Does the Care Package repair my bike or replace parts?
No. The Care Package is a service-and-support plan, not a repair plan. It does not cover physical repairs, replacement parts, or labor. What it does cover is dedicated Redtail support: diagnostics, manufacturer-claim handling on your behalf, shipping coordination, and priority help for the full term.
How is this different from my free warranty?
Every Redtail e-bike already includes a complimentary 1-month limited warranty plus standard manufacturer coverage. The Care Package extends Redtail’s own dedicated support beyond that window, so you keep a direct line to the team that knows your bike for years to come.
Which term should I choose?
It depends on how long you want Redtail’s support in your corner. Most riders pick the 3- or 5-year plan to align with the typical lifespan of an e-bike’s major components. The 5-year plan is our best per-year value.
When can I buy it?
You can add a Care Package at the time of your e-bike purchase or any time after. Add it to your cart, choose your coverage duration, and you’re set.
How do I reach support once I have a plan?
Plan holders get priority response by phone, email, or video. Email support@redtailebikes.com any time and we’ll take it from there.
