range when the bike is loaded, rather than at the end of it.
How fast does it go, and can I ride it on a path?
Eahora publishes 25–27 mph for both pedal assist and throttle, which is inside the 28 mph class ceiling — one of only eight bikes in Eahora's 26-model catalog in that position, and the only cargo bike among them. Whether you may ride it on a particular path is a separate question governed by your state and often your city: many states cap throttle assist at 20 mph regardless of the pedal-assist ceiling, and cargo bikes carrying passengers attract their own rules. Check Redtail's law guide and ask us if it is not clear.
Why is a cargo bike so short?
Because storage is the reason most people do not own one. At 62.6 inches long on a 42.5-inch wheelbase, the Cupid is a foot shorter than Eahora's next-smallest bike and roughly seventeen inches shorter than a Romeo — short enough to get through a standard doorway and live in a hallway. It carries less than a long-tail cargo bike would; it is far more likely to actually be kept.
Is the battery UL certified?
Eahora publishes no certificate, standard number or issuing laboratory for this model or any other. We searched all 162 of its product pages and all eight policy pages on 2026-08-24; the only certification statement anywhere is one FAQ sentence saying its batteries are 'fully compliant with the rigorous UL certification standards'. We will not present that as a certification. If you want documentation before ordering, ask and we will request it from Eahora in writing.
What warranty applies, and who handles a claim?
Eahora's published terms: 24 months on the frame, 12 on the fork, motor and battery, 6 on the controller, 3 on the charger, display, tires, saddle and other parts. Its page also states a one-year claims deadline, which is the figure to plan around.
