Before you order
Brakes are a wear item and the one system worth replacing early rather than late — pads and rotors are excluded from Qiolor's warranty for exactly that reason.

Qiolor publishes no model list for this item. Email your model to support@redtailebikes.com. A photo of the part coming off helps. We'll verify it against Qiolor before the order goes through, because once a part is installed it stops being returnable.

Warranty, in one paragraph
Qiolor issues a limited warranty: 2 years on the frame, 1 year prorated on the battery, and 1 year on the motor, controller, display, charger, rotors, throttle and caliper, per their warranty policy. Their policy excludes ordinary wear items (brake pads, cables, tires, chains, spokes) and separately ordered accessories, so a part bought on its own is generally covered by Redtail's return terms instead.

Will the Brake Pads fit my Tiger?
Qiolor publishes no model list for this one, and we won't invent one. Send your model (plus a photo of the part coming off, if relevant) to support@redtailebikes.com and we'll get confirmation from Qiolor first.
Does the Qiolor warranty apply to this?
Qiolor's warranty covers the components it lists by name and only on a bike bought from us, so a separately ordered part like this one generally isn't covered. Their policy explicitly excludes wear items (tires, brake pads, cables, grips) and standalone accessory orders. What does apply is Redtail's return policy and a fault-on-arrival claim: photograph any damage and tell us within 48 hours.
What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Orders go out within 1–3 business days to anywhere in the contiguous U.S. (lower 48). Note that free shipping at Redtail covers electric bikes, not parts, so the cost for this item is calculated at checkout. Parts also travel separately from any bike on the same order and can arrive later. If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory, or shipping to a P.O. box, contact us before ordering: those destinations may cost extra or be excluded.
What if it turns out to be the wrong part?
Only if it's unopened and still factory-sealed, requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, and even then a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping applies. A part that has been unwrapped or bolted on can't come back. Ask us to verify the fit before you order instead: support@redtailebikes.com.
