Parts and accessories may ship separately and can take longer. Redtail's free-shipping promise is written for electric bikes — it is not a promise on a part, and no parts page here claims one. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours; claims submitted after this window are not accepted.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
