Riding'times lists this part for the Z8, Z8 S and Z8 Pro. If your bike is a different model or an older revision, email support@redtailebikes.com before ordering and we'll confirm the fit with Riding'times rather than have you guess.

No. Riding'times' 2-year limited warranty covers the bike it was sold with; their warranty policy explicitly excludes free accessories and separately ordered accessory and parts orders. A part bought on its own is covered by Redtail's return terms instead, and by any fault-on-arrival claim — tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if it arrives damaged or defective.

Redtail ships across the contiguous U.S. (lower 48). Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and parts and accessories may ship separately from a bike order and can take longer to arrive. Shipping cost for parts is calculated at checkout — Redtail's free-shipping offer applies to electric bikes. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and remote areas may incur additional charges or be excluded, so contact us before ordering if you're in one of those.

Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned if you request it within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Once packaging is opened or the part has been fitted, it is no longer eligible — which is why we'd rather confirm fitment with you before you order than process a return after.
