What it covers
Manufacturing defects in Eunorau's original parts and components.
Eunorau states it continues to support the product after the warranty period as a manufacturer courtesy, and may ask only for shipping costs on replacement parts.
What you must do
- You are the original purchaser — the warranty does not transfer
- Proof of purchase (your Redtail order confirmation)
- Product registration with Eunorau right after purchase
- An e-bike check-up by a Eunorau specialist or dealer after the first year of use
Not covered
- Ordinary wear and tear — brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, brake cables and casings, tires and tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes, transmission gears
- Labor charges for part replacement
- Corrosion from moisture or heat, and cosmetic deterioration of the finish
- Damage from accident, abuse, stunt riding, racing, improper storage, or neglect
24-Month+ Limited Warranty issued by Eunorau Bikes, a Nevada corporation. Bikes bought for commercial use — rental fleets, delivery, sharing programs — get a 50% reduced warranty period. Shipping, returns & support
Shipping
Free shipping on every electric bike within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Most e-bikes arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Ships via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight for larger items, with tracking emailed at dispatch. Freight deliveries may need a scheduled appointment and a signature.
On delivery
Inspect your shipment at delivery. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 48 hours.
If a bike arrives dead, won't charge, throws an error code, or has a faulty component, it is covered under the manufacturer warranty and Redtail coordinates repair or replacement remotely.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns accepted only on unopened, factory-sealed items requested within 72 hours of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once a box is opened or a bike is ridden, it is no longer eligible.
Order cancellations carry a 3% transaction fee, because card-processing fees are non-recoverable.

Does the front basket come with a mount?
No. Eunorau lists the mount as a separate part: a Front Basket Mount for front fitting or a Rear Basket Mount for rear. Order the matching mount at the same time, or the basket cannot be fitted.
Will this basket fit my Eunorau?
Eunorau lists it for the CARGO and FLASH series, and explicitly states it is NOT compatible with the SPECTER series, DEFENDER series, FAT-HD 1.0 (Pro) or META series. If your model isn't named, email support@redtailebikes.com and we'll check before you order.
How much weight can the basket hold?
Eunorau publishes no load rating for this basket, so we won't quote one. Note that your bike's own total payload capacity — published on each of our bike pages — is the real limit on what you can carry overall.
How does it ship, and can I return it?
Parts and accessories ship within the contiguous U.S. and may ship separately from a bike, which can take longer. Inspect on arrival — damage or the wrong item must be reported with photos within 48 hours. Unopened change-of-mind returns are accepted within 72 hours with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping; used parts and accessories are not returnable.
