Eunorau states it continues to support the product after the warranty period as a manufacturer courtesy, and may ask only for shipping costs on replacement parts.

Not covered
- Ordinary wear and tear — brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, brake cables and casings, tires and tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes, transmission gears
- Labor charges for part replacement
- Corrosion from moisture or heat, and cosmetic deterioration of the finish
- Damage from accident, abuse, stunt riding, racing, improper storage, or neglect
24-Month+ Limited Warranty issued by Eunorau Bikes, a Nevada corporation. Bikes bought for commercial use — rental fleets, delivery, sharing programs — get a 50% reduced warranty period. Shipping, returns & support
Shipping
Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Ships via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight for larger items, with tracking emailed at dispatch. Freight deliveries may need a scheduled appointment and a signature.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours.
If a bike arrives dead, won't charge, throws an error code, or has a faulty component, it is covered under the manufacturer warranty and Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.

What size is the Eunorau Genesis helmet?
Eunorau lists a single size M, fitting head circumferences of 22 to 23.2 inches. Measure around your head just above the eyebrows before ordering — there is no S or L in this model.
Does the Genesis helmet have MIPS?
Eunorau does not list MIPS or any equivalent rotational-impact system for the Genesis, so we won't claim one. It is an ABS hard shell over EPS foam.
Can I wear this on an electric dirt bike?
No. Eunorau states the Genesis is only intended for pedal cyclists and skaters. The R1, R1+ and S1 are dirt bikes reaching far higher speeds and need a motorcycle-rated helmet.
When should I replace a bike helmet?
After any impact, even if you can't see damage — EPS foam crushes once and does not recover. Most manufacturers also recommend replacement every few years as the foam and straps age.
