Before you order
Battery and charging hardware must match your bike's pack voltage exactly. Qiolor's warranty specifically excludes battery damage from unapproved chargers, so confirm voltage before ordering.
How to confirm it fits

Send your bike's model to support@redtailebikes.com, along with a photo of the part you're replacing if you have one, and we'll confirm the match with Qiolor before you place the order. A fitted part can't be returned, so the question is cheaper than the return.
Warranty, in one paragraph
Qiolor issues a limited warranty: 2 years on the frame, 1 year prorated on the battery, and 1 year on the motor, controller, display, charger, rotors, throttle and caliper, per their warranty policy. Their policy excludes ordinary wear items (brake pads, cables, tires, chains, spokes) and separately ordered accessories, so a part bought on its own is generally covered by Redtail's return terms instead.

Is this covered by the Qiolor warranty?
Only the components Qiolor's warranty actually names (see the Warranty table below), and only when the part shipped on a bike bought from us. Wear items such as tires, brake pads, cables and grips, along with separately ordered accessories, are excluded by Qiolor's own policy. A part bought on its own falls under Redtail's return terms instead, plus any fault-on-arrival claim: tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, if it arrives damaged or defective.
How does this ship?
Redtail ships across the contiguous U.S. (lower 48), preparing and dispatching orders within 1–3 business days. Parts and accessories may ship separately from a bike order, and they can take longer to arrive. Shipping cost for parts is calculated at checkout, because Redtail's free-shipping offer applies to electric bikes rather than to parts. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and remote areas may incur additional charges or be excluded, so contact us first if you're in one of those.
Can I return it if I ordered the wrong part?
Unopened, factory-sealed items can go back if you request it within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once the packaging is opened or the part has been fitted, it stops being eligible. That is the whole reason we would rather check fitment with you up front than process a return later. Email support@redtailebikes.com with your model and we'll confirm it.
