Making sure this is the right part
Qiolor publishes no model list for this item. Write to support@redtailebikes.com with your model, plus a photo of the old part where that's relevant, and we'll check it with Qiolor first. Installing a part ends any chance of returning it, which is why we'd rather answer the question up front.
Warranty, in one paragraph
Qiolor issues a limited warranty: 2 years on the frame, 1 year prorated on the battery, and 1 year on the motor, controller, display, charger, rotors, throttle and caliper, per their warranty policy. Their policy excludes ordinary wear items (brake pads, cables, tires, chains, spokes) and separately ordered accessories, so a part bought on its own is generally covered by Redtail's return terms instead.

What warranty does this carry?
Not usually. Qiolor's warranty is written around the bike it shipped with, and their policy excludes both wear items and separately ordered accessories. For a part bought on its own you're covered by Redtail's return terms, and by a fault-on-arrival claim if it turns up broken. Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll handle it.
When will it get here?
Dispatch is 1–3 business days, anywhere in the lower 48. Shipping on parts is calculated at checkout rather than free, since Redtail's free-shipping offer is for electric bikes. If you've ordered a bike at the same time, expect the parts to travel on their own schedule. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and remote addresses may carry extra charges or be excluded, so ask us first.
Is this returnable?
There's a 72-hour (3-day) window from delivery for unopened, factory-sealed items, carrying a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. After the box is opened or the part is installed, it no longer qualifies. Send your model to support@redtailebikes.com and we'll confirm the match before you buy, which is the cheaper path for everyone.
