Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Ships via trusted parcel and freight carriers — UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for larger items — with tracking emailed at dispatch. Trikes ship large; an adult signature is required at delivery.
Delivery protection
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Trikes with power, charging, or component issues are covered under the manufacturer warranty; Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely at no cost to the customer.
Returns
Addmotor's own return policy applies when you buy direct: 14 days, under 10 miles on the odometer, and a condition-based 10–30% restocking fee they set after inspection. The Kunlun ships with fully operable pedals and a 750-watt rated motor — at the federal low-speed electric bicycle definition's 'less than 750 watts' line (15 U.S.C. § 2085). Where Addmotor's own page prints more than one figure for the same spec, the table above carries the one we could verify twice, and this list names every such case and the figure we chose:
- Addmotor publishes no battery, top-speed, brake or certification detail on the Kunlun's page — those rows read 'not published' here because inventing them would be worse than the blank. Email us before ordering and we'll obtain the current written spec from Addmotor.
- The 750W motor figure comes from the page's own descriptive text; no technical table exists on this PDP.

- Damage from ignoring the manual, improper assembly, or incorrect adjustment
- Unauthorized third-party service or parts (unless approved by Addmotor in advance, with a quote)
- Battery damage from power surges, improper or unauthorized chargers, or poor storage
- Abuse, neglect, modification, accidents, or use beyond intended purpose
- Shipping damage not documented promptly with dated photos (and noted on the Bill of Lading for freight)

Is Addmotor a good brand?
Addmotor has built e-bikes since 2011 with a written 2-year warranty schedule across its range.
